The sample was extracted with acetonitrile: 0.2% formic acid water (volume ratio: 80:20) and passed through a Prime HLB 3cc purification column. Liquid phase detection conditions: The chromatographic column is Agilent C18 (150mm×4.6mm,5μm) The mobile phase is acetonitrile: water (volume ratio: 80:20). The retention time is qualitative and the external standard method is quantitative. The results showed that the correlation coefficients for ZEN 20~1000ng/mL and AFB1 1~50ng/mL were 0.9989 and 0.9976, respectively, and the detection limits were 5μg/kg and 0.8 μg/kg, with an average spiked recovery of 92.7% to 106.2%. This study combines the detection methods in the current two national standards into one, which can simultaneously achieve rapid and synchronous detection of ZEN and AFB1 in corn. The required extraction and detection time is reduced from 60 minutes to 30 minutes, which is 50% less than the original time. Methods: Sixty middle-aged and elderly patients with osteoarthrosis of the knee admitted to the hospital between January 2020 and December 2022 were selected and randomly grouped to compare the various treatment effects of the two groups of patients. Results: The various treatment effects of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). In this study, we developed an optimized sample preparation protocol that combined constant water heating with plant protease inhibitors and TCA-acetone precipitation, resulting in the effective extraction of endogenous peptide from plants, such as maize, while diminishing unspecific protease activity. The results showed that a total of 2867 endogenous peptides were identified in three maize samples using this method, of which 2119 (73.9%) peptides were commonly identified in all three samples. The length and molecular weight of these peptides ranged from 8 to 25 amino acids and from 729.44 to 2980.62 Da, respectively, with 96.4% of the peptide scores greater than 40. PROTACs consist of two molecules, one of which binds to the target protein while the other binds to the protein degradation enzyme, thus promoting the degradation of the target protein. Compared to the mechanism of action of traditional drugs, PROTAC technology has many advantages, such as high selectivity, reversibility, and low dosage effects. PROTAC technology has been widely applied in multiple fields, especially in cancer research. PROTACs can target cancer-related proteins for degradation, thereby inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis. For instance, PROTACs targeting proteins such as BCL-2 and BRD4 have been extensively researched and applied in cancer treatment. In addition, PROTAC technology can also be applied to multiple fields such as neurodegenerative diseases, immunotherapy, metabolic diseases, and infectious diseases. Although PROTAC technology has broad application prospects, there are still some challenges, such as how to improve the stability and pharmacokinetics of PROTACs, and how to prepare large-scale PROTACs. In view of this, this paper establishes a pharmaceutical logistics distribution path optimization model by comprehensively considering constraints such as vehicle loading and latest delivery time in pharmaceutical distribution. In order to solve this type of problem, a nearest neighbor algorithm is proposed, which introduces correlation coefficients to realize the improvement of the performance of the original algorithm. At the end of the paper, the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm is verified by applying a comparative analysis with the existing correlation algorithm with real data from a pharmaceutical company. In order to solve these problems, an ultrasonic ranging auxiliary zero-velocity detection method is proposed. The foot spacing is measured in real time by an ultrasonic sensor placed on both feet, and then a time constraint is added to the Generalized Likelihood Ratio (GLRT) method using the time relationship between the shortest foot spacing and the zero-velocity interval. Experiments show that the accuracy of the proposed algorithm is better than that of the single threshold method under different gait states, and the average accuracy is above 95%. The stability of MP (Milk protein) colloid system is very important to the quality of dairy products. The effect of MTG (Microbial TG) on the thermal stability of MP was studied in this experiment. The change of HCT (Heat Coagulation Time) of MP emulsion before and after adding MTG was measured. The results show that the effect of MTG on MP leads to the decrease of its solubility in the region of pH < 4.0 or pH > 7.0, but it increases in the range near the isoelectric point of MP (pH 4.0 ~ 6.0). In the range of acidic pH value with low stability, the high calcium ion activity, low Zeta potential and micelle hydration make the milk have poor thermal stability and will solidify rapidly at 150℃. This work proposes a personalized rehabilitation prosthetic 3D model construction system based on machine vision. In the era of artificial intelligence, the XTOM 3D scanner under machine vision scans the surface contour of the patient's stump to obtain its point cloud information. The first starting point is innovation, providing a data basis for socket design to improve scanning accuracy and find the most suitable socket structure. Finally, according to the individual needs of the user, the neural network is used to extract video features, analyze the most reasonable movement mode of the patient, and achieve the research on the combination of user behavior and product design, so as to analyze the force of the socket in the later stage. The part of the force analysis is innovated again.
