Many people were forced to lose their jobs due to the layoffs carried out by several factories. Almost all people were restricted in their movements, which made it difficult for their economy and led to difficulties in meeting their basic daily needs. It causes some people to commit crimes to make ends meet and their families. The state of the people’s economy, which has not returned to its maximum as before the Covid-19 pandemic, has given rise to crime and corruption, which continue to occur daily. Therefore, there is a need for a settlement in tackling various crimes that law enforcers must uphold in dealing with criminal acts of corruption and street crimes. In this paper, the author uses the normative juridical method. The author examines matters relating to digital disruption in the law enforcement process at the judiciary during the Covid-19 pandemic. The authors conducted a literature study to support this method by analyzing secondary data from primary and secondary legal materials. From the research that the author conducted, the authors obtained several factors that motivated a person to commit crimes during the Covid-19 pandemic, including economic factors, the social environment, the scene, and the consequences of crimes in other places also triggered the perpetrators to move. In addition to these crimes, this country also has problems in law enforcement that are less than optimal due to online trials. Therefore, the government continues to regulate regulations to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and enforce the law as effectively as possible, despite several obstacles to its implementation.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak signifikan terhadap kehidupan masyarakat. Banyak masyarakat yang terpaksa harus kehilangan pekerjaan akibat pemberhentian yang dilakukan oleh sejumlah pabrik, dan hampir seluruh masyarakat terbatasi geraknya sehingga menyulitkan perekonomian mereka dan berujung pada kesulitan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. Hal ini menyebabkan sebagian orang melakukan tindak kejahatan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya dan keluarga. Keadaan perekonomian masyarakat yang belum kembali maksimal sebagaimana sebelum pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan kejahatan dan korupsi yang semakin hari terus terjadi. Maka dari itu perlunya suatu penyelesaian dalam menanggulangi berbagai kejahatan yang harus ditegakkan oleh penegak hukum dalam menghadapi tindak pidana korupsi dan kejahatan jalanan. Dalam tulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Penulis meneliti hal-hal yang menyangkut wujud disrupsi digital dalam proses penegakan hukum di lembaga kejaksaan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. The rapid development of sharia economics requires adequate and holistic regulations. The importance of regulations regarding procedures for resolving sharia economic disputes can also be understood from the notion of sharia economics or what is also known as Islamic economics. Islamic law regulates all human life as a whole. In principle, the settlement of sharia economic disputes is known by two methods. First, litigation settlement is the resolution of legal disputes or conflicts through the courts. Second, non-litigation settlement, which is the settlement of legal problems outside the judicial process. In providing justice for litigants, Religious Court judges are not only required to understand the sharia aspect but also have to understand the politics of economic law because sharia economics is part of national legal politics in general. Sharia economic law deals with two important aspects. The first is business, and the second is sharia law. The judges of the Religious Courts need to understand the political economy in the business world. All contracts will be tested with the conventional fiqh muamalah concept, even though some contracts practiced in Islamic banking currently have several products that are modifications of conventional fiqh concepts mixed with business concepts in the modern world through the epistemological approach of al-maslahah al-mursalah. In order to carry out its role in sharia economic dispute resolution, in line with community demands, the Religious Courts of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia has increased the human resource preparation program in the sharia economic law. Various efforts continue to be made, from technical guidance activities for religious court judges, certified sharia economic education and training to legal discussions with the theme of sharia economic law.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Pengaturan mengenai tata cara penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syariah tidak dapat dipungkiri, perkembangan ekonomi syariah yang pesat dan pesat memerlukan pengaturan yang memadai dan holistik. It means that to make it happen, a good and equal understanding of the values contained in the ideology requires concrete policies, which are actualized in the attitude of social life. In other words, ideology must become a real character of a nation. The implementation of the Pancasila Ideology Development has not been carried out optimally because the regulatory framework that regulates the Pancasila Ideology development is still scattered in various regulations. This issue is important to be studied more deeply considering the direction of the regulation of Pancasila Ideology development has a very important meaning, especially related to policies in the regulation field, which will greatly influence the success of Pancasila ideology development to strengthen national resilience. This study uses qualitative methods through document analysis. The data was analyzed related to documents related to the development of the Pancasila ideology. The draft implementing regulations that are needed to describe the level of implementation of the basic Pancasila ideology development is the need for implementing regulations that regulate procedures for the implementation of pancasila ideology development and roadmap for pancasila ideology development and procedures for monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of pancasila ideology development. Through existing developments, people have been pampered in all their life activities. This study discusses the extent to which information technology can contribute significantly to people’s lives. In addition, this study also looks at the extent to which the development of information technology is not a legal problem for the community and the form of punishment that can be imposed on someone when committing legal actions in cyberspace. In conducting the research, the author uses normative research methods through library studies related to secondary data from several reading sources such as books and various provisions of existing laws and regulations. Defamation by using information technology channels is regulated in Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. The application of the article against perpetrators of insult/defamation to someone is a consequence of the existence of an act that is intentional and without rights committed by someone against the law.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Dengan perkembangan yang ada, manusia telah dimanjakan dalam segala aktivitas kehidupannya. Kajian ini membahas sejauh mana teknologi informasi mampu memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi kehidupan masyarakat. The research was conducted by taking two legal sources relevant to this matter: Law on General Provisions and Tax Procedures (Undang-Undang Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan/KUP) and Tax Collection with Forced Letter (Penagihan Pajak Dengan Surat Paksa/PPSP). The basic considerations are that there are many legal institutions in these rules which are characterized by the character of the principle of preference as a legal principle. The research was conducted quantitively by using a normative and juridical approach. The data was analyzed by using a descriptive approach. Based on Article 21 of the KUP Law confirms that the right to advance only concerns the law of execution of tax debts through the auction of the property of the tax guarantor. Based on the KUP Law, which categorizes preemptive rights in the part of the execution of tax debts, the resulting legal implications involve the legal force of prior rights over other rights in the execution (auction) of the property of the tax guarantor. The KUP Law and the PPSP Law implicitly adhere to a broader understanding of prior rights than just the law for the execution of tax debts, resulting in the state’s position of preference beginning when the tax is declared payable by law.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implikasi ekonomi dan hukum dari utang pajak terhadap kewajiban perpajakan di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil dua sumber hukum yang relevan dengan hal tersebut, yaitu Undang-Undang Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan (UU KUP) dan Penagihan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa/PPSP). Dasar pertimbangannya adalah banyak pranata hukum dalam aturan-aturan tersebut yang dicirikan oleh sifat asas preferensi sebagai asas hukum. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan normatif dan yuridis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan Pasal 21 UU KUP yang menegaskan bahwa hak uang muka hanya menyangkut hukum pelunasan utang pajak melalui pelelangan harta benda penanggung pajak. Berdasarkan UU KUP yang mengkategorikan hak mendahului dalam bagian dari pelaksanaan utang pajak, maka implikasi hukum yang ditimbulkannya menyangkut kekuatan hukum hak mendahului atas hak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan (pelelangan) harta benda penanggung pajak. The law has banned children from doing hazardous work, but does not define the term ‘dangerous work’. Article 44 of the 2006 Bangladesh Labor Act contradicts the 1973 ILO Minimum Age Convention. In most cases, multinational enterprises (MNEs) agents or supply chains employ children; but foreign investors also have the same responsibility to oversee the local operations of their counterparties. So, it is very important to ensure the protection of the human rights of child workers. Broadly speaking, the findings highlight the need for providing justice, legal certainty and human rights consideration in specifying worker rights such as education, fair wages, limited working hours, safe working conditions, and health protection which must be guaranteed through labor laws. \u0000Abstrak\u0000Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas kerangka kebijakan hukum dalam undang-undang Bangladesh dalam pelarangan pekerja anak. Undang-undang telah melarang anak-anak melakukan pekerjaan berbahaya; tetapi tidak mendefinisikan istilah 'pekerjaan berbahaya'. Pasal 44 Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan Bangladesh tahun 2006 bertentangan dengan Konvensi Usia Minimum ILO tahun 1973. Dalam kebanyakan kasus, agen atau rantai pasokan perusahaan multinasional (MNEs) mempekerjakan anak-anak; tetapi investor asing juga memiliki tanggung jawab yang sama untuk mengawasi operasi lokal rekanan mereka. They provide a payment system model that no longer has to rely on third parties such as banks or governments to ensure that the payer can deliver the agreed-upon funds. In contrast, cryptocurrency systems inspire trust in decentralized, uninterrupted computer programs, which theoretically cannot deceive their users. The focus of the study in this research is related to the regulation of cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin, in Indonesia and Ukraine. Using Bitcoin in Indonesia and Ukraine to pay for goods or services is illegal. In this study, the method used is a normative legal research method. This method analyzes how the legal system reacts to a new problem that has not been regulated by legislation or systemic and comprehensive precedents, in this case, cryptocurrency. The normative legal research method is based on the post-positivism paradigm. Research results, in general, find that cryptocurrency is the antithesis of capital money. First, cryptocurrencies are neutralized by third parties being removed from the global system of economic actors. Second, as a medium of exchange, cryptocurrencies oppose fiat money. Despite the lack of material situation (use-value), the issuance of cryptocurrencies is not controlled by fractional reserve lending, thereby ultimately reducing the fundamental requirements of negative excess of capitalism to continue to grow.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Kehadiran mata uang kripto pada dasarnya merupakan model alternatif untuk menyediakan uang dan pembayaran yang terdesentralisasi. Mereka menyediakan model sistem pembayaran yang tidak lagi bergantung pada pihak ketiga seperti bank atau pemerintah untuk memastikan bahwa pembayar dapat mengirimkan dana yang telah disepakati. Sebaliknya, sistem mata uang kripto menginspirasi kepercayaan pada program komputer terdesentralisasi dan tidak terputus, yang secara teoritis tidak dapat menipu penggunanya. Fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini terkait dengan regulasi mata uang kripto y khususnya Bitcoin di Indonesia dan Ukraina. Saat ini, penggunaan Bitcoin di Indonesia dan Ukraina untuk membayar barang atau jasa dianggap ilegal. Metode penelitian hukum normatif didasarkan pada paradigma post-positivisme. Hasil riset secara umum menemukan bahwa mata uang kripto adalah antitesis dari kapital uang. Pertama, bahwa cryptocurrency dinetralkan oleh pihak ketiga yang dikeluarkan dari sistem global pelaku ekonomi. Kedua, sebagai alat tukar, mata uang kripto menentang uang fiat. However, in carrying out its duties, ORI has the potential to face independence and accountability challenges from the House of Representatives (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat/DPR), which carries out the functions of legislation, budgeting, and supervision. These three functions of the DPR are related to the existence of ORI in carrying out its duties. This paper discusses the position, function, and institutional relationship between ORI and the DPR. The method used is a qualitative approach, with a library study data collection technique and data analysis techniques through qualitative analytical descriptive techniques. Based on the assessment through Instrumental Institutional design and governance, actual autonomy in exercising its mandate from the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), there are several low independence and accountability assessments, namely: (1) sufficiency of financial resources for performing its functions; (2) extent of autonomy to generate its own financial revenues; (3) security and stability of budget during past three years; and (4) stability of staff and extent of staff turn-over. In the future, ORI must improve several low scores of independence and accountability with its institutional relations to the DPR.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Ombudsman Republik Indonesia (ORI) merupakan lembaga yang berwenang mengawasi pelayanan publik yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara negara, pemerintah, termasuk setiap orang dan badan hukum yang diberi tugas menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik tertentu yang pembiayaannya bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) dan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Namun dalam menjalankan tugasnya, ORI berpotensi menghadapi tantangan independensi dan akuntabilitas dari Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) yang menjalankan fungsi legislasi, penganggaran, dan pengawasan. Ketiga fungsi DPR tersebut terkait dengan keberadaan ORI dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Tulisan ini membahas tentang kedudukan, fungsi, dan hubungan kelembagaan antara ORI dan DPR. One of the objectives of the establishment of the Republic of Indonesia, as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, is to realize public welfare. The government’s main task is to create a government management system that can properly manage national resources to achieve prosperity and prosperity and social justice for all the people of Indonesia. The government must be able to realize land law reform, especially public services in the land sector. The formation of the National Bureaucracy Reform Committee is aimed at continuing the government’s plans that have not been effective, namely the creation of an accountable, productive, professional, and free of corruption bureaucracy. The most important improvement effort on land law reform is to reconstruct the land registration system in realizing the industrial revolution 4.0, in the form of an electronic certificate on land as a form of creativity and innovation to grow and develop digital technology while forming a legal culture in bureaucratic services and strong public services.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Kebijaksanaan hukum pertanahan mencakup aspek-aspek mendasar, yaitu asas pemenuhan hak konstitusional rakyat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari dan menjunjung tinggi asas persamaan hak asasi manusia. Salah satu tujuan berdirinya Negara Republik Indonesia sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh UUD 1945 adalah untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan umum. Tugas pokok pemerintah adalah mewujudkan sistem penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang dapat mengelola sumber daya nasional dengan baik untuk tercapainya kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan serta keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Pemerintah harus mampu mewujudkan reformasi hukum pertanahan, khususnya pelayanan publik di bidang pertanahan. Pembentukan Komite Reformasi Birokrasi Nasional bertujuan untuk melanjutkan rencana pemerintah yang belum efektif, yaitu mewujudkan birokrasi yang akuntabel, produktif, profesional dan bebas korupsi. In accordance with the mandate of Article 24C paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, it stipulates that one of the powers of the Constitutional Court is to decide disputes over election results, which means that this includes post-conflict local election disputes. In this context, the Constitutional Court performs its role to maintain the constitutional democracy adopted in Indonesian legal system fo resolve election disputes. Upholding the constitution is a form of protecting the constitutional rights of citizens and is a consequence of the adherence to the notion of constitutionalism that the 1945 Constitution. In this context, the constitution becomes a living constitution in the life of the nation and state. Constitutional values and norms will always be alive in the sense that they are constantly developing and enriched with new values and systems based on the practice of the constitution itself and real experiences in everyday life. To maintain the election process in order to achieve the expected results, it cannot rely on only one or two institutions. It requires the cooperation of all state organs, including KPU, Bawaslu, DKPP, police, prosecutors, courts, and the Constitutional Court.
