WSQM focuses on the classification and definition of quality factors and activities of associates conceptually. As the coverage of Web services expands and implementation cases of them increase, the importance of the method which applies the quality model to real world practically grows up to make it easy communicating the information of quality of Web services. This research report presents the method describing the quality factors of Web services and SOA normally and quantitatively. For this, we adopt the standard XML schema as the framework for describing Web services quality. This report provides briefly the WSQM which is basis of WSQDL (Web Services Quality Description Language) and explains the considerations, the concept of quality chain, the overall structure of WSQDL, and items of WSQDL. And this paper reference ISO/IEC 15504 as the international standard. Also, this paper is intended to develop the relationship between process improvement and their causes to introduce. Generally, design-pattern is a reusable solution to a commonly occurring problem in software design. If design-patterns could be captured and reused in reverse engineering, the reverse engineering would be very helpful those who develops and maintains software. So there have been many attempts to detect design-patterns during reverse engineering. However, the approaches suffer from serious drawbacks to its practical implementation; false positive, false negative rate, the number of detected patterns. In this paper, we propose a new taxonomy of GoF design patterns that can guide the reverse-engineering process. This approach not only combines static analysis with dynamic analysis but also adds what we call the implementation- specific analysis. Rapid GUI development tools are being required more than ever. However, traditional way of GUI development for ED applications has some limitation in support of visual environment and blocks rapid development. In this paper, we introduce a new mini visual IDE, called VY, which supports rapid development utilizing control library, and simulation of GUI. VY can realize the development of GUI in ED efficiently by means of \"what you see is what you get\"(WYSIWYG). It consists of five modules: simulator, control library, script complier, script virtual machine (SVM) and visual window. By utilizing the hardware-independent control library of graphical interfaces, an attractive GUI can be produced with much less script effort on the visual window. Then, the script file is compiled into script data (including instructions) which will be executed by the SVM with visiting system calls in ED, and the Simulator will display the resulting GUI. After all these steps, the final GUI can be downloaded into the ED system. Sensor nodes deployed in a sensing area contain links information about adjacent nodes. While receiving an interest from neighbor nodes, the sensor node broadcasts the interest and own bitmap. Each node keeps link information expressed by bitmap. After broadcasting, each node updates the bitmap when the adjacent nodes broadcast the same interest message. The size of bitmap is restricted, so sensor node must be classified into clusters. We try to divide clusters by naming a sub-sink node. Then, all nodes in a certain cluster must report to the sub-sink node. A sub-sink has a function to broadcast an interest and to receive data from cluster members. The sub-sink node broadcasts only an interest, because the size of bitmap is restricted and all nodes need not know information about total topologies. Much of this maintenance can more correctly be called software evolution, as existing systems are adapted to take on new responsibilities and/or operate in a changed environment. During an object-oriented software development, evolution often requires changes to the underlying object structure of the system in terms of classes, inheritance relationships, fields and operations. With this in mind, software developers try to redesign existing components with minimal modifications on the class hierarchy so that components can be refined and reused easily. In this paper, we propose the Flattened Class Hierarchy that characterizes \"normalization\" of reorganization of class hierarchy structures. And, we also present an algorithm which transforms a given class hierarchy into the Flattened form. The flattened class hierarchy plays an important role as a bridge on the reorganization of class hierarchies. Whereas software engineering concept is mature in today's general information system developments, the systematic PLC program development methodology is not widely adopted on the shop floor. Proposed in this paper is a development of prototype modeling tool based on 0-0 modeling framework for industrial control logic. This prototype supports the systematic design procedure for reducing the logic errors before implementing the ladder logic, and enhances efficient communication among FA engineers who have different experiences and disciplines during the automation project. This paper presents a methodology to test robustness of such systems. We investigate system behaviour aspects. We handle two formal specifications : a nominal one which describes the system behaviour in normal conditions and a degraded one which describes the behaviour in critical conditions. Both are described as Labelled Transition Systems for the untimed systems and as Timed Automata for timed systems. We extract test sequences from the nominal or from the degraded specification. We perform fault injection on these test sequences.
