Knowledge discovering agents are a very interesting approach to software development in computing environments. An agent consists in a thread of execution that can migrate across the network. In this paper, we will employ a multi-agent for the search and extraction of data in a distributed environment. We will use an Integrator Agent in the proposed model on the Knowledge Discovery Agent(KDA). The KDA will address the inadequacy of other data mining tools in processing performance and efficiency when use for knowledge discovery. The Integrator Agent was developed based on CORBA architecture for search and extraction of data from heterogeneous servers in the distributed environment. The recommender system has various filtering techniques according to the methods of recommendation. In this study, researchers study collaborative filtering among recommender systems. The accuracy of customer's preference prediction is compared with the accuracy of customer's preference prediction of the existing collaborative filtering algorithm, and the suggested new algorithm. At first, the accuracy of a customer's preference prediction of neighborhood based algorithm as automated collaborative filtering algorithm firstly & correspondence mean algorithm, is compared. It is analyzed by using MovieLens1 100K dataset and I Million dataset in order to experiment with the prediction accuracy of the each algorithm. For similarity weight used in both algorithms it is discovered Pearson's correlation coefficient and vector similarity which are generally used were utilized, and as a result of analysis, we show that the accuracy of the customer's preference prediction of correspondence mean algorithm is superior. Pearson's correlation coefficient and vector similarity used in two algorithms are calculated by using the preference rating of two customers' co-rated movies, and it shows that similarity weight is overestimated, where the number of co-rated movies is small. This report presents a pilot study using the particle swarm modeling, a widely used non-linear optimal tool, to model the emergence of insurgency campaign. The objective of this research is to apply the particle swarm metaphor as a model of insurgent social adaptation for the dynamically changing environment and to provide insight and understanding of insurgency warfare. We propose a historical, discontinuous changes introducing ambiguity in explaining and interpreting innovative nature of three paradigms of systems: information systems, knowledge systems, and e-business systems. Resorting to the historical perspective in developing ideas into meaningful themes, we proposed a discrete continuity in interpreting changes of paradigms of systems. Discrete continuity may be explained by ambiguously-shared meaningful perspectives applied to different paradigms of systems and interpretive elements of each system. The discrete continuity has been adopted to make ambiguity utilized may have instrumental contribution in researches. The standard discusses the detail of the requirements and the architecture of substation automation system as well as data type and format. The TEC 61850 will substitute the traditional hardwired analog communication network using up- to-date communication protocols for interoperability and reliable service. Basically all IEDs are connected through TCP/UDP and IP over Ethernet based LAN to exchange data. Thanks to the Ethernet frame, we can deploy any type of advanced communication technology for communication in substation. This paper discusses the technical issues associated with the communication networks integration in detail. We consider the possible topologies in Ethernet architecture with the topic in the discussion of the pros and cons of their architecture, and the required functionality of each network elements in detail. Several data types, e.g., GOOSE, time synchronization, and FTP, which uses different protocol stack, are used in substation system with their own delay requirements. Communication profiles for these services are discussed in this paper. We also present the system configuration, requirements, and architecture of the system. Although the maturity of this technique, there appears to be quite a significant gap between (a) component systems that are rich in advanced features (e.g., component nesting, software connectors, versioning, dynamic architectures), but which have typically only poor or even no runtime support, and (b) component systems with a solid runtime support, but which typically possess only a limited set of the advanced features. In our opinion, this is mainly due to the difficulties that arise when trying to give proper semantics to the features and reify them in development tools and an runtime platform. In this paper, we describe the implementation of the runtime environment for the SOFA 2.0 component model. In particular, we focus on the runtime support of the advanced features mentioned above. Instead of using narrative description, the synopsis is formulated based on behavioral specifications and described by graphical representations to enable visual matching between service intention and advertised specifications. The whole network lifetime relies on the lifetime of each sensor node. If one node dies, it could lead to a separation of the sensor network. Thus each and every sensor node should live long to extend the lifetime of the wireless sensor network. In this paper, we propose a path selection algorithm with energy efficiency for wireless sensor networks. The key idea in the algorithm is that all the paths are utilized evenly and the paths with enough available energy are selected, so that the network lifetime can be maximized. To evaluate its performance, some simulations are carried out. VoiceXML is currently the best solution for construction of a voice web. However voice web using VoiceXML doesn 't provide users with dynamic and rich content because a voice web uses machine- controlled and mixed-initiative technology that provides one-sided progress from system to user. In this paper, we recognize the weaknesses of a voice web using technology such as VoiceXML, and design and implement a user-initiative voice web using RSS and VoiceXML. The proposed system provides dynamically detected recognition candidates in user content, in contrast with recognition candidates of the existing voice web, which depend on the application developer. Traditionally, when the supervised machine learning algorithms are used for pattern classification, raw data should be encoded into numerical vectors. This encoding may be difficult, depending on a given application area of pattern classification. For example, in text categorization, encoding full texts given as raw data into numerical vectors leads to two main problems: huge dimensionality and sparse distribution.
