The increase in complexity, inter connectedness, dependency and the asynchronous interactions between the components that include hardware resources (computers, servers, network devices), and software (application services, middleware, web services, etc.) makes the fault detection and tolerance a challenging research problem. In this paper, we present an innovative approach based on statistical and data mining techniques to detect faults (hardware or software) and also identify the source of the fault. In our approach, we monitor and analyze in realtime all the interactions between all the components of a distributed system. We used data mining and supervised learning techniques to obtain the rules that can accurately model the normal interactions among these components. Our anomaly analysis engine will immediately produce an alert whenever one or more of the interaction rules that capture normal operations is violated due to a software or hardware failure. According to this technical trend, this paper designs and implements a message passing library called JMPI(Java Message Passing Interface) which complies with MP], the MPI standard specification for Java language. This library provides some graphic user interface tools to enable parallel computing environments to be configured very simply by their administrators and JMPI applications to be executed very conveniently. Especially, it is implemented as two versions based on two typical distributed system communication mechanisms, Socket and RMI. According to these communication mechanisms, the performance of each message passing system is evaluated by measuring its processing speed with respect to the increasing number of computers by executing three well-known applications. This optimization technique can reduce power consumption by using wireless communicating sensors with a supervisor control. This supervisory control of the sensors gives it an advantage of being controllable from any embedded, desktop or Internet platform. It can be considered as a communication device with one input port and one output port. In the paper, we investigate the behavior of an extended queue that has one input channel and multiple output channels. An enter-queue command enters a data item into the queue as does an ordinary queue, but a de-queue command removes the front item and sends it to a specific output channel. This is similar to the function of a simplified message router. We define a set of stream functions to map between input stream and output stream to describe the behavior of the queue. Practical Patching dynamically expands ongoing transition streams when a new request actually arrives at the server. This paper proposes an efficient resource reservation and QoS provisioning mechanism based on mobile SCTP (mSCTP) with network mobility and multi-homing for NGN. To do this, the proposed mechanism does not refresh the reserved resources on the common path through the path management at the time of mSCTP-based handover. The path management is accomplished by maintaining the common path and common routers on the path. There, however, has been difficulty increasing productivity from applying those models since \"how \" is not within the scope of the CMM/CMMI. For this reason, SEI (Software Engineering Institute) introduced PSP/TSP (Personal Software Process/Team Software Process); however, they still lack statistical analysis tools and systematic process control techniques for analyzing measures collected in PSP/TSP. Six Sigma, on the other hand, provides the quantitative analysis tools necessary to identify high leverage activities, control process performance and evaluate effectiveness of process changes. Deploying PSP/TSP in conjunction with Six Sigma, therefore, can directly lead to improved project performance and continuous process improvement by analyzing data, assessing process stability, and prioritizing improvements in PSP/TSP. The novel experiments with a new perturbation paradigm were designed to study the control of hand orientation and arm movement during 3D reach-to-grasp in both human subjects and rhesus monkeys. The experiments captured the signal from the monkey's brain (electrocorticogram, EcoG), and integrated the signals into a DATABASE. Our efforts have focused on building engaging game-based stereoscopic video and audio scenarios that allow clients to participate in perceptual-motor rehabilitation. From the audio and video, the system of DEMO could activate the patient's consciousness to adjust the arm's movement; this depends on the patient self-adjust and self- rehabilitation. Hence, a suit of \"software processes improvement solution \" referring CMMI level 2~3 for middle size enterprises is established. It is composed of: (I) The software processes specification, which is titled as \"Simplified Parallel Processes\"; (2) The software processes management tool \"Future\" based on SPP. SPP model has three layers and manage to answer \"How\": the top level is project management processes set, the middle layer is project development processes set, the down layer is project supply processes set respectively. Meanwhile, concrete technical development specification for embedded systems is presented. It's frank and helpful for every process to obey in an orderly way. In this paper, we suggest a retransmission algorithm using an N-Based game command history that supports End-to-End protocol, and retransmits data without alteration of existing protocols, and also supports video games based on multi-platform in wired-wireless network environments, and it can possibly work under multi-user games.
