It obeys to knapsack problem constraints in which, it is well known, that at increasing the number of variables of the problem under consideration, the solution will become very complex.This paper provides a modeling and simulation of a proposed method to solve the EMC problem based on the genetic algorithm, relating to problem of distributing the frequencies among wireless radio stations operating in High Frequency (H.F.) Band, used in specified geographical region, and a very restricted frequency band, especially in Military applications. The paper provides a description of the Frequency Assignment Problem (FAP), and it focuses on the different interference types, that have great role in this problem.This paper discusses the performance evaluation of the proposed method via it’s comparison with the conventional method (Back Tracking Method) used in the solution of this problem, through many case studies taken from the military environments. The time taken by the proposed method is smaller than that taken by conventional method.","PeriodicalId":179575,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th Scientific International Conference Najaf (SICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124055371","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, a powerful search technology that will allow retrieval of relevant information is one of the main requirements for the success of the Web which is complicated further due to use of many different formats for storing information. Semantic Web technology has a prominent role in search engines to alleviate this issue by providing a way to understand the contextual meaning of data so as to retrieve relevant, high-quality results.Exploratory search system, a special information seeking and exploration approach, supports users who are unfamiliar with a topic or whose search goals are vague and unfocused to learn and investigate a topic through a set of activities. In order to achieve exploratory search goals, Linked Data can be used to help search systems in retrieving related data, so the investigation task runs smoothly.The quantity of data published on the Web according to principles of Linked Data is increasing intensely. However, this data is still largely limited to be used up by domain professionals and users who understand Linked Data technologies. Therefore, it is essential to develop tools to enhance intuitive perceptions of Linked Data for lay users. The features of Linked Data point to various challenges for an easy-to-use data presentation.In this presentation, I will summarize the Semantic Web and Linked Data technologies, challenges to the presentation of Linked Data will be stated, and finally an application with the aim of delivering a simple way to discover linked data resources; hiding technical challenges behind Linked Data; and providing both specialist and non-specialist users an interactive and effective way to explore RDF resources will be presented.","PeriodicalId":179575,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th Scientific International Conference Najaf (SICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128728777","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The difference in transcriptional regulation between two strains of mice. the phenotype of the two mutant strains differ, where one of the strains succumbs to ALS far quicker than the other. The aim of the work determines a candidate list of genes or pathway that would give insight into the mechanism behind this difference of phenotype. Gaussian processes are efficient and usability for the analysis these series, Gaussian process (GP) regression with Coregionalization model have built to determine a candidate list of genes or pathway that would give insight into the mechanism behind this difference of phenotype. A model has built on these series to account for more structure within the time series; these Data have a correlated output for mouse model for ALS disease. The results of this model are well done to detect gene expression differences associated with the difference in the phenotype for four cases the genes alter its behavior and the new information that discovery genes have same behavior in both two mutations and two strains.","PeriodicalId":179575,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th Scientific International Conference Najaf (SICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127774014","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The performance of different mmWave bands at 28, 39, 60 and 73 GHz for indoor communication has been included in this investigation and for both Line-of-Sight (LOS) and Non-Line-of-Sight (NLOS) scenarios. The effects of different building materials, frequency sensitivity materials and multi-floor indoor communications were the main considerations in this work. Such consideration has been carried out based on the calculation of each material parameters represented by relative permittivity and conductivity which obtained via software designed and clarified in this work. The results obtained from Wireless InSite software indicates that there is an inverse relationship between the separation distance and both the delay spread and received power. In contrast, path loss increase with increasing the separation distance due to many reasons related to antennas directionality and properties. Furthermore, Results obtained from multi-floor mmWave communication indicate that by using lower frequencies of 28 and 39 GHz, multi-floor effects on the investigated parameters have reduced the received power and increased the path losses to approximately its double values. Resulting in a valuable consideration for performing such deployment. While for 60 and 73 GHz, it shows ineffectiveness to be utilized for such communication.","PeriodicalId":179575,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th Scientific International Conference Najaf (SICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126145441","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A sinusoidal corrugated interface is used between the porous and the nanofluid layers. The enclosure is filled with a Cu-water nanofluid at a constant solid volume fraction. The governing equation is solved using Darcy–Brinkman model in the non-uniform porous region. The selected parameters of this paper are the Darcy number, Rayleigh number, non-uniform porous layer thickness, number of undulations and the sinusoidal amplitude. The numerical results represented by the average Nusselt numbers, flow behavior and temperature distributions inside the cavity are discussed. The results show that the addition of 10% of Cu, used in this study, enhances the rate of heat transfer compared to the base fluid (water). The average Nusselt number increases by increasing the Rayleigh number as the intensity of the streamlines is much stronger. It is likewise found that by increasing the Darcy number of the porous media with a low value of the non-uniform porous layer thickness enhance the convective heat transfer in the cavity.","PeriodicalId":179575,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th Scientific International Conference Najaf (SICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129119159","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The using of Walsh series in the simulation of the wave form is considered, when it is truncated at the end of any group of terms of a given order, and the partial sum will be a stair step approximation to the waveform. The height of each step will be the average value of the waveform over the same interval. The incident wave and scattering wave which satisfied the Maxwell's equation in the incident and scattered field, respectively, have a periodic form and can expressed as a series of Walsh function. The scattered wave is often taken into account, and its problem which is termed \" Scattering problem \" is classified either differential or integral equations. Both kind can be solved by a Walsh series. The differential equation is solved for the highest derivatives first and the result is then integrated numbers of times to get a required solution. Where as, the integral equation can be solved by direct substitution of Walsh functions in the equation with some iterative fashion. Accordingly, the above characteristics may have considered with some efficient way to solve the scattering problems. This paper provides, studying the Rademacher functions in order to construct the set of Walsh functions, studying the set of Walsh functions and its properties, generalizing the definition of Walsh functions to form a complete set of Walsh functions for the space of square-integrable functions defined over a region [0,1]x[0,1]. Solution of one dimensional linear integral equation of second kind (Fredholm type) using Walsh functions and finally, the results for the solution of one dimensional linear integral equation and the validity of this solution with the exact solution.","PeriodicalId":179575,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th Scientific International Conference Najaf (SICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123701510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Previous studies compared the microclimate for traditional and modern urban fabric, but the study of the airflow speed within the street canyon had not been presented statistical way. There were no obvious studies for the role of urban fabric configuration on the streets canyon airflow, which is the research problem. In this study a CFD Software simulation was depended to estimate and compared the speed of airflow in the street canyon between traditional and modern urban fabric for Baghdad city as an example for a hot dry climate. The results demonstrate that the traditional urban fabric had increased the airflow speed in the street canyon as compared to modern urban fabric.","PeriodicalId":179575,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th Scientific International Conference Najaf (SICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116151378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
