There are three main functions in the proposed system: the first is that the server will receive the sent streams by all connected cameras. The second means that the server starts viewing video signals and distributes them to all connected clients in the network. Finally, the clients will receive video signals from the server. Hence, the proposed RTVD System (RTVDS) makes the Admin to focus on the received frames sent by IP cameras to/from the server within signals broadcasting. In addition, RTVDS has the capability of tracking and storing the frames stream and encode them during the broadcasting process. The main objective of this paper is offering news to users according to their preferences, and to making positive news items that can have positive impact on users’ mind and soul. Implementation of an emotional Arabic news recommender system (E-ANRS) application to display news articles for our users and get users’ feedbacks including two categories as like/dislike via using android platform. We introduce our model as a solution for two problems as follows: the first problem is design a model which suggests positive Arabic news to excel the violence and vehemence people are shown in everyday life, a resource for recommending Arabic news with extract of emotion is unprecedented. The second problem, we introduce an (E-ANRS) as a solution to problem of cold-start by using IBM Bluemix server for first time, which provides two services (language translator and tone analyzer). We have two ways to measure accuracy of emotion for our model by using EEG and SAM techniques. The obtained result of EEG of our model is 90%. In conventional controllers, for a high degree of automatic voltage control, a high gain is required which may tend it to instability during facing large and sudden disturbances. In addition, the excitation system is a nonlinear in nature as a result of the variation of the system’s parameters due to heat rising and electromagnetic parameters. This paper proposes the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller based on an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) as an intelligent non-linear controller for the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) of the three-phase synchronous generator. The proposed PID-ANN controller is designed according to the discrete presentation of the PID controller. The controller’s parameters are tuned by using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique. The overall system is simulated by using MATLAB/SIMULINK program in addition to the traditional PI and IP controllers as a comparison references. Simulation results show that the PID-ANN has better performance than Proportional Integral (PI) and Integral Proportional (IP) controllers in viewpoint transient response and robustness. This can be achieved when complexity and delay time is unlimited. Thus, it is significant to recognize the limitation of those parameters in the decoding of LDPC. In this research, a study of LDPC performance with three decoding algorithms namely; bit-flipping, log domain, and prob domain are presented. The first one is related to hard decision family while the last two types are the soft decision that follows the sum-product algorithm. A simulation model of a wireless communication system included LDPC are evaluated with the motioned three types of decoding using Matlab Package, version 2018a. The results show that the log domain and prob domain are outperforming the bit-flipping algorithm by a significant amount of Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). The aim of this etching methodology is to control the reduction of the core diameter and to demonstrate two different reducing methods applied to fabricate NFO. A large penetration depth of an evanescent field (EF) is the explanation of achievement for increasing a fiber-optic evanescent-field sensor (FOEFS). In general, the penetration depth (dp) of an optical fiber, stripped of its cladding, was a relation to the wavelength of the incident light, the refractive index (RI) of the surrounding medium and the incident angle on the basis of the ray-tracing model. Ray tracing analysis of tapered nano fiber optics segments and of combination taper probes make evident that the increases along the length of the taper, creating a segmented sensor with increased excitation light available at the surface for stimulating of ray transmitting. In this work, to study an NFO based on a tapered sensing probe by using the numerical analysis. The light power transmission and ultimate sensitivity of the element sensor are influenced by the incident angle, the numerical aperture (NA), core diameter, and taper ratio (TR). The TR of 0.1 and 0.7 are yield higher dp in certain regions. It can be classified as a non-surgical device. It is too important to watch fetal heart during gestation because it provides doctor with very useful information to diagnose any defect in fetuses heart before birth. Many techniques are used for isolating fetal ECG from his mother ECG and noise like filters and blind source separation. The main problem is how to extract fetal ECG when a mother has twins. In this case, the isolation between fetuses ECG will be complicated because, both fetus ECG signals will have the same features. In this paper, a combination of blind source separation and band pass filter has been implemented. The obtained results by the suggested method records higher values of SNR than the other blind source separation (BSS), which are “STONE, JADE, and FICA” without using a filter. The voltage generated need to be manipulated before it can be converted to AC. In this paper the technique used is to get DC-wave from solar cell by using the equations of PV module and connect it to a H-bridge inverter to generate ac source by using PWM technique, following this, we used a low pass filter to produce a pure sine wave. The present study aims to study the performance of the experimental and the theoretical side of the photovoltaic storage solar collector to utilize for water heating and electricity generating for domestic and industrial purposes. In the present work, a new storage solar collectors have been designed; it includes a tank with an inclined rectangular surface with angle 45° from the horizon, using a PV solar cell combined on an inclined surface of the tank, it works as thermal absorber surface. The water temperature rises to reach its highest value of 28 °C and then decreases. It was the highest efficiency in the early morning hours and reached 77% in the spring. Also noticed that the new design provide excellent performance for both seasons with total efficiency exceed about 40%. A theoretical calculations result is investigated. A computer program has been built to solve the equations of the theoretical part relating to the performance of this system. One of the high impact video processing is a magnification. Magnification refers to amplify a region or special bands of video frames in order to detect subtle information. The famous approach to achieve magnification is Eulerian-based. This paper proposes a developed approach for a phase-based Eulerian video magnification (PB-EVM) in order to reduce the processing time. The proposed approach reduces the processed data in PB-EVM by resizing-down the source video size with maintaining the video quality. Subsequently, the resulted video is decomposed using complex steerable pyramid. Then, the decomposed video is entered to temporal filters in order to pass only specific frequency bands, and then amplified the energy of these bands by multiplying by magnification factor. Finally, the video magnified video is reconstructed by steerable pyramid and resizing-up to come back to the original video size. The experimental results of the proposed approach show that there is a 60–65% reduction in the execution time compare to the conventional PB-EVM.
