The horizontal and vertical distance between winglet and cylinder was change as (s/b = 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5) and (d/b = 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9) respectively and Reynolds number range was (1 ≤ Re ≤ 25). The numerical computations are carried out using FLUENT 16.1 and Navier- Stokes, continuity and energy equations are solved by using SIMPL method with appropriate boundary conditions. The results showed that the using of a winglet had a significant effect on improving the heat transfer process of the triangular cylinder. Since all these algorithms are considered an open loop processor, continually their performance accuracy with environmental changes cannot be guaranteed. This paper presents a Closed Loop CFAR (CL-CFAR) processor, as a proposed new CFAR, to guarantee the continuity of their performance. A shift register is used to save the decision of each cell after threshold CUT as a pattern, then a neural network (NN) back propagation is used to recognize this pattern, which represents the state of the lagging window. After that, the output of the NN is back to the return signal classifier, which is responsible for selecting the optimal CFAR, which is used. Where the proposed closed loop CFAR is used for switching between certain CFAR algorithms, the switching is based on the changing the field environment. The results show over perform of the closed loop compared with conventional algorithms. It showed for a single target the probability of detection PD is 90–97% with Pfa from 10-4 to 10-8 by using the selected CA-CFAR. Further, for Multi-target 100% with the same Pfa using selected OSGO-CFAR and for a closed multi-target, the PD is 94–100% with the same Pfa with selected OSSO-CFAR, also for clutter edge situation the PD is 94–98% with the same Pfa with selected OSSO-CFAR. To solve this problem, several routing protocols have been proposed to guide packets between vehicles until the changing topology is overcome. One of the most important types of protocols is site-based protocol. One of the most important features of this protocol maximum distance on-demand routing algorithm is that it chooses the best path and maximum distance in the direction of the destination vehicle with the least number of hops in order to ensure the transfer of all packages to the destination vehicle and reduce overhead and delays, This work is different from some previous work by making the speed of vehicles varies between (40–120 km/h) and showing the results in terms of end to end delay, communication overhead, packet delivery ratio. Another case has been forced to change the contract locations randomly and show the results E2E delay, packet delivery ratio, communication overhead. This paper focuses on the development of the thermal efficiency of the solar parabolic dish collector (PDC) with different types of the absorber. A spiral coil and helical conical coil receivers in a PDC system are studied experimentally. The experimental system consists of a solar parabolic dish 1.5m diameter, spiral coil, helical conical coil, and solar tracking system. The concentrated solar radiation amounting the receiver heats the working fluid (water) flows through this tube (coil spiral or helical conical). The preliminary calculations have been accomplished on the typical winter day in Najaf, Iraq (32.1°N /44.19°E). Effect of volumetric flow rates on the useful energy and thermal efficiency of the system has been investigated. They are conducted within 30 L/h and 60 L/h of volumetric flow rates. The experimental results showed that the maximum outlet temperature was obtained from PDC with spiral coil receiver with 30 L/h volumetric flow rate. The length of the study reach was about 124.4 km, beginning from Haditha Dam and ending at Hit City. Numerical software (HEC-RAS) which is based on Saint-Venant equations was applied to get the main parameters of the flood wave at certain cross sections. The results showed that Max. discharge at the dam site was 202547 m3/sec which decreased nonlinearly at the other cross sections until it was 111340 m3/sec at the reach end. Also, Max. water level decreased nonlinearly from 133.13 m at dam site to 82.76 m at Hit City. The reduction ratios for discharge and water elevation were about 45% and 38% respectively. Statistical analysis was performed to develop the best formulas for estimating Max. elevation and Max. discharge depending on distance and time. The system makes the improved application software to be used friendly with as maximum as possible of flexibility and full optional controlling to get complete features of the video broadcasting systems. The techniques of this software application are designed and implemented by Visual C#.Net language with using Microsoft Framework.Net. This system overcome the problems of delay, overlapping, attenuation, bottleneck of the bandwidth by limit number of resources and destinations, through controlling the permissions and broadcasting, and monitoring the configuration of the system during broadcasting. One of the most important enhancements achieved is via overcoming the problem of synchronization between two sides of the network (server and clients) due to the incoming signals from the cameras to the server and broadcasting these signals to the clients-side. The efficiency of a solar collector is key to evaluating its performance in thermal facilities, especially applications requiring low or medium temperatures. The most important factors affecting the efficiency of the solar collector are the weather conditions, the design of the collector, the type of work fluid used. A Flat plate collector tested experimentally in solar heating system worked by direct flow and closed system to heating space in Najaf, Iraq (32° 1' N / 44° 19' E). Experimental results showed that the overall daily efficiency of the collector reached 37.16%. The oscillation heat pipe consisted of 8 rows of 7 turns oscillating heat pipe in the air conditioning system. Also investigated the enhancement of the thermal performance of the heat exchanger and the energy-saving by experience water and methanol pure fluids and binary (water-methanol) fluid. The results showed that the increase of inlet air temperature and air velocity had a positive effect on energy saving ratio and the thermal effectiveness of heat exchanger. Also, the thermal effectiveness of the oscillation heat pipe heat exchanger using water as working fluid had lower values in comparison to the other two kinds of working fluids and can be enhanced by 16%, if the binary fluid used instead of it. Also, the energy-saving ratio values for water could be enhanced by 14 % when the binary fluid was used.
