The fast acting of the SVC is able of improving both the steady state operation and overall performance of the networks to reach stabilization. The proposed system based on HSA and TLBO have been tested on IEEE 9 test system with SVC device. The approach system is compared with SVC only and traditional PI-POD. The parameters of traditional PI are adjusting by try and error method. The inferences from these methods are consistent with the biological literature and can help researchers design reasonable and efficient drugs to resist different diseases. Gene expression data commonly have a large number of features and a small number of samples. The gene expression data are very different from one to another, this differentiation among data and the feature’s large number make the classification for gene expression data challenging. In this study, for classification we assessed the accuracy for most powerful deep learning’s algorithms such as Deep Neural Network, Recurrent Neural Network, Convolutional Neural Network and improved Deep Neural Network with the preprocessing technique. The DNN was improved by adding Dropout to it by which the overfitting problem was overcame. Among different types of renewable energy, solar photovoltaic systems have been developing rapidly in recent years. The design of PV systems installed in city of Baghdad to operate AC loads about six hours a day between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. was sizing about (2.56) kWp when assessed over the year. The power output of this PV system is dependent on the solar radiation rates of the site. The soil model was brought from a one construction project in Karbala, Iraq. Routine tests were carried out on the soft soil model alone, as well as for soft soil with specific percentage of granular materials. The model of cylindrical shape laboratory dimensions of 250 mm in diameter with a height of 300 mm. Eight different shear strength were used for laboratory model tests. Static loading tests were carried out on these model tests. In other words, this paper inspects how unlicensed cooperative users utilize the licensed network slot(s) or sub-channel(s) efficiently. To this end, a relay selection method named as Relay Automatic Repeat Request (RARQ) is proposed and utilized with a cognitive cooperative network under interference and power constraints. The bandwidth efficiency of cognitive cooperative network is higher than that of cooperative transmission due to the interference and power constraint. The collector consists of parabolic trough of mild steel sheet and a helical coil receiver fabricated using copper tube positioned at the focal line of the trough. The copper tube is coated with black paint to increase its absorptivity. The system is fabricated and tested at Babylon University site in Hila city Iraq (32.4°latitude, 44.4° longitudinal) using water as working fluid under outdoor condition. The system is operated as a closed loop water circulation with a storage tank of 30 liter capacity contains 8 liters of water. Tests are carried out during the period from October to November 2018. The tests are performed with different circulation flow rate (1,1.5,2) l/min. Results show that the maximum helical coil surface temperature with non-circulation is 107.2 °C at 1.00 PM from 25th September and 75 °C with circulation at flow rate 1.5 l/min at 2.00 PM from 9th October. There are many inventors of irrigation systems that rely on the control system which facilitates the way towards a solid system of irrigation. In this research, a new system is designed to monitor and operate the irrigation system. The system uses the Arduino mega 2560 enhanced with Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) technology so that Arduino platform allows to receive/send SMS to/from the mobile of farms/homeowner according to soil needed for water or the instructions sent by the user. The system is equipped with moisture sensors that are inserted in the soil to irrigate the plants automatically if the ground is dry or controlled by mobile using SMS messaging. The mobile of farms/homeowner can inform him if soil needs watering and in turn the farmer/householder sends an SMS message to the controller to start irrigation, and then send another SMS message to stop the irrigation after receiving an SMS message from the microcontroller that the soil saturated with water. There are probabilities to take into consideration, one of them is if the water tank is empty, which in this situation the moisture sensor inserted in the tank to inform the homeowner there is no water if empty and in turn the homeowner has sent the SMS message to microcontroller to turn ON the water pump to provide the tank with water. Also, provide a way for different software packages to access values from the control device (PLC) at the same computer using the NI OPC servers to monitor the performance of the pneumatic equipment.The automatic production line which can performance feeding, transportation, sorting functions designed and simulated in FACTORY IO software then implemented. S7-1200 plc used to control the automatic production line using TIA PORTAL V15 software, and LabVIEW used to great Human Machine Interface (HMI) to monitor the status of the system. The communication between the master program TIA PORTAL V15 software and slave program LABVIEW through OLE Process Control (OPC) service. OPC offers greater flexibility and, lower costs of development, integration, and assembly for controlling and monitoring the industrial process. In front of this development, quality of services may consider as a big challenge. Accordingly, the need for optimization in all mobile networks’ aspects is essential. The optimization starts from good planning which provides a good coverage area and hence the best signal quality. An important factor that playing the fundamental’s role in characterizing accurately the environment is the appropriate propagation model. In this work, an empirical model is being selected to characterize two regions, urban and suburban areas. The selected model will be adapted to analyze the performance of 2G and 3G mobile networks that are currently operated in Baghdad city. An extensive drive and walk test are conducted to collect the field measurement data. After comparative analyses between the simulated and the measured data, the results clarify that; Cost231-Hata model is the most suitable propagation model for the 2G network in all environment. Cost231-Hata model achieves the least Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) equals to 3.37dB and 2.24dB for urban and suburban respectively.
