The article revealed why are scientific supervising appeared. At the same time article researched actual expansion of this phenomena around all of the world. The paper showed the scientific supervising was appeared due of needs a society in the new information. At the starting these needs were realized by the social institute of religion. But by the time religion was not be able to satisfied the growing demands of the society for getting the new information. As answer for it based on the methods of natural researches arose the social institute of science. The article proved the origin оf scientific supervising from institutionalizations of science. The paper stated the arising of scientific management from the necessity to confirm by junior researchers their capability to do complicated science research at the one hand and needs to transfer their scientific knowledge and skills by the experienced researchers to their students at the other hand. The article asserted the scientific supervising as action of esoterically paradigm of social development which have been intruded into rational and technological paradigms of modern society. The paper attempted to estimate the geographical spreading of scientific supervising. Based on analyses of quantity people who have been working in the science, quantity of scientific publications and expenses for science has made a conclusion the scientific management is very extendible phenomena of society which could be found there the postgraduation studies is. In particular, psychological factors contributing to deviation in police officers and preventive measures that can be implemented to reduce the effects of the identified factors are considered. The authors emphasize the importance of early identification of employees at risk and providing them with appropriate support and training to prevent escalation of their behavior. The article also highlights the need for police services to develop a culture of accountability and transparency to prevent misconduct and ensure public trust. Khisamutdinov","doi":"10.20339/am.07-23.118","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20339/am.07-23.118","url":null,"abstract":"The article reports on the pedagogical activity of the researcher and writer Vladimir Klavdievich Arseniev (1872–1930). Having arrived in 1900 in Vladivostok for military service, he was studying the Russian Far East for 30 years in expeditions that contributed to the regional development. The researcher’s rich experience, extensive knowledge in various academic fields, and the storyteller talent made Arseniev a well-known educator who delivered popular lectures in various organizations. Educational institutions occupy a special place in this list. In some of them he only made reports, while in others he was on the staff and taught lecture courses that were part of the curriculum. He was a lecturer at the People’s University in Vladivostok, the Vladivostok Teachers’ Institute (then the Far Eastern State Pedagogical Institute named after K.D. Ushinsky), participated in the organization of the State Far Eastern University and lectured at its oriental department. Arseniev’s pedagogical activity was based on the one hand, on constant self-education and his own scientific work, and on the other hand, he always tried and improved teaching methodology and attracted students to research and practical work. Thus, Arseniev anticipated the requirements that today are imposed on higher education employees. His example is very demonstrative today, when the goal of higher education is to prepare students for future practical activities. The article is based on V.K. Arseniev’s publications and materials from his personal archives in the Amur Region Study Society (OIAK) in Vladivostok.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater. The vectors of the influence of cultural space on the formation of value orientations were analyzed, three levels of the influence of cultural space on the formation of value orientations (macro, meso and micro levels) were characterized. The influence of cultural space can be significant, but not always consistent with the dominant values of society. In this regard, it is necessary to study the forms, methods and mechanisms of this influence, and not reject its existence. The direct impact of cultural space on the process of forming youth value orientations consists in conscious self-regulation of individual value orientations of young people in a specific sociocultural environment of society. The main characteristics of the modern cultural space of Russian youth should be used as a basis for the formation and implementation of youth policy, respectively. Such characteristics include: blurred boundaries (including the boundaries of social norms), reduction of high culture in favor of mass consumer and virtualization of interaction with cultural objects.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the trend towards digital transformation and the implementation of artificial intelligence in various areas of enterprise management, as well as the role of artificial intelligence technologies as a “driver” of business process modernization. Scientific research methods include the analysis and synthesis of information presented in studies by Russian and foreign scientists, as well as empirical data obtained as a result of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in an IT company. As a result of applied sociological research, the advantages and risks of using artificial intelligence technologies were discovered and explained, and problems related to its integration into enterprise management were identified. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that theoretical and methodological foundations for the application of AI technologies have been proposed. Although there are many materials devoted to defining the significance of artificial intelligence technologies, there is still a lack of research covering the sociological aspect of forming a new “hybrid” social environment and culture and its impact on the development of human resources. It is shown that automatic generation of feedback on educational institutions is a means of manipulation in the educational environment. Strategies for shaping the image of an educational institution in the information space have been analyzed. It has been revealed that bot systems, adjusting to the dynamics of the struggle for image and recognition, as well as generating human-like reviews, form a disinformation environment in the educational environment. The paper also highlighted the reasons why people are susceptible to such manipulation and believe bot reviews, and substantiated why people to this day cannot reduce the impact of such manipulation by bot systems when choosing an educational institution.
