Park, Dong-Jae Yoo, Kyeong-Ho Han","doi":"10.5657/KFAS.2021.0170","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5657/KFAS.2021.0170","url":null,"abstract":"어류의 초기생활사 연구는 산란지 선택과 난발생 과정 및 이 후의 자어기, 치어기, 미성어기 등을 거쳐 가면서 종의 특성에 따른 고유형질이 다양하게 나타난다(Park et al., 2005). 또한 종 의 특징을 구명하는 것은 물론 유사종과의 계통 및 분류학적 유 연관계를 연구하는데 중요한 기초연구 자료로 활용되고 있다 (Blaxter, 1974; Balon, 1985; Kim et al., 2014; Ko and Won, 2015). 납자루아과(Acheilognathinae) 어류는 잉어과(Cyprinidae)에 속하는 소형 담수어류로서 전 세계 3속 75종이 분포하 는 것으로 알려져 있다(Chang et al., 2014; Nelson et al., 2016). 우리나라에 서식하는 납자루아과 어류는 3속 16종으로 이중 고 유종이 8종으로 고유화 빈도가 50%에 이르러 종 분화 연구의 귀중한 자료로 보고 있다(Kang et al., 2006; Chae et al., 2019). 이들은 석패과에 속하는 이매패류를 숙주로 하여 산란하는 독 특한 산란습성을 가지고 있어 난 내 발생과 전기자어 시기를 조개 안에서 보냄으로써 높은 생존율을 유지하도록 진화하였 으나 최근 서식환경의 변화로 담수 이매패류가 감소하여 오히 려 산란숙주에 의존하는 납자루아과 어류의 생존전략이 불리 하게 작용하고 있어 최근 개체수 감소 등으로 보존의 필요성 이 높은 분류군으로 보고 있다(Beak and Song, 2005; Kim et al., 2011). 특히 한강납줄개(Rhodeus pseudosericeus), 임실납 자루(Tanakia somjinensis), 묵납자루(T. signifer) 및 큰줄납자 루(Acheilognathus majusculus) 등은 개체수가 점차 감소하여 멸종위기종 2급으로 법적 보호를 받고 있는 실정으로 자원의 보 호와 종 보존을 위해서는 인위적인 증식연구의 필요성이 절실 한 상황이다(NIBR, 2021). 줄납자루(A. yamatsutae)는 Mori (1928)가 압록강에서 채집 된 개체를 신종 보고 후 함경도를 제외한 한반도의 전역에서 분 포하고 있음을 보고하였다(Mori, 1935; Uchida, 1939). 이후 산 란(Song and Kwon, 1989), 발생(Suzuki and Jeon, 1987) 등에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 1998년 줄납자루와 형태 적으로 유사하지만 낙동강과 섬진강에만 서식하는 것으로 알려 진 큰줄납자루가 신종으로 보고되었다(Kim and Yang, 1998). 큰줄납자루(Acheilognathus majusculus)와 줄납자루(Acheilognathus yamatsutae) 잡종의 초기생활사 특징 박재민·유동재·한경호*","PeriodicalId":17917,"journal":{"name":"Korean Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences","volume":"29 1","pages":"170-179"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85456427","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
