To improve plant growth and yield, repairing the cultivation technique and environmental modification can be done through organic or inorganic fertilizer addition. The aim of this research was to identify an interaction between potassium and filter cake to corn vegetative growth. This research used Factorial Randomized Block Design with two factors. The first factor was the filter cake dose (0, 10, and 20 tone ha-1and second factor is potassium dose (100, 150, and 200 kg ha-1). There were nine treatments, and they were repeated three times. The variables analyzed were vegetative growth such plant height, number of leaves, length, and volume root. The result showed that a combination of filter cake (20 tone ha-1) and potassium (150 kg ha-1) had the highest plant height at 42 DAP. Potassium independently affected the number of leaves at 24 and 48 DAP. Length of root was independently effected by filter cake application. \u0000Keywords: filter cake, pottasium, sweet corn

Pineapple peel extract can be used as a bioreductor in the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). Beta cyclodextrins are often added as stabilizers in the synthesis of AgNPs to increase their stability. This study aimed to investigate through in silico study the efficacy of beta cyclodextrin as a stabilizer in the synthesis of AgNPs. It also investigated whether ferulic acid plays the role of a bioreductor in the stabilization mechanism of the AgNPs. Molecular docking simulation was used to investigate the efficacy of beta cyclodextrin as a stabilizer in AgNPs synthesis using MGLTools 1.5.6 with AutodockTools 4.2. The visualization of each complex was observed using BIOVIA Discovery Studio Visualizer 2020. The results of this study showed that beta cyclodextrin had better affinity by stabilizing six AgNPs atoms, which was indicated by a free binding energy value of -5.15 kJ/mol. The presence of ferulic acid in the extract which was used as a bioreductor in the synthesis of AgNPs also had a better affinity for the six AgNPs atoms which was indicated by free binding energy of -2.51 kJ/mol. Most ice rinks were built indoors in Southeast Asia since the climate is not suitable for outdoor-built facilities. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic raised a new challenge for this sport’s development. This study aims to determine whether an outdoor ice rink can be built in a tropical climate that also serves as a place for socio-family relationships to blossom. The method utilized is a research-based design where observational data from several ice rinks was interpreted into the notion of a healthy sports facility that is a synthetic ice rink with its technical advantages and unique atmosphere, setting an example of thoughtful design in correlation to a sport’s development. This innovative design concept offers a new attraction as open-air rinks add to the scenery, are energy-efficient, and are cost-effective since their maintenance is cheaper than mechanical, indoor ice rinks. \u0000Keywords: ice rink, socio-family relations

This plays an important role in the entry of viral cells. Therefore, targeting of the ACE- 2 receptor holds promise as a potential target for anti-viral interventions to prevent and inhibit COVID-19. This study aims to focus on in silico studies to screen alternative drugs that can block ACE-2 receptor properties as a receptor for SARS- CoV-2. It is a potential therapeutic target for COVID-19 using the bioactive peptide Mucroporin which is derived from scorpion venom. There were four sequences of Mucroporin peptides modeled using the PEP-FOLD 3.5 server. The protein- peptide-based molecular docking simulations were used to identify and evaluate the actions of Mucroporin against ACE-2 receptors using PatchDock. The best response is then further observed using BIOVIA Discovery Studio 2020. This study revealed that Mucroporin and Mucroporin-S1 gave the best docking scores compared to Mucroporin-M1 and Mucroporin-S2, with the binding free energy values of −943.53 kJ/mol, −162.42 kJ/mol, 867.80 kJ/mol and 43.14 kJ/mol respectively. This study reveals for the first time that Mucroporin and Mucroporin-S1 are functional inhibitors of ACE-2 and as such, that components of scorpion venom can be used as potential inhibitors to the ACE-2 receptor of SARS-CoV-2. \u0000Keywords: SARS-CoV-2; COVID-19; Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE-2); Mucroporin; In Silico Study
