A good reward system can also be part of a person’s motivation to excel. For this reason, this study examines the reward system and achievement motivation on job satisfaction felt by teachers. To conduct research in accordance with these rules, the researcher refers to research with quantitative methods. The data obtained through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through simple and multiple linear regression tests, because the data obtained was normally distributed and met the test requirements. The results of the research conducted state that the reward system partially has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of high school teachers in South OKU Rayon 3, as well as achievement motivation which is partially proven to contribute to teacher job satisfaction. In terms of what is known, a throw-in can be used as bait to score a goal if the ball is thrown into the mouth of the goal and bait using a throw-in is often used to create a goal. The method used in this study was an experimental method with the research subjects being class X students Islamic Senior High School Pangkalan Balai of Banyuasin District who took part in extracurricular football games with a total of 30 male students. The data collection technique used is the test technique, namely the initial test and posttest. As for the test instrument is the throw-in to the game of football. Based on the results of research that has been conducted on students of MAN Pangkalan Balai Banyuasin Regency, regarding the effect of back-up training on throwing into a football game, the statistical results obtained in the hypothesis test are that t count is greater than t table (49.5> 2.045) with a confidence level 0.05% for a sample of 30 (dk = n-1 = 29) it is a rule that if t count > t table, then Ha (Hypothesis accepted) and vice versa if t count <t table, then Ho (Hypothesis rejected). The method in this study uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature study. This study seeks to explore document studies regarding the study of the Formula 1 game model (Run, Jump, Throw) in general and then relate it to the physical learning process in SDN 67 Palembang. Because nature of physical education in elementary schools is an educational process that aims to build the growth and development of students from the physical, intellectual, movement skill, and attitude aspects that are carried out through physical activity or gestures so that they become healthy, intelligent, skilled human beings, and virtuous character so that it can have a good influence on the quality of his life in the future. It is necessary to pay attention to the implementation of physical education in schools because in supporting the growth and development of students it is also determined by the implementation of physical education in schools. Physical education teachers must be more creative in optimizing the developed facilities and infrastructure. The population and sample in this study were 104 students at Elementary School 5 of Rambang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used observation and test techniques. The data analysis technique uses parametric statistical tests with the t-test formula. The results of this study concluded that: (1) There is a partial effect of handgrip training on the ability to play table tennis. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination of the first hypothesis test partially obtained t-count 3.897 > t-table 1.987; (2) There is a motoric effect on the ability to play table tennis. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination of the second hypothesis test obtained t-count 3.839 > t-table 1.810; (3) There is a simultaneous effect of handgrip and motoric exercises on the ability to play table tennis. One of the things that must be done by every athlete in developing and improving sports performance optimally is by diligently practicing, with exercises that must be developed and improved to master basic techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine ball handling exercises on basketball dribbling abilities. This study uses a literature review research method using 16 literature sources, 12 of which are used as data reviewed and taken from nine databases (Google Scholar, UNP Journal, Research Article, Garda Portal, Sinta ristekbrin, JOSSAE) which demonstrate ball handling exercises. The conclusion in ball handling exercises is that there is a need for each according to the sample level examined by previous relevant studies with ball handling exercises that can improve basketball dribbling skills. The population in this study were teachers at SD Negeri 11 Indralaya, totaling 26 teachers and 5 staff of education staff. The variables in the study, namely the exercise of jumping rope two obstacles as the independent variable (X) and the results of long jump squatting style as the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study was 212 male students of grade VI SD Negeri 2 Toman. The samples in this study were taken by 2 classes using cluster random sampling techniques so that class V1a was obtained as an experimental class of 17 students, and V1b as a control class of 17 students. The method used in this study is experimental. Data collection is carried out by means of tests. The data obtained from the tests are analyzed by averaging and using t-test statistics. The results of data analysis showed that the average increase in squatting style long jump ability of experimental group students was better than the control group or 0.12 > 0.05. In building character one of them is language, both forms of obedience and violations that exist in the utterances spoken by the teacher at the Al Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten. This study examines the pragmatic aspects of teacher language politeness in the Al Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten, the research examines speech when teachers converse during non-formal hours that take place at school and based on the types of maxims used. Language politeness was chosen because it will be used as an evaluation of the language used by the teacher. The results of this study indicate that the utterances in Al Ittifaqiah Islamic Kindergarten obtained 20 utterances consisting of 14 utterances containing politeness maxims and 6 utterances that deviate from politeness maxims. This study examines research that investigates various types of learning strategies used by students, such as meta-cognitive strategies, memory strategies, compensation strategies, affective strategies, cognitive strategies, and social strategies. In addition, this study also explores strategies used by teachers to improve students’ reading comprehension skills, including reciprocal strategies and question-answer relationships. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data collection tool uses observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. Data analysis using data regression. The results of the study stated that 1) there was a significant influence between the principal’s supervision value on teacher performance, 2) there was a significant influence between the value of teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance, meaning that teacher performance is influenced by teacher pedagogic competence, and 3) there was a significant influence between principal supervision and pedagogical competence on teacher performance scores, statistically the data used proves that all independent variables.
