It has been shown that the taking into account of the coupling of electric, mechanical and acoustic fields in energy conversion processes and the coupling of the acoustic fields of the radiator in terms of their functioning within systems changes the current understanding of the impact of the physical properties of the compositions of piezoceramic elements on the effectiveness of acoustic radiation by such systems. Specific characteristics of the mechanical fields of radiators, which, in terms of quantity, are mostly dependent upon the physical properties of piezoceramic materials, and the degree of their change in the case of the replacement of materials have been established.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"87 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125358693","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The studies are carried out in the form of calculations of the electronic structure performed by the quantum chemical method in the DFT approximation. The calculations revealed the mechanisms of adsorption of molecular cellulose on the surface of carbon nanotubes CNT(5,5) and single-layered graphene sheets, both undoped and doped with boron or nitrogen. Binding energies and inter-nuclear distances between adsorption components are calculated analyzed; the types of interatomic bonds between cellulose adsorbed on carbon nanostructured surfaces are elucidated. Assumptions regarding possible relationship between doping of the carbon surface by aliovalent impurities and the efficiency of adsorption of cellulose molecules by the surface of carbon nanostructures are made.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125372162","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our analysis is performed in the exact formulation, fully taking into account the wave interactions between the wires. We use the method of separation of variables in the local cylindrical coordinate systems in combination with Graf's addition theorem for the cylindrical functions. This approach results in a Fredholm second-kind matrix equation of the $N_{c}times N_{c}$ block type, where each block has infinite dimension. We calculate the near field patterns in the vicinity of the reflector and evaluate the focusing ability of such a reflector in the both polarization cases. The spatial dependences of the field amplitude near the geometrical focus at the fixed frequency and the frequency dependences of field amplitude in the geometrical focus, as well as the scattered far-field patterns and total scattering cross-sections are calculated and discussed. This study shows that in the both polarization the gridded reflectors are able to focus the incident plane waves.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123358337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the work changes in optical properties (absorption spectra) on Ag nanoparticles with bacteria Bacillus clausii has been studied. Theoretically, it has been shown that adsorption of the nanoparticles on the bacteria leads to changes in the plasmonic properties of nanoparticles and should lead to changes in absorption spectra of these liquid bionanosystems in time. Experimentally it has been observed that indeed the intensity of the light absorption at the nanoparticles peak becomes less intensive in time. It has also been shown that in systems with Ag nanoparticles intensity of the light absorption at the bacteria peak is less than in an intact bacterial sample. These phenomena indicate the adsorption of nanoparticles on bacteria and suppression of bacterial growth by Ag nanoparticles.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"220 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123406623","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The parameter $varphi_{0}$ is used to quantify the donor-acceptor properties of model heterocycles and NBs. It is established that the possibility of complex formation by different mechanisms depends on the parameter $varphi_{0}$ of both components, as well as on the nature of their first electron transitions. It has been shown that imidazole-based drugs form stable [Het-BioM] complexes by the $boldsymbol{pi}$ -stack interaction, and pyrimidine-based drugs form [Het-BioM] complexes by the mechanism of hydrogen bond formation. The introduction in the uracil of the acceptor sulfo- group stabilizes the [HB]-complex at 2.5 kcal/mol, and the introduction of the chlorine atom at the same position changes the nature of the first electron transition so that such a molecule is characterized by the formation of a $boldsymbol{[pi,pi]}$ -complex instead of [HB]-complex.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122402478","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The transition temperature for spin transitions is linearly dependent on pressure, but the hysteresis width shows non-monotonic behavior that differs from theoretical predictions. One of the strongest factors leading to the development of anxiety, stress in society during a pandemic is the Mass Media. The mechanisms of stressogenic effects of Mass Media remain not completely clear. The aim of this study was to evaluate age-specific characteristics of gaze behavior related to the perception of anxiety-provoking information. The study was performed basing on the 189 volunteers (164 participants aged between 17 and 22 years old (students, control group), 25 people aged between 59 and 71 aged 59 to 71 (experimental group). We surveyed participants to determine their level of stress, depression, and anxiety and analyzed eye-tracking data during the text perception by using web-tracking (EyePass). Results showed the significant age-related differences in gaze behavior while reading text with negative text elements. Aged adults had shorter median fixation duration. There was no difference between groups in the amount of the fixation. We can assume that except age factor other ones might contribute to our result, namely the occupation of participants, professors at the Institute of Journalism, with developed professional skills (reading pattern, method of information perception) but from other side higher vulnerability to adverse COVID-19 outcomes compared to younger adults.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115151381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
