The authors developed a compound methodology, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative econometric methods, that is a theoretical basis of the study mentioned above. At its first stage an analytical profile of this educational organization is formed as a result of analysis and forecast of the main performance indicators. That is, key features, main characteristics, “problem points”, and competitive advantages of the school at the market of educational services are identified. At the second stage of the study, based on the results of the analysis and forecast, we formulate a set of anti-crisis strategies for the educational organization; the developed strategies optimally correspond to the previously identified \"problem points\" according to the suggested methodology. The implementation of the strategic alternatives formulated in this way contributes to improving the effectiveness of the troubled educational organization in question.","PeriodicalId":17767,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Cakrawala Pendidikan","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140477659","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With this in mind, the present study aims mainly to describe authentic teaching materials for teaching Sundanese to elementary school students. A descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach has been employed as the method in the present research. Data were collected by inventorying authentic teaching materials from YouTube and identifying their relevance to the 2013 Curriculum (Revised edition in 2017). The data obtained is expected to be used as authentic material in the Independent Curriculum. At the time this research was conducted, the Merdeka Curriculum had already begun to be implemented in several driving schools in West Java. The authentic materials we investigated will most likely be compatible to be used as material for project-based learning on Kurikulum Merdeka. The present research has inventoried 17 types of pupuh and found that of 17 pupuh, four have content that is relevant to the teaching theme for elementary school students based on the Curriculum; 3 pupuh, Dangdanggula, Asmarandana, and Gurisa, have content relevant to the theme of second grade Basic Competence, 1 pupuh, Maskumambang pupuh, has content relevant to the theme of third grade Basic Competence. The data were then assessed for their quality based on the criteria for good teaching materials according to the judgment of experts. Selected Sundanese language teachers have been involved in the research to serve as the experts. The results of the quality test reported that the inventoried pupuh is relevant to the Basic Competence as stated in the Curriculum, can motivate students to learn, is practical to use, is useful for students, is interesting to learn, facilitate students to learn, and improves their listening skills and is following the norms prevailing in society.","PeriodicalId":17767,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Cakrawala Pendidikan","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77648983","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Physical ability includes two components, namely the physical fitness component and the motor fitness component. Physical fitness consists of muscle strength (strength), flexibility (flexibility), muscle endurance (endurance), cardiovascular-respiratory endurance. The components of fitness include speed, coordination, agility, power strength and balance. The purpose of this research is to produce a norm test that fits the physical characteristics of students aged 13-18 year. The specific objective of this research is to obtain an effective physical ability test instrument that is suitable for the characteristics of the ages of 13-18 years and to produce students' physical ability test norms. The test development in this study was designed to have a fairly high level of accuracy, cheap, and easy to implement by anyone. Based on the results of the FGD (Focus Group Discussion), trainer opinions and expert recommendations, the researchers developed the existing test norms, that can predict the type of test that is appropriate for athletes aged 13-18. The physical test developed consists of 10 test item components, including Endurance, Strength, Agility, Speed, Flexibility, Coordination, Balance, Accuracy. accuracy), reaction speed (reaction). In addition to involving lecturers as research members, data collection was also carried out directly by the instructors who assisted in collecting the research data. The data on the results of this physical ability test include male athletes, as well as female athletes who took part in the selection, as well as second and third generation athletes. It should be noted that in the training program there are regulations that stipulate that if within a certain period of time, for example when athletes take part in try outs and try ins, both at regional, national and international levels, if they do not excel then these athletes will be degraded, or the age has exceeded the stipulations. determined by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in participating in the National Student Sports Week (POPNAS) these athletes will be replaced with those who meet the age and achievement requirements.","PeriodicalId":17767,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Cakrawala Pendidikan","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78141292","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to determine the effect of institutional pressure (coercive, mimetic, and normative) on the use of online learning in universities. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 357 respondents consisting of 42 lecturers and 315 university students in Yogyakarta and Central Java. This research employs an online questionnaire as a data collection media. The questionnaires were distributed and filled out by respondents from September 2020 to February 2021. The research shows interesting findings because pressure from regulators (coercive) is not a significant predictor of e-learning use. Whereas mimetic and normative pressures have a positive and significant effect on e-learning. This study also categorizes the findings into two groups i.e., lectures and students. Students assume that coercive, mimetic, and normative significantly pressure universities to use online learning. Whereas the lecturers think that the pressure from the regulator has no significant effect because health issues are the main priority. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the acceptance of e-learning technology during the Covid-19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":17767,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Cakrawala Pendidikan","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84110674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A sample of 689 male and female students was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through the Bullying Behavior Tendency Scale (BBTS), which consisted of 45 questions using a Likert scale, and were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the bullying tendencies were in a low category. However, it was discovered that 32.08, 4.06, and 0.87% of students were in the moderate, high, and very high categories, respectively. Additionally, it was observed that there are significant differences in bullying behavior between male and female students. These results provide a basis for understanding the role of school counseling services in reducing bullying behavior which is prevalent and can cause trauma. Therefore, it is essential to implement preventive programs to address the tendencies of some students engaging in this act at school.","PeriodicalId":17767,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Cakrawala Pendidikan","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91174445","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
