 A spark plug is a part of an internal combustion engine with an electrode tip in the combustion chamber. Spark plugs are installed to burn gasoline that has been compressed by the piston. Spark plugs are electric spark plugs. types of spark plug types include standard, iridium and platinum spark plugs. Each type of spark plug affects engine performance. Performance testing is done to find out which spark plug is right for the type of 4 stroke engine. The test results show the difference in maximum power generated from standard spark plugs is 11.7 HP at 6500 rpm. The power generated from the iridium spark plug is 12.1 HP at 6250 rpm. the maximum torque difference generated from the standard spark plug is 13.68 Nm at 5750 rpm while the power generated from the Iridium Spark Plug is 13.93 Nm at 5500 rpm. Iridium spark plugs have better ignition than standard spark plugs because the combustion is focused at one point the use of iridium spark plugs is a spark plug with an electrode core tip (the part that sparks) alloy (mixed metal) spark plug construction iridium alloy combination produces better material resistant in extreme conditions melting point up to 2500 ° C.

 Busi adalah suatu suku cadang pada mesin pembakaran dalam dengan ujung elektroda pada ruang bakar. Busi dipasang untuk membakar bensin yang telah dikompres oleh piston. Percikkan busi berupa percikkan elektrik. jenis jenis busi ini antara lain adalah busi standart, iridium dan platinum. Masing-masing jenis busi mempengaruhi performa mesin. Pengujian performa dilakukan guna mencari tau busi mana yang tepat untuk jenis mesin 4 tak. Hasil pengujian menunjukan perbedaan daya maksimal yang dihasilkan dari busi standar adalah 11,7 HP pada rpm 6500. Daya yang dihasilkan dari busi iridium 12.1 HP pada rpm 6250. perbedaan torsi maksimal yang dihasilkan dari Busi standar adalah 13.68 Nm pada rpm 5750 sementara itu daya yang dihasilkan dari Busi Iridium 13.93 Nm pada rpm 5500. Busi Iridium memiliki pengapian yang lebih baik dari Busi standar karena pembakarannya fokus pada satu titik penggunaan busi iridium adalah busi dengan ujung inti elektroda (bagian yang memercikan api) alloy (metal campuran) konstruksi busi kombinasi iridium alloy menghasilkan lebih baik materialnya tahan dalam kondisi ektrem titik meleleh sampai 2.500 °C

 Technological developments that continue to develop today make it easier for humans to do their jobs, as well as what happens in the automotive world with the presence of these new technologies, it will make it easier for mechanics to do their work because of demands from consumers or desires and the mechanics themselves are constantly evolving. Knowing the effect of standard exhaust and modifications to the power and torque of the RX king 135cc motorcycle.
 This test is carried out using the dynotest tool, the effect of standard exhaust and modified exhaust filter holes of 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm. produces the most optimal power increase in the 2mm wide exhaust filter with a result of 16.6hp at 9059 rpm engine speed. Whereas for optimal torque performance, the standard exhaust produces a maximum torque of 14.43 Nm at 6289 rpm engine speed.

 Perkembangan teknologi yang terus berkembang dewasa ini semakin mempermudah manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaannya, begitu juga yang terjadi pada dunia otomotif dengan adanya teknologi-teknologi baru tersebut akan semakin mempermudah mekanis melakukan pekerjaannya karena tuntutan dari konsumen atau keinginan dan mekanik sendiri yang terus berkembang Mengetahui pengaruh knalpot standar dan modifikasi terhadap daya dan torsi sepeda motor RX king 135cc.
 Pengujian ini dilakukan menggunakan alat dynotest, pengaruh knalpot standar dan knalpot modifikasi lubang saringan 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, dan 8mm. menghasilkan peningkatan daya paling optimal pada variasi saringan knalpot luabng 2mm dengan hasil sebesar 16.6hp pada putaran mesin 9059 rpm. Sedangkan untuk peforma torsi hasil yang optimal yaitu pada knalpot standar menghasilkan torsi maksimun sebesar 14.43 Nm pada putaran mesin 6289 rpm.

 Technology is evolving rapidly. Meanwhile, the number of motorized vehicles is also increasing. This increase needs to be considered because motorized vehicles require fuels like Premium, Pertalite, Pertamax, Gasoil, etc. The combustion system to generate power allows for exhaust emissions. Exhaust gas emissions are the residue from the combustion of fuel (gasoline) and air in the combustion engine which is released through the engine exhaust system. Therefore, one of the efforts to reduce exhaust gas levels is creating an engine for the combustion chamber cleaning process. This study aimed to determine the effects of using the foamy engine cleaner for the combustion chamber cleaning process without being vacuumed on the resulting exhaust emissions. The test was carried out using a gas analyzer on a 110cc Beat Vehicle with engine speed variations of 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm, and 3500 rpm to determine the concentration of CO and HC. Based on the test results, it was found that using the foamy engine cleaner for the combustion chamber cleaning process resulted in the lowest concentration reduction, namely at 2000 rpm engine speed with 0.23% CO levels and 62 ppm HC.

 Dunia otomotif sudah banyak metode yang dilakukan untuk menghemat bahan bakar dan mengurangi emisi gas buang. Salah satu dari metode tersebut adalah gurah mesin, yaitu pembersihan kerak dan kotoran sisa pembakaran yang tidak sempuran di dalam ruang bakar. Berbagai innovasi telah muncul untuk mempermudah proses gurah mesin, salah satunya produk engine conditioner foam. Produk ini di sinyalir dapat membersihkan ruang bakar dan menurunkan emisi gas buang. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan gurah engine conditioner foam tanpa di vakum terhadap emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat gas analyzer pada Kendaraan Beat 110cc dengan variasi putaran mesin 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm dan 3500 rpm. untuk mengetahui nilai kosentrasi CO dan HC. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian yang didapat bahwa penggunaan gurah engine conditioner foam menghasilkan penurunan kosentrasi paling rendah yaitu pada putaran mesin 2000 rpm dengan kadar CO 0,23% dan HC 62 ppm.

 The carburetor is the most important part of a motorcycle. The carburetor serves to mix fuel and air in a certain ratio so that it becomes a burning gas needed by the motor engine. The goal to be achieved by the author in writing is to find out the use of aftermarket carburetors for power and torque on Yamaha byson 150cc motorcycles, data retrieval methods using dynamometer tools. The results of the study on the effect of using aftermarket carburetors type PE26, PE28 and standard carburetors. Produces the most optimal power on the PE 26 carburetor with a maximum power of 13.8 Hp at 6578 RPM. The maximum torque reaches 16.39 Nm at 5755 RPM, this is due to the influence of different types of carburetors and larger default main jets so that they are able to get peak power at higher engine speeds.

Karburator berfungsi untuk mencampur bahan bakar dan udara dalam perbandingan tertentu sehingga menjadi gas pembakar yang dibutuhkan oleh mesin motor. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh penulis pada penulisan adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan karburator aftermarket terdahap daya dan torsi pada sepeda motor Yamaha byson 150cc, Metode pengambilan data menggunakan alat dynamometer. Hasil penelitian pengaruh penggunaan karburator aftermarket tipe PE26, PE28 dan karburator standard. Menghasilkan daya yang paling optimal pada karburator PE 26 dengan daya maksimum sebesar 13,8 Hp pada 6578 RPM. Torsi maksimum mencapai 16,39 Nm pada 5755 RPM, hal ini karena pengaruh perbedaan tipe karburator dan main jet bawaan yang lebih besar sehingga mampu mendapatkan puncak daya pada putaran mesin yang lebih tinggi.

 The combustion of fuel inside the combustion chamber takes place as an explosion. This process occurs very quickly and makes a very loud or noisy sound. The function of the muffler is as a silencer and regulates the flow direction of combustion gases to flow regularly. The construction of the free flow exhaust is an exhaust without barriers with relatively wasteful fuel consumption, both working on engines with high revs. Previous researchers replaced the exhaust with a size of tenths of a centimeter of a meter, while in this final project used a fifth of a centimeter. The goal to be achieved by the author in writing this final project is to find out the use of free flow exhaust on power and torque on Yamaha Byson 150cc motorcycles. This final project is carried out by the method of taking test data from the dynotest, using the dynotester tool. The test results are the influence of free flow exhaust measuring 25 cm, 30 cm and standard exhaust, resulting in the most optimal increase in power and torque on a 30 cm free flow exhaust with maximum power data of 13.1 HP at 6750 RPM, and maximum torque reaching 15.35 Nm at 4500 RPM, this is due to the influence of silencer length and without any obstacles, namely the catalic converter which makes the vehicle's breath longer so that it can get peak power at engine speed higher ones.

 A Pembakaran bahan bakar di dalam ruang bakar berlangsung sebagai ledakan. Proses ini terjadi sangat cepat dan menimbulkan suara yang sangat keras atau bising. Fungsi dari knalpot (muffler) adalah sebagai peredam suara dan mengatur arah aliran gas-gas hasil pembakaran agar mengalir dengan teratur. Konstruksi dari knalpot free flow yaitu knalpot tanpa sekat hambatan dengan konsumsi bahan bakar yang relatif boros, baik bekerja pada mesin dengan putaran tinggi. Peneliti terdahulu mengganti knalpot dengan ukuran persepuluh senti meter, sedangkan dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan perlima sentimeter. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh penulis pada penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan knalpot free flow terhadap daya dan torsi pada sepeda motor Yamaha Byson 150cc. Tugas akhir ini dilakukan dengan metode pengambilan data uji dari dynotest, menggunakan alat dynotester. Hasil pengujian yaitu pengaruh knalpot free flow ukuran 25 cm, 30 cm dan knalpot standar, menghasilkan peningkatan daya dan torsi paling optimal pada knalpot free flow ukuran 30 cm dengan data daya maksimum sebesar 13,1 HP pada 6750 RPM, dan torsi maksimum mencapai 15,35 Nm pada 4500 RPM, hal ini karena pengaruh panjang silencer dan tanpa adanya hambatan yaitu catalic converter yang membuat nafas kendaraan lebih panjang sehingga mampu mendapatkan puncak daya pada putaran mesin yang lebih tinggi..

Thus, selecting the proper measurement location is essential since it affects the casting quality. This study investigates the proper temperature measurement location of recycled aluminum cans in investment casting. The selection was made based on casted samples' tensile strength and porosity. The pattern was prepared using the polylactic acid mold, then coated by dipping it in ceramic slurry, and then dewaxed at 120ºC. The aluminum cans were heated up to 700ºC, and the temperature was measured at 50 mm from the crucible bottom. Finally, the melt was poured into a 100ºC ceramic shell. The processes were repeated with the measurement at 125 and 200 mm. The samples were characterized through tensile tests and porosity measurements. The results show that the optimum tensile strength (112.97 MPa) and minimum porosity (6.367%) were found in the 125 mm sample. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Temperatur logam cair tidak seragam di permukaan, tengah, dan dasar kowi. Pemilihan lokasi pengukuran yang tepat sangat penting karena mempengaruhi kualitas pengecoran. Studi ini menyelidiki titik pengukuran suhu kaleng aluminium daur ulang pada pengecoran investment. Pemilihan dilakukan berdasarkan kekuatan tarik dan porositas sampel yang dicor. Pola dibuat menggunakan cetakan using polylactic acid. Pola dilapisi dengan mencelupkannya ke dalam bubur keramik kemudian didewaxing pada temperatur 120ºC. Kaleng aluminium dipanaskan hingga 700ºC, suhu diukur pada 50 mm dari dasar kowi. Logam cair dituangkan ke dalam cetakan keramik saat temperaturnya 100ºC. Proses diulang dengan pengukuran untuk lokasi 125 dan 200 mm. Sampel dikarakterisasi melalui uji tarik dan pengukuran porositas. Saat ini penilaian supplier yang dilakukan PT. Lutvindo Wijaya selama ini bersifat subyektif dan belum menerapkan kriteria-kriteria yang menjadi tolak ukur penilaian, sehingga penilaian belum mendapat hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam penentuan supplier terbaik dengan menentukan kriteria-kriteria yang sesuai dengan proses sistem berjalan. Penerapan spk dalam penelitian ini dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process, karena hasil yang didapatkan berupa rangking urutan alternatif dari hasil perhitungan berdasarkan kriteria dan sub kriteria dalam pengambilan keputusan. Memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan melalui metode pengumpulan data seperti pengamatan langsung terhadap proses evaluasi, wawancara, serta menggunakan data kuesioner dengan populasi wilayah general pada PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa. Dari proses pengolahan data diperoleh beberapa kriteria pemilihan yaitu kualitas, persediaan, harga dan pengiriman dan juga beberapa alternatif perusahaan yaitu PT. Multi Trading Utama, PT Toba Gena Utama, PT Hasrat Tata Jaya dan PT Rabana Aspalindo . Hasil dari perhitungan didapatkan bahwa Supplier PT. Multi Trading Pratama merupakan supplier aspal curah yang terbaik untuk PT.
