Modifikasi permainan kelereng dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan kembali permainan kelereng yang telah usan, mulai ditinggalkan dan berpindah ke permaian modern. Pemilihan karambol sebagai unsur yang digunakan dalam proses modifikasi didasar atas beberapa hal antara lain kesamaan yaitu dimainkan dengan menyentilkan jari serta dibutuhkan keterampilan dan kejelian dalam membidik target. Informasi implisit tentang permainan kelereng dan karambol yaitu budaya permaianan, aturan main yang berlaku, serta perilaku ataupun emosi dalam permainan. Proses perancangan dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis morfologi serta parameter rancangan dengan pedekatan AHP. Adapun hasil dari perancangannya ialah papan permainan berupa pesegi yang bisa dilipat guna memudahkan dalam memindahkan serta menyimpan, alas permainan karpet karet dengan tepian dari bahan yang lunak dan lembut, serta papan dengan 4 lubang mirip dengan papan karambol dan kelereng yang digunakan dimensi sedang atau besar. Mechanical energy is obtained from the primover which can be a diesel engine, or something else. In large generators, conversion tools are often used, namely synchronous generators. so that the performance of the generator to be optimal it must be maintained stability. The purpose of this study is to examine and see the performance of synchronous generators against changes in active power load. From the analysis results, it is found that the lowest excitation current is 2.6 A, the reactive power is 1 MVAr, the highest excitation current is 6.08 A, the reactive power is 1.7 MVAr. When the excitation current is 6.08 A, the induced voltage is 16.12 kV. This bakery produces five types of bread: white bread, sweat bread, mocha bread, cheese chocolate bread, and three-flavored bread. Arsy bakery could produce approximately 4000 loaves of bread weekly. This study aims to calculate the quantity of physical workload of Arsy bakery workers based on Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method and determine the ideal number of workers required. FTE is a workload analysis method that measures the length of time to complete the tasks in production process. The workload quantity for every worker is obtained based on the time measurements and calculation results. Based on the results of this study, the amount of workload that carried out by Worker 1 is 1.67, meanwhile the amount of workload carried out by Worker 2 is 1.60. These values show that both workers can be categorized as overload. The total FTE value for two workers is 3.27 which means that there should be 3 employees to finish Worker 1 and Worker 2 tasks. Hal itu diperlukan perencanaan yang baik agar stok selalu tersedia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Besmindo Materi Sewatama pada mesin genset cummins yang sering mengalami kerusakan dan perbaikannya adalah mengganti spare part yaitu filter. Persediaan filter yang dilakukan perusahaan berdasarkan kebijakan aktual perusahaan yang menyebabkan terjadinya stockout persediaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan total inventory cost yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, untuk memecahkan permasalahan dibutuhkan metode POQ. Persediaan menggunakan metode POQ dapat menurunkan total inventory cost sebesar Rp.129.102.010 atau sekitar 50,65%. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan metode POQ menggunakan frekuensi dan jumlah pemesanan filter seoptimal mungkin. Kerugian yang ditimbulkan tidak hanya dirasakan oleh pemilik kantin, melainkan seluruh aktivitas di sekitar kantin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghindari terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang mengakibatkan terjadinya kebakaran pada kantin di instansi X. Pada penelitian ini proses identifikasi dan survey langsung dilakukan di lapangan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penerapan bantuan menggunakan FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) dalam menentukan efek dan dampak yang muncul, menghasilkan nilai RPN. Hasil penilaian akan dideskripsikan dengan menggunakan metode FTA (fault tree analysis). Hasil survey dan identifikasi di lapangan ditemukan 3 penyebab utama kegagalan yaitu kondisi instalasi listrik, kondisi peralatan memasak yang tidak layak, dan kondisi kerja di kantin. Kurang maksimalnya proses pengeringan teh hitam dapat menyebabkan kualitas bubuk kering yang tidak sesuai dengan standar. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada proses pengeringan PT. XY adalah ditemukannya bubuk teh yang mengalami penyimpangan yang harus di rework karena kadar air yang terkandung tidak memenuhi standar perusahaan (3 - 4%). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai sigma yang terdapat pada proses pengeringan dan faktor penyebab terjadinya penyimpangan pada bubuk teh hasil pengeringan serta menentukan alternatif solusi yang diprioritaskan untuk mengatasi penyebab penyimpangan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja pada proses pengeringan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma (DMAIC), sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis prioritas perbaikan adalah Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengeringan teh hitam memiliki level sigma sebesar 4,29 sigma dengan kemungkinan kerusakan sebanyak 2.608 sampel dalam satu juta produksi. Penyebab terjadinya penyimpangan pada proses pengeringan terletak pada faktor manusia, material dan mesin. Penelitian pada Usaha Kecil Menengah  Riau Jaya Paving difokuskan pada jenis paving block model batu bata (conblock) mutu K-175, karena paving block model ini rata- rata permintaanya setiap bulan lebih banyak dari pada paving block model lain. Perusahaan ini melakukan perubahan pada proses produksi salah satunya menggunakan konsep lean manufacturing untuk meminimalisir waste. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengurangi persentase waste yang dianalisa menggunakan Value Stream Mapping serta memberikan usulan perbaikan berupa checksheet dan Standar Operasioal Produksi. Data diperoleh Berdasarkan pengamatan langsung dilapangan. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping, Waste Relationship Matrix dan tools Relationship Diagram.  Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan besar Nilai Value Added, Non Value Added, Necessary Non Value Added dan total lead time proses produksi  dapat dilihat pada Current Value State Mapping, nilai Process Cycle Efficiency adalah 67,08%. Afdal, Denur Denur, Dedi Dermawan","doi":"10.37859/jst.v10i1.5003","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37859/jst.v10i1.5003","url":null,"abstract":"Hub dari  mesin screw press  terpasang pada poros melalui  alur pasak diikat dengan elemen  pasak (key) dan berfungsi untuk meneruskan daya dan putaran dari speed reduser ke worm screw,kondisi ini  pada sa’at tertentu mengalami kelonggaran ketika  dioperasikan, karena  pengaruh  friksi pada bidang pasak dengan alur pasak dari poros sehingga  alur pasak dari hub yang juga ada beban dinamis puntir, rotating bending serta beban lentur memberi efek samping friksi atau gesekan pada pasak dengan alur pasak hub dari poros screw press, sehingga terjadi konsentrasi tegangan pada daerah alur pasak dan material yang mengalami  fatigue atau kelelahan secara kontiniu, serta timbul retak awal pada material hub screw press, khususnya pada permukaan fillet,  kemudian terus menjalar ke dalam dan akhirnya patah (fracture). Insiden kerusakan ini terjadi pada suatu pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit secara rutin sebelum 4 (empat) bulan pakai. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian, analisis, mencari dan mengetahui penyebab failure/kerusakan (Root Caused Failure Analysis). Penelitian ini diawali dengan pemeriksaan visual, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji laboratorium yang  meliputi uji metalografi, uji fraktografi, uji kekerasan, uji komposisi kimia dan menentukan tindakan preventiv untuk meminimalisir kerusakan hub screw press. XYZ, is a company engaged in the processing of palm kernel (CPKO). CPKO was separated into CPKOL (crude palm kernel olein) and CPKST (crude palm kernel stearin). There is a discrepancy in the quality standard of IV quality (Iodine Value) at CPKST which affects the selling price and consumer demand. Determination of the value of IV by the company ranges from 5-7. Grouping and data collection of IV values was carried out for 3 months, then the data was analyzed using statistical quality control (SQC) methods of I-MR control charts, process capabilities, and cause-and-effect diagrams. This study aims to analyze the process capability of IV CPKST which is not in accordance with company standards. Therefore, this study aims to assess the level of business process maturity in MSMEs. The studied MSMEs are Salakilo and Bontings, both engaged in the culinary industry. These two MSMEs are classified as superior MSMEs according to the Borneo MSME Gate and Bank Indonesia in 2021. The assessment of business process maturity is conducted using the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM) with four levels and nine assessment aspects. Data collection is done through the distribution of validated questionnaires by experts and MSME practitioners. The questionnaire items are tailored to the specific conditions of the studied MSMEs, making it easier for the MSME practitioners to understand each assessment indicator. The results show that there is a difference in the level of business process maturity between Salakilo and Bontings MSMEs.
