The use of technology in education is highly demanded in the 21st century. Teacher can maximize the utilize of technology in the learning activities namely using learning material that utilize technology. The presence of learning material that utilize technology can increase the activeness of students in the learning activities so that can be done effectively. The fact found in school was that the learning material used by students was still low in the use of technology. This has an impact on student learning outcomes which ware still low seen from the average value of the mid-semester test for X Natural Science 1 students, namely 51,67. The alternative solution to overcome this problem in this study is to develop electronic learning material of the Newton's law with Kvisoft Flipbook Maker for class X high school students. This research has a purpose namely to know the validity of electronic learning material of the Newton's law. The learning material of the Newton's law with Kvisoft Flipbook Maker is used as object in this research which is limited to one class X. Research and development is a type of research that used in this research. Data collection instrument used was validity sheet. The research result found from the data analysis was validation of electronic learning material of the Newton's law is very good category. The value obtain was 89,43. To encourage the achievement of these learning objectives, the learning tools should refer to the Graduate Competency Standards (SKL) which have been regulated in Permendikbud number 20 of 2016. It is explained that the revised Bloom's taxonomy is a reference in developing SKL. The revised Bloom's Taxonomy developed by Anderson and Krathwohl in 2001 categorizes learning outcomes by referring to the dimensions of knowledge and levels of thinking processes. However, the reality is that the intensity of the dimensions of knowledge and the level of thinking processes in learning devices is still not balanced. So, the learning objectives can not be achieved optimally. This study aims to produce a design in the form of a learning device that is oriented to the integration of the dimensions of knowledge and the level of thinking processes. The type of research used is R & D (Research and Development) using a development model, namely the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In this study, it was only limited to the third stage with valid criteria. One strategy to train students' higher-order thinking skills is to apply HOTS questions in the learning evaluation. Through evaluation, the teacher can determine the level of students' skills in higher-order thinking. Preliminary observations show that the Physics exam questions use in SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District have not identified whether it already contains HOTS in it. Therefore, the study conducts an analysis of the availability of HOTS on physics questions at SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data population in this study are all SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. The sample in this study is six SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. Sampling for schools carries out using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research data takes using the instrument of analysis of the questions presented and collecting data through documentation. Based on the analysis, it is found that the percentage of HOTS availability on the questions for each skill is as follows. Transfer one concept to another 19.98%, process and applying information 40.50%, find connections from different kinds of information 32.23%, use the information to solve problems 36.67%, critically examine ideas and information 8 .10%. Therefore, efforts to increase the quantity and quality of knowledge through thinking and reasoning exercises are very important to be applied in education. However, after 8 years of implementing K-13, the conditions in the field documents for teacher learning tools show that they still do not meet these expectations. This study aims to develop high school physics learning tools oriented to the revised Bloom's taxonomy on elasticity material. This research is included in Research and Development (RnD) by applying ADDIE. The stages carried out only reached the development stage (validation) which involved 3 lecturers from the Department of Physics FMIPA UNP and 3 physics teachers in Kuantan Singingi Regency as a team of experts and a team of practitioners. The results showed that the feasibility of the resulting product design for lesson plans obtained an average validation value of 82.37% (very valid), and an average validation value of 80.39% (valid). For teaching materials, the average result of lecturer validation is 86.49% (very valid), and the average value of teacher validation is 87.87% (very valid). For the evaluation instrument, the average value of lecturer validation is 79.48% (valid), and the average value of teacher validation is 76.24 % (valid). Based on previous researchers’ research, many students have low conceptual understanding or high misconceptions. In addition, students' attitudes towards learning physics are also considered less good. This study aims to determine: 1) students' conceptual understanding of the parabolic motion material, 2) students' attitudes towards learning physics, and 3) the relationship between conceptual understanding and student attitudes towards learning physics. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample consisted of 81 students from 3 high schools in Kota Pariaman, representing low, mediu, and high-level schools. The research instrument was in the form of a four-tier multiple-choice concept test about parabolic motion and a questionnaire about students' attitudes towards learning physics. The data analysis technique used is a combination of answers for the concept test and Likert Scale scoring to analyze the questionnaire. The relationship between conceptuaal understanding and attitude was analyzed using Pearson's product-moment correlation. The results showed that students experienced more misconceptions with a fairly high percentage (42,6-72,3). The results of the student attitude questionnaire showed that the indicators of student social implications had the highest percentage (72.3-77.4), and pleasure in learning physics had the lowest percentage (64.8-66.1). The relationship of understanding of concept with te attitude of the student using product moment correlation with a 5% significance three level for high school category show a moderate show a medium correlation and weak correlation with a positive relation of meaning that if the student’s attitude rose then the understanding of the concept of student will also rise or increase as well as otherwise. For students' attitudes, who found that the students' social implication indicators had a higher percentage and the pleasure in learning physics had a lower percentage. In every educational development, there is always a change in the curriculum. The 2013 curriculum requires HOTS-based learning. In the 2013 curriculum, students must practice thinking skills at the HOTS level by giving HOTS questions. Because, the teacher must provide students with HOTS questions. The observations show that the questions used in Senior High Schools throughout West Pasaman District are still in the low category and do not meet the excellent proportion of questions. Therefore, an indicator analysis research was carried out on Physics questions for SMAN in West Pasaman District. This research includes descriptive research is includes in the qualitative approach. With population of this research is about Midterm Exam and Semester Exam Senior High Schools in 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 in semesters 1 and 2 in West Pasaman District. The research data was taken using an analytical instrument of question presentation and data collection with proof of questions. From the research has been done, it was found that the questions that have the highest availability of HOTS indicators for Semester Exam between 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 are in class XI and XII Semester Exam in 2018/2019 while in class X, namely in 2019/2020. Less available teaching materials that can remediate misconceptions. This study aims to design cognitive conflict-based teaching materials that integrate video analysis of real experiments to improve students' conceptual understanding of momentum and impulses. This research is a development research using the Plomp model. In the preliminary research, journal analysis, interviews with physics teachers, and literature studies were conducted. At the prototyping stage, teaching materials are designed, self-evaluation is carried out, validation by 3 lecturers and one-to-one practicality test for 3 students. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis for interviews, the Aiken-V formula for validation and percentage techniques for practicality tests. The results of the preliminary research, it was found that students' understanding of concepts was low and there were still misconceptions, the unavailability of teaching materials that corrected misconceptions. The results of the prototyping stage, momentum and impulse teaching materials were designed based on four syntaxes of cognitive conflict-based learning model (CCBL Model). In the third syntax, real-experiment video analysis is integrated using the tracker program. The results of the self-evaluation showed that the teaching materials were complete with very good criteria. The results of the validation test obtained a very valid value of 0.81.
