Registration for recruitment of members of the National Police for Fiscal Year 2020 on March 19, 2021 to April 15, 2021, with the results at the NCO for registrants who passed the verification as many as 52 men and 2 women or 54 people. As many as 23 people who passed the verification for IT Special Competency Officers and all of them were men. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation and secondary data. The results of the study show that the implementation of the acceptance of the National Police Officer for the 2020 fiscal year at the Malang City Police in the Governance perspective shows indicators of transparency in the implementation of the process of the National Police Officer acceptance test for the 2020 budget year at the Malang City Police from the beginning to the end that has met the transparency aspect, but related to socialization to high school/high school. SMK is not optimal. Meanwhile, if viewed from the accountability indicators for the implementation of the National Police Officers' acceptance, in general, they have fulfilled the aspects, although there are still phenomena of differences in measuring instruments. This is due to the decreasing trend of traffic violations in Tulungagung. In an effort to reduce the number of traffic violations, the Tulungagung Police Satlantas prioritizes preventive and follow-up or repressive actions. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and observation. The results showed that in reducing violations in Tulungagung is an ideal role, expected role and actual role. The Traffic Unit in Tulungagung takes preventive measures by socializing, warning students and repressive in the form of ticketing and confiscation in reducing the number of traffic violations. Thus there is a need for public understanding and awareness to avoid traffic violations. The strength of this peace deed is that a case can be carried out by SP3 because there is not enough evidence. This is because this peace deed has consequences for the revocation of witness statements and results in reduced evidence, namely the testimony of victim witnesses. Meanwhile, regarding practice in the realm of criminal case trials, the existence of a peace deed, the judge can decide that the unlawful nature of the case being litigated has been eliminated with the consideration that with the existence of peace, the social inequalities resulting from the crime have been recovered. The repressive action is carried out by ensnaring the perpetrators of prostitution, in this case the pimps. The current criminal law policy, both in the Criminal Code, namely Article 296 jo. Article 506 or in Law no. 21 of 2007 concerning TIP and the ITE Law provide qualifications for these criminal actors to be pimps, not prostitutes or service users. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing can be seen that the t-count  value is 3.451 and the t-table value is known to be 1.985. Therefore, through the results of hypothesis testing, which means that the value of t is greater than t table (3.451> 1.985). Thus the result is that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
