Democracy is defined as a political ideology and system based on the doctrine of \"power of the people\" as stated in Article 1 paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Q.S. Ali Imran: 159 also explains the political principles related to democracy, namely the involvement of the community in the policies of the authorities. One of the characteristics of democracy is the guarantee of the rights of citizens, where the state is obliged to respect, protect, and fulfill without discrimination. However, nowadays, one of the human rights related to political education to the public has received little attention from state administrators. Bawaslu data shows that 3.09 million ballots were invalid in the governor and deputy governor elections in 17 provinces. This is because the public does not understand how to use their voting rights properly, and proves that the government has been negligent in fulfilling its obligations to provide political education to the public in running a democratic electoral system. Based on the problems above, the authors form a grand design of political education through IPEQ (Institutions for Political Education Based on Al-Quran Value) which is a political education program through four main institutions, namely Regional Government, KPU, Political Parties, and Schools as regulated in positive law. Indonesia by applying political values according to Islamic law, especially the Qur'an. It aims to increase public participation in elections as well as concrete evidence of the concern of state administrators in producing politically intelligent and religious citizens. With its relatively unstable political dynamics, China has been very good at maintaining its economic growth so that its often referred as Rising China. Australia, on the other hand, has a great influence in Asia-Pasific economic aspect. For decades, Australia and China have a strong economic ties towards each other. It makes them one of the best duo in Asia-Pasific economic cooperation. After previously the relationship between Australia and China had been stretched for some reasons, recently the relationship between the two has become increasingly tense. It related to the various aggressiveness by China’s foreign policy towards Australia, one of which is the posting of fake image by Chinese officials, which is quite controversial. This controversy has an impact on the trade relationship between the two which getting heated. However, Australia's response tends to be less strong, compared to China’s aggressiveness. Therefore, the author will try to analyze Australia's response in this issue seen from the International System level of analysis. In order for the impeachment effort to have constitutional value, it must be carried out according to the method stipulated in the constitution. Although it has been regulated in detail in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, it would be better if the provisions regarding the impeachment of heads of state continued to be perfected to complete the shortcomings. This study seeks to find new points from the constitutional system outside Indonesia which can then be adopted into Indonesian constitution. This research is a normative legal research using a statute approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative approach. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for impeaching heads of state between the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Fiqh Siyasah have similarities and differences which when combined will complement each other's shortcomings. The provisions for impeaching the head of state in the Iranian constitution and Fiqh Siyasah can improve the provisions for impeaching the head of state in the Indonesian constitution and other laws and regulations that are too broad in meaning, such as: (1) the President commits a disgraceful act (Article 7A of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia), and (2) does not able spiritually and physically to carry out his duties and obligations as president (Article 7A of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in conjunction with Article 169 letter e of Law No. 7 of 2017). State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) are filled by people who are competent in their fields by going through a series of fit and proper tests to be in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Improving the welfare of its people, the state through State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), in this case the government can also invest in it, solely to accelerate existing development. Directors of Public Companies (Perum) have the authority to carry out their duties and functions. Regarding this authority, it must be maintained so that actions do not occur that exceed the limits of that authority. The research methodology employed is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study include interviews and field observations. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, where data is continuously collected until it meets the research requirements. The findings of this study indicate that the development of Sumber Ubalan Tourism in Kediri has a positive impact on the local economy. Through the establishment of infrastructure, the establishment of tourism management organizations, and the development of facilities in the tourism area, Sumber Ubalan Tourism in Kediri has successfully attracted local and non-local tourists. This provides opportunities for the local community to generate additional income through culinary businesses and food stalls opened around the tourism site. The additional income helps improve the community's well-being and reduces dependency on the agricultural sector. Furthermore, tourism development creates new job opportunities and absorbs labor from the surrounding community. Tourism management also involves the community in maintaining cleanliness and the surrounding environment, thus positively impacting public health.
