Where SP3 RJ is the most preferred choice in handling traffic accidents at the Kediri Police. Especially after the issuance of PERKAP Number 6 of 2019 and PERPOL Number 8 of 2021 concerning Handling of Crimes Based on Restorative Justice. Regarding the supporting and inhibiting factors in handling accidents at the Kediri Police, the characteristics of the people of Kediri are generally still good, but in certain groups there has been a shift in values, from discipline to lack of discipline, from being responsible to being hands off, from the beginning upholding a sense of humanity turned to be less human, and so on.
