The results of the study show that the implementation of the acceptance of the National Police Officer for the 2020 fiscal year at the Malang City Police in the Governance perspective shows indicators of transparency in the implementation of the process of the National Police Officer acceptance test for the 2020 budget year at the Malang City Police from the beginning to the end that has met the transparency aspect, but related to socialization to high school/high school. SMK is not optimal. Meanwhile, if viewed from the accountability indicators for the implementation of the National Police Officers' acceptance, in general, they have fulfilled the aspects, although there are still phenomena of differences in measuring instruments. Abstract
