In case of single core processors, the increased performance incurs the more heating and cooling arrangements, as heating is a consequence of power dissipation. The cache design in existing SMT and superscalar processors is optimized for latency, but not for bandwidth. The size of the L1 data cache did not scale over the Past decade. Instead, larger unified L2 and L3 caches were introduced. The present project is the part of the L3 cache. This paper describes last level cache memory decoding structure, which is designed mainly to improve the timing, reduce the power consumption and better performance. Functional verification as well as pre layout and post layout STA and ERC verifications are done on the 4MB cache. Results of each verification flow are presented. Based on the SDP methodology, good placement and routing, RC extraction, and noise analysis are achieved. SDP methodology is proven better than the RLS methodology for data path configurations. Visual information is most important because it is said to occupy more than eighty percents to whole information. We are researching the relationship between the visual image of seascape and the physiological/body response using ship bridge simulator, which is used to train and educate ship handling and how to handle a navigational instrument. The simulator-based training is popular worldwide. The simulator is able to control the traffic situation and to do the same scenarios for trainees. On the merchant ship simulator-based training, the ship movements-rolling, pitching, yawing, etc., never simulate by vision or motion platform. However, the ship movement is an important factor for the simulator-based training, and we need to confirm the influence of body and mental workload for the simulated ship movements. The purpose of this paper is to find characteristics of body response to artificial ship movements by vision and motion platform. For this purpose, the meteorological data have been studied for the summer and winter seasons also the different processes involving in the coke oven plant have been studied from the similar kind of plant(Raipur alloys and steel ltd. ) existing in the industrial area of Siltara. The ground level concentration of the pollutant after the commencement of the plant has been calculated by using single-source (CRSTER) model computer program developed by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA 450/2-77-013).[7] Hence by studying different activities during and after construction phase, final anticipated impact on the air environment have been identified. From the result it can be concluded that though there will be minimal impacts on the environment due to the proposed coke oven plant at Siltara, but the continuous exposure to the same environment without any control measures may cause health problem to the people residing in the same area of Siltara. The environmental impacts identified by the study are manageable. Site specific and practically suitable mitigation measures are recommended to mitigate the impacts. Detailed investigation have been carried out considering two controllers like Power System Stabilizer (PSS) controller and Power Oscillation Damping (POD) controller under variation of mechanical disturbances (Pm) which provides robust performance for single machine infinite bus (SMIB) power system. The realization of the Phillips-Heffron model has been completely and effectively done on comprehensive and user friendly simulink platform. Here, we have designed simplified transfer function block set model to minimize the simulation time because model designed on another domains while simulation internally converts original model to such simplified block diagram model. Mobile ad hoc networks (MANETS) are being rigorously studied and researched by computer scientists all over the world and the Message passing interface (MPI) has become the ‘de facto’ standard for use in high-performance computing. In this work, we present a new method to recognize several facial expressions from time sequential facial expression images. Firstly the video sequence is converted to image frames. Sequentially each image frame is subjected to image pre processing. Then the features are extracted using Gabor filter and neural network is used as a classifier. Finally the images are categorized into 5 different forms of basic emotions including happiness, sadness, anger, surprise and neutral. The facial expressions are recognized by eliminating head movement. The Yale database is used to train and evaluate the algorithm. High speed digital telecommunication systems such as OFDM and DSL need real-time high-speed computation of the Fast Fourier Transform. Thus there is a need of innovative algorithms to improve the speed. In this paper, we propose vedic algorithm for the implementation of multipliers to be used in the FFT. Vedic mathematics (VM) comes with the simplest and effective algorithm for solving any typical engineering problem standing on the pillars of the “Vedic” principles. The conventional multiplication method requires more time & area on silicon than vedic algorithms. More importantly processing speed increases with the bit length. This will help ultimately to speed up the signal processing task, as it is well known that the multiplier is the basic building block of FFT.
