Nishimuta, Hiroshi Yonezawa, Sankei Nishima","doi":"10.3388/JSPACI.25.138","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3388/JSPACI.25.138","url":null,"abstract":"小児気管支喘息患者(5~15歳)167名を対象として多施設共同,無作為化,群間比較により,シクレソニドの加圧噴霧式定量吸入器(以下,BTR-15)50μg/日, 100μg/日及び200 μg/日(1日1回)の8週間投与時の有効性及び安全性を,HFA-BDP 100μg/日(1日2回)を参照薬として比較検討した. 本試験には217例が組み入れられ,解析対象は167例(女:69例,男:98例),年齢の中央値は8歳(5~15歳),小児気管支喘息治療・管理ガイドライン2005による重症度は,軽症持続型116例,中等症持続型50例,重症持続型1例であった. その結果,朝のPEF値の投与開始時に対する終了時(8週時又は中止時)変化量は,BTR-15 50μg投与群,100μg投与群,200μg投与群,及びHFA-BDP100 μg投与群のいずれの投与群においても統計学的に有意に増加し,主要な解析項目においてはすべての投与群に改善が認められた.すべての投与群の安全性に問題はみられなかった. 喘息症状の重症度で層別した探索的解析では,軽症ならびに中等症持続型においてBTR-15のいずれの用量群でも有効性および安全性が確認された.また,BTR-15 200μg投与群に割り付けられた重症持続型(1例)においてPEF値,喘息症状の改善がみとめられ,有害事象の発現はなかった. 以上のことから,BTR-15は臨床上有用な薬剤であると考えられた.","PeriodicalId":174648,"journal":{"name":"Nihon Shoni Arerugi Gakkaishi.
