{"title":"5歳から15歳までの日本人小児気管支喘息患者に対するブデソニド吸入薬（タービュへイラー®製剤）長期投与の安全性および有効性の検討","authors":"三馨 西間, 昭廣 森川, 壽茂 井上","doi":"10.3388/JSPACI.24.725","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3388/JSPACI.24.725","url":null,"abstract":"目的：日本人小児気管支喘息患者に対するブデソニド・ドライパウダー吸入薬（BUD）54週間投与時の安全性と有効性を，既存治療を対照に検討した．方法：吸入ステロイド薬による治療を必要とし，タービュヘイラー®が適切に使用できる5歳から15歳までの軽症持続型～重症持続型1の気管支喘息患者を対象に，BUD100～800μg／日吸入投与，もしくは既存治療（小児気管支喘息治療・管理ガイドライン2005に従った適切な薬物療法）を54週間（先行する第III相比較試験での6週間を含む）行った．主要評価項目は有害事象（AE）とした．結果：治験薬の投与を受けた241例（BUD群121例）を評価対象とした．AE発現例数はBUD群で118例（97.5%），既存治療群で116例（96.7%）であり，発現頻度が高かったAEは，上気道感染，気管支炎，および胃腸炎であった．重篤なAEはBUD群で10例（8.3%），既存治療群で11例（9.2%）に認められ，死亡例は無かった．副作用は，BUD群で4例に認められた．BUD群における肺機能項目と喘息コントロール関連項目の改善は54週間維持され，54週後における改善の程度は両群でほぼ同様であった．結論：5歳から15歳までの吸入ステロイド薬の治療が必要な日本人小児気管支喘息患者に対し，ブデソニド・ドライパウダー吸入薬100～800μg／日，54週間投与の良好な安全性と有効性が確認された．","PeriodicalId":174648,"journal":{"name":"Nihon Shoni Arerugi Gakkaishi.
