Previous research relating to IES selection generally deals only with ERP solutions. The aim of this paper is to propose a fuzzy multi criteria decision making (MCDM) approach that could be followed to enable a given enterprise to select the most appropriate IES among the existing ones (Proprietary ERP, Open source ERP, In-house software, Best of Breed, ASP). Firstly, this paper analyses and synthetizes many criteria used in previous research works and proposes new ones to sort out the most relevant into nine dimensions for our problematic. Secondly, it presents a selection process which combines two fuzzy methods: Fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (FDEMATEL) and fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP).","PeriodicalId":174405,"journal":{"name":"2015 10th International Conference on Intelligent Systems: Theories and Applications (SITA)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115509691","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It tries to find an hyperplane that separates positive and negative data, maximizes the margin. SVM is a classifier that is based on a kernel whose choice is very critical. We propose in this paper an implicit links based Gaussian kernel that uses an implicit links based distance. This kernel helps enrich SVM for web page classification by involving users' intuitive judgments in the classification. We tested our approach on four subsets of the Open Directory Project (ODP). Results show that implicit links based kernel helps bringing improvements on SVM's results.","PeriodicalId":174405,"journal":{"name":"2015 10th International Conference on Intelligent Systems: Theories and Applications (SITA)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122413515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Particularly, those organizations should collaborate to share resources, services and exchange information and data, in order to ensure their continuity and success. By creating collaborative systems, we need to secure them against any malicious activities and destruction of their information systems. In this paper, we propose a new approach, named Trust-PolyOrBAC, for Trust Management in collaborative systems in critical infrastructures. Our approach integrates a trust concept in a PolyOrBAC access control model. Our aim is to establish trust between organizations during collaboration process, ensuring an access control to each resource and data. First, we present Trust- PolyOrBAC architecture. Then, we choose the Electrical Grid case study as a Critical Infrastructure in order to illustrate our approach and we present different parameters used to establish trust.","PeriodicalId":174405,"journal":{"name":"2015 10th International Conference on Intelligent Systems: Theories and Applications (SITA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129241847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Classical sliding mode control can be used for nonlinear systems. However, it presents some drawbacks linked of chattering, due to the higher needed switching gain in the case of large uncertainties. In order to reduce this gain, neural network is used for the prediction of model unknown parts and hence enable a lower switching gain to be used. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize both, the learning rate of BP and the variable switching gain. The elimination of reaching phase yields in a considerable amelioration of system robustness, so the proposed approach is based on the modification of the output tracking error. The performance of the proposed approach is investigated in simulations.","PeriodicalId":174405,"journal":{"name":"2015 10th International Conference on Intelligent Systems: Theories and Applications (SITA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130093247","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For some critical applications, WSNs are very restrictive in terms of quality of service (QoS). QoS should be guaranteed but also energy should be saved. In our work, we consider the problem of power allocation in heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), especially critical WSNs where missing the detection of an event (e.g. lost frame carrying the event alert) can provoke a human death, massive financial losses or environmental disasters. Our goal is to maximize the frame success rate of the network while preserving the scarce resource in WSNs which is the energy consumption. The maximization of the frame success rate subject to the sensor nodes powers is an NP-Hard problem. A heuristic algorithm is then needed to reach the global optimum. Since WSNs have limited memory space and computational capacity, heuristics that reduce the memory space and time usage are highly desirable. We propose, in this paper, the FLAPH which is a learning algorithm that achieves good tradeoff between memory and time consumption with comparison to another powerful algorithm referred to as Max-logit.","PeriodicalId":174405,"journal":{"name":"2015 10th International Conference on Intelligent Systems: Theories and Applications (SITA)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130307539","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This raises the following question: How to describe the SLA terms between prospective signatories, such as service levels, Quality of Service properties, penalties in case of SLA violation, etc. SLA can be represented by specialized languages for easing SLA preparation, automating SLA negotiation, adapting services automatically according to SLA terms, and reasoning about their composition. Therefore, the aim of this work is to present a comprehensive review of how SLAs are created, managed and used in web services and cloud computing environment. This paper provides a review of SLA languages specification. Among them the WSLA, WS-Agreement, SLA*, CSLA and SLAC. We present in this paper a learning content pattern with a dynamic structure, the modelling process consist on proposing the notion of learning component (Lc), a further atomic structure of learning object for more flexibility to reusability, searching, and storing. The maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique is used for maximum power extraction and the pitch control is also presented to limit the generator power at its rated value. The simulations results show the performance and efficiency of the proposed control strategy.
