Abstract
Structuring content has a positive effect on students' metacognitive skills. Our work in designing content is to approach the use of gaze tracking techniques in adaptive learning strategy that implicates structuring a learning content that will insure the adaptability in real time, taking into account the profile of each learner in the learning process. We present in this paper a learning content pattern with a dynamic structure, the modelling process consist on proposing the notion of learning component (Lc), a further atomic structure of learning object for more flexibility to reusability, searching, and storing. The learning components can be managed in many educational and personalized combinations to form a collection (Ct). Combining collections in turn provide a structural learning content pattern. We applied this approach in the course model where the collections are linked hierarchically to form a course, chapters, units, pedagogical concepts and pedagogical activities.
