Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of current higher education and the breakthrough of reform, the embodiment of social equity in the field of education, and the extension of fair rights in political, economic, cultural and other fields in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the development of the Party's educational thought has made new achievements. {"title":"Preface: 4th International Conference on Education, Sport and Psychological Studies (ESPS 2023)","authors":"Shan-Hua Chen, Xi Wu","doi":"10.54691/bcpep.v10i.5112","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54691/bcpep.v10i.5112","url":null,"abstract":"This proceeding includes original and peer-reviewed research papers from the 4th International Conference on Education, Sport and Psychological Studies (ESPS 2023) held on May 30-31, 2023 in Hong Kong, China. \u0000The aim of the conference is to provide an interactive platform for the academicians, R & D organizations, industries, innovators, entrepreneurs, government agencies and policy-makers etc., from both China and abroad to exchange ideas on recent researches and advances in the domain of Education, Sport and Psychological Studies with its prospective application in the various interdisciplinary domains of engineering. This two-day conference is being organized online in technical association with Research Center of Engineering and Science and will include invited keynote talks and oral paper presentations from both academia and industry to ignite our young minds, to initiate them in the field of meaningful research and thereby enrich their existing knowledge. \u0000ESPS 2023 received 87 manuscripts. By submitting a paper to ESPS 2023, the authors agreed to the review process and understood that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts were reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who gave detailed comments and-if the submission was accepted the authors would submit a revised version that considered this feedback. All papers were reviewed using a double-blind review process: authors declared their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers did not know each other’s identities, nor did the authors receive information about who had reviewed their manuscript. {"title":"Study of Chinese and English Discourse in The Three Body problem based on Proximization Theory","authors":"Jingyao Wang","doi":"10.54691/bcpep.v10i.5394","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54691/bcpep.v10i.5394","url":null,"abstract":"Taking Liu Cixin’s science fiction novel The Three Body problem as a research text, this paper conducts a critical discourse analysis of the literary text from the Proximization Theory, and explores the discourse strategies contained in the crisis construction of The Three Body problem. At the same time, by comparing the original Chinese text of The Three Body problem with the English translation, the paper aims to investigate the influence of language shift on the strategy of proximization. It is found that the author constructs the threat of the Three-Body Crisis to humanity through three dimensions: temporal, spatial and axiological; at the same time, the convergence effect of the English translation is enhanced in the spatial dimension compared to the original text, while the effect of the English translation is weakened in the temporal dimension, and the effect of the original Chinese text and the English translation is approximately the same in axiological dimension. Taking Guangdong vocational college students as the research object, this article adopts quantitative and qualitative methods, mainly based on the Kirkpatrick model, to construct evaluation indicators for Party’s history learning and education, and uses the AHP model to design the weights of each indicator to conduct consistency testing. From the cognitive modal of depression, people who have a negatively biased thinking mode tend to produce negative feeling about self, world, and their future (Beck, Aaron T, 2008). Compared to the normality, the ‘abnormal’ people tend to have a different way of interpreting things. This results from the abnormal brain functions which in turn causes cognitive deficits in depressed people. This literature review will focus on how those cognition deficits developed in children and how it causes a ‘depressed brain’. The media industry's coverage of this issue needs to consider the cross-cutting fields of environmental, health, and international communication, making it a good case for academic research. Meanwhile, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) the and Republic of Korea (ROK), which are located on the Korean Peninsula and have been greatly affected by the incident, have similar linguistic, cultural, and historical backgrounds, but the existing literature has not provided satisfactory comparative studies on the media industries of the two countries, especially on the mainstream media.
