With software of Gambit which also meshed the calculating region, Three-dimensional structure model of the precipitator was established. And then the numerical simulation of the air distribution characteristic was carried on with software of fluent 6.2, set the boundary conditions, standard k-ε 2-equation model and SIMPLE algorithm; Then draw the path line and contour chart of the cross-section, obtained the mean square deviation value, analyzed the airflow distribution situation and the reasons for its uneven; By setting appropriate opening rate of the airflow distribution plates and collection plates to improve the air distribution situation. The results show that the airflow distribution can be uniformed by improving the opening rate of the collection plates. The situation of road safety in China has been improved every year. The development of road safety in China is reviewed, and the new changes of road safety circumstance in recent years and the characteristics of road accidents are analyzed. Although the road safety has made great achievements in China, there is a large gap compared with the developed countries. The proposed antenna uses a novel compact structure and reduces the area of antenna by 15% or more than similar antennas. Simulated results computed by HFSS 10 indicate that the impedance bandwidths (less than -10dB) of this antenna are 810MHz~960MHz and 2.26GHz~2.61GHz. The relative bandwidths of this antenna are 16.6% and 14.3%. It simulates the real communication equipment, and at the same time records, assesses and plays back the whole evaluation process, which can effectively improve the accuracy of evaluation. This VVT system that replaced the original camshaft was mounted on the head of a modified single cylinder engine. The cycle-to-cycle variation of CAI Combustion was investigated under several different operating points with 100 consecutive cycles sampled and stored. The experimental results indicated that as the excess air coefficient increases, with fixed engine speed and valve event, the coefficient of variation of indicated mean effective pressure (CoVIMEP) dropped firstly and then increased. The CoVIMEP had the minimum value when the excess air coefficient ranges from 1.1 to 1.3. The engine speed and the valve lift showed the potential to influence CoVIMEP. Increased engine speed led to a more intense mixing progress, which introduced high intensity turbulence into the cylinder and resulted in a higher level of charge homogeneity at the end of compression stroke, and finally a steady CAI combustion. Meanwhile, decreasing the valve lift had a relatively minor effect. First, the historical data on traffic flow are divided into the traffic flow with high speed and the traffic flow with low speed by the clustering analysis. Then, the algorithm on the determination safety zone scope is obtained by the curve-fitting on the historical data and the undetermined abnormal data can be detected from the real-time traffic flow data for out of the calculated safety zone scope. Finally, the undetermined abnormal data are confirmed as the abnormal data which are even beyond the accepted error range.
