In connection with this and with the aim of expanding the functional capabilities of the technical means available in farms, the application of devices to serial machines is becoming more and more effective. The article presents an overview of modern attached screw equipment for quick unloading of motor vehicles. When designing screw equipment, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of their transport properties. The transportation of bulk goods by angle screw equipment depends on the frequency of rotation and the level of filling of the conveyor with the product. Structural and mechanical properties primarily depend on the density of packing of particles of loose material, their relative mobility. The mechanical properties of such a structure can be described by the equivalent modulus of elasticity and the equivalent Poisson's ratio. The nature of energy transfer in a loose material is largely determined by the forces of friction and adhesion at the points of contact of its particles. A characteristic feature of screw conveyors is that the screw working body is freely (without supports) located in an elastic or rigid casing and along its inner surface transports the material to the unloading area. The article presents the main theoretical ratios for determining the effectiveness of hinged screw products. The growth of their demand in industry and everyday life requires an increase in the intensity of use of new systems of the industry existing in the agricultural sector.\u0000Currently, there is an aspiration to make the technological process the most automated, as well as to create the most functional and accessible equipment for an ordinary user to understand. Electric drives consume more than 60% of the produced electricity, increasing their energy efficiency is significantly achieved by switching from an unregulated asynchronous electric drive to a regulated one, which contributes to the improvement of the quality characteristics of technological processes, provides the opportunity to automate production, and increases the level of energy and resource conservation.\u0000Recently, systems of automated control of technological processes created on the basis of advanced microprocessor equipment have been actively developed, improved and implemented. Nowadays, the method of controlling the start of engines using a frequency converter is becoming more and more common. This is primarily ensured by increasing unit capacity, increasing working and transport speeds, reducing time losses for auxiliary operations, reducing maintenance costs to a minimum; ensuring minimal impact on soil and plants; increasing reliability and wear resistance, as well as an increase in versatility and the appearance of special tractors for specific work; expansion of production of wheeled tractors with four driving wheels, wider use of hydraulic systems, electronics, automation, new materials, creation of comfortable working conditions and ease of management; ensuring labor safety.\u0000The main type of tractor in the most widespread range of capacities remains the wheeled one of the traditional layout scheme, the improvement of which is carried out taking into account the latest achievements of science and technology. There is a further update of articulated tractors with all driving wheels of the same size, with leading manufacturers experimenting with the installation of triangular track drives instead of wheels, which significantly increases their traction qualities.\u0000Characteristic features of tractors of the new generation are their universality and block-modular structure. So, depending on the market, different engines from well-known companies and unified transmissions are installed on one model of European tractors. Therefore, in this market, there is a tendency for manufacturers to cooperate with the aim of further increasing versatility, reliability, and simplifying operation: increasing the interval for changing engine oil to 500 hours, transmission oil to 2,000 hours, hydraulic oil to 1,000 hours. Temperature is the main factor in the efficiency of the hydraulic drive, which changes the physical properties of the working fluid: viscosity, moisture content, gases and mechanical impurities, which determine its modulus of elasticity. Efficiency is significantly reduced both at low temperatures and at high temperatures. The high-temperature mode of the hydraulic drive reduces the technical and operational performance of hydraulic machines (construction and road, mountain, agricultural and other self-propelled machines). High temperature is one of the most important factors that intensively affect the aging of the working fluid. An increase in the temperature of the lubricant above 70° C leads to a decrease in the lubricating capacity and premature wear of the equipment, an increase in the leakage of the lubricant, a decrease in its viscosity, thermal destruction with the formation of tarry deposits on the internal surfaces of the hydraulic equipment. Intensive wear is observed due to a decrease in the lubricating capacity of the friction surfaces, a decrease volumetric efficiency of hydraulic machines, changes in the linear dimensions of heated elements, as a result, the accuracy of technological operations deteriorates and the resource of hydraulic equipment is significantly reduced. All this leads to a decrease in the parameters of productivity and reliability of machines. Hydrogenated machines operated at elevated temperatures require a number of measures to increase heat transfer and stabilize the temperature regime. This article examines the issue of determining the given modulus of elasticity of the hydraulic system of a volumetric hydraulic drive using the example of the experimental model of the TT4M-23L tracked crawler tractor and the relationship of the given modulus with pressure and temperature. Potatoes are among these products. Despite the fact that the country's needs are almost completely covered by potatoes produced on the territory of our state, in recent years more and more attention has been paid to increasing the yield of the crop. Pre-sowing treatment helps to increase the yield of crops. The main method of pre-sowing preparation of potatoes is to treat the planting material with drugs to protect against pests and diseases.\u0000The main method of pre-sowing seed preparation is poisoning with chemical preparations against pests and diseases. It is widely used in intensive agricultural technology and allows to reduce potential crop losses by 50-55%. The applied technical means, which ensure uniform and complete coverage of the surface of the seed material, have distributors that create drops of different diameters. In the best case, it is possible to control the average particle size, and large weight fractions of different particle sizes reduce the processing efficiency and negatively affect the uniformity of the coating. In this regard, one of the main tasks of the used technical means is to obtain drops of the same (monodisperse) size. Moreover, their size should be within 20 - 50 μm.. This is facilitated by the development of local deformation processes.\u0000The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of parts, save material, energy and labor resources based on the development of the calculation and design of rolling stamping and rolling processes with an assessment of the deformability of the material of the workpieces.\u0000For this purpose, a method was developed for calculating rational routes in the design of stamping and rolling processes, which provides: a reduction in the cost of production due to a reduction in the power of the equipment, the number of transitions and the elimination of scrap from destruction; improving the quality of products due to the formation of a favorable microstructure of the material, reducing the anisotropy of mechanical properties and limiting the resource of plasticity.\u0000It is shown that the accuracy of the dimensions of the workpiece after local deformation depends on the technological scheme, the accuracy of the dimensions of the tool and its setting, and the roughness of the surface of the product depends on the technological scheme, the roughness of the tool and the quality of lubrication. When stamping by rolling and rolling, the accuracy of the dimensions of the product is ensured according to quality 7-11, and the roughness of the surfaces, if the technological requirements are met, is μm.\u0000On the example of reshaping by stamping and rolling of square sheet blanks into round ones, it was proven that the degree of planar anisotropy decreased by 70-80% and the relative drop in yield strength in the plane of the sheet from 0.10-0.15 to 0.03-0.05, as well as an increase in ultimate deformation for tension by 8-10% and ultimate uniform deformation by 5-8%. When drawing cylindrical products from reshaped blanks, the size of the festoons decreases by 2-2.5 times, and the size of the ultimate degree of drawing increases by 10-15%. Ensuring the performance of concrete and short roads is one of the main tasks of the technology of reinforced concrete products in modern times.\u0000It is known that thermoforce processing can have a positive effect on the properties of concrete - such as volume, strength, corrosion resistance, water permeability, durability. In these industrially developed countries, the use of concrete with increased physical and mechanical indicators is growing.\u0000In the construction industry, there is a problem of saving money and energy security. The application of the thermoforce method for the production of new-generation concrete allows to increase the indicators of strength, corrosion resistance and other physical and mechanical properties of concrete.\u0000In conditions of high competition in the production of concrete products, obtaining high-strength concrete by using high-quality aggregates and binders of high grades sharply increases the cost of the product and makes it uncompetitive. There is a problem related to the reduction in the production of high-quality binders and aggregates due to the extraction of quality raw materials. Most of the quarries, where quality raw materials for the construction industry were mined, are abandoned or exhausted. Therefore, it is necessary to identify internal reserves of concrete strength growth, to solve the acute problem of saving resources and energy saving, using ordinary components and local building materials. Purification of fuels and oils is mainly carried out by filtration through porous separators.\u0000Currently, oil refineries (refineries) produce a thorough cleaning of the fuel. However, due to repeated resale and transportation, fuel contamination occurs. Due to poor flushing of the tank, other oil products and when filling the tank during precipitation, water and impurities can enter the fuel during its transportation. Water can enter the fuel tank in the form of condensation. Due to the long chain of transportation of petroleum products from refineries to consumers and non-compliance with transportation standards, customers receive low-quality fuel. Modern power systems for cars and tractors do not allow the presence of water and small impurities in the fuel. In this regard, in this paper, the problem of watered diesel fuel is considered. An assessment of the influence of such fuel on fuel equipment and engine operation is given. The data are given for the content of water in the fuel.\u0000Consider the saturation of the market with filters that allow you to separate water and fine particles from fuel. The advantages and disadvantages of each existing filter and compared with the proposed membrane filter are considered. A technology has been introduced to separate water and fine impurities in diesel fuel by installing an additional fine filter in the tractor power system.\u0000This article confirms the urgency of the problem of diesel fuel flooding. Data on the type of water contained in the fuel are given. An assessment of the effect of water in the fuel on fuel equipment and engine operation is given. The existing solutions to the problem of watering diesel fuel are presented and the effectiveness of the proposed filter is confirmed. Babyn","doi":"10.37128/2520-6168-2022-4-6","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37128/2520-6168-2022-4-6","url":null,"abstract":"Theoretical studies of the milling tillage working body, in particular, dynamic properties under conditions of periodic external load, are substantiated and the main technological parameters are substantiated, and energy performance indicators are analyzed.\u0000The following data were adopted as the initial data for theoretical studies of the milling working body: the size of the row-spacing and strips, the dimensional characteristics of the root and stem residues.\u0000Theoretical studies of the milling machine gave such justified results: the diameter of the milling drum Dfr.bar = 0.3 m, the rotation frequency of the milling drum nfr.bar = 190 ... 430 hv-1, the number of installed knives on one disk n = 4 pcs, the rotating speed Vob = 6.59 m/s.\u0000Rational parameters and operating modes are justified: milling power Nfr = 19.3 kW, torque on the milling drum shaft Mkr = 0.45 kN·m.\u0000Theoretically substantiated milling working body is implemented in the development of a combined grinder of plant residues of thick-stem crops.\u0000The investigated working body, which performs the technological process of grinding compacted plant residues of thick-stemmed crops with the proposed technology, will allow us to further substantiate in more detail the mathematical model of the combined method of processing the field clogged with plant residues and determine the structural and technological structure of the grinder.\u0000The further development of the theoretical foundations of grinding plant residues and soil, in particular milling working bodies used in combined units, has been obtained.","PeriodicalId":173336,"journal":{"name":"ENGINEERING, ENERGY, TRANSPORT AIC","volume":"214 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130084896","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Both crops are harvested in September-October and thereby exclude the appearance of post-harvest weeds. In addition, both crops are grown on wide-row crops, and this prompted the emergence of strip cultivation technology.\u0000Strip-till technology is an alternative tillage option between traditional plowing and direct seeding. When applying this technology, the soil is deeply loosened only within the row, the rest of the field remains untreated.\u0000Structurally, each section for strip soil cultivation consists of such working bodies as a frame, a front slotted disk that cuts the soil surface and plant remains, and also withstands the depth of cultivation. Cutting discs on one rack clear the row of plant remains and lightly mulch the soil surface. The section rack performs tillage to a depth of up to 30 cm, and if additional equipment is available, it can provide fertilizers, including at two different depth values, and the rear roller compacts and grinds the soil surface. The use of this technology makes it possible to reduce the number of operations in one pass of the unit. Also, the above-mentioned tillage technology can solve such problems as high weediness, low fertility of soils with insufficient content of organic substances, the presence of a short growing season, and can also be used in arid regions and soils prone to wind erosion.\u0000The disadvantage of this technology is the need to apply a continuous action herbicide. But these economic costs of weed control are not significant in the total cost of tillage.
