At the same time, it should be taken into account that specific botanical varieties grown in different geographical regions have an individual chemical composition that determines the intensity of the ongoing oxidation processes, therefore nuts of different batches have different potential for storage. The lack of a system of traceability of purchased nut batches at the stages of production, logistics and sale, as well as the lack of objective methods for assessing the potential level of preservation, which leads to the incorrect establishment of the expiration dates of walnuts, and as a result, more than 30% are sold in trade networks walnuts with signs of bitterness.\u0000The quality of nuts during storage depends mainly on the moisture content, storage temperature, relative humidity, oxygen content level, commercial type of nuts, packaging materials, storage form and type of technological processing of nuts (without shell, in shell, fried, etc.). Nuts are products of long-term storage.\u0000The purpose of the research is a comprehensive analysis of the operation of modern convective dryers of agricultural raw materials and the determination of ways to improve them to ensure high-quality and uniform drying.\u0000According to the results of the analysis of the existing drying units, their disadvantages and advantages were determined.\u0000The peculiarities of the application of hopper dryers in various production lines among industrial goods, food products, and construction materials that require mixing of bulk products are analyzed. According to the data of the scientific and technical literature, in the transmissions of modern equipment for the agro-industrial complex, these reasons account for at least 35 %, including the failure of hydrostatic transmissions of the GST-90 type accounts for 20 % of the total number of machine failures during the pre-repair period of operation. Therefore, the development of mathematical models and the research of the braking process of grain harvesters using volumetric of the GST-90 hydraulic transmission will allow to increase efficiency, reduce wear resistance and increase the resource of its operation.\u0000It was found that with the widespread use of hydrostatic transmissions in grain harvesters, little attention is paid to the issue of effective braking using this type of transmission. The main goal of the article is to study the operation of the hydrostatic transmission in the braking mode. The calculation scheme of the GST-90 hydrostatic transmission was developed and its mathematical model was developed, which adequately reflects the processes occurring in the hydraulic transmission of the grain harvester in braking mode. This mathematical model can also be used for conducting research in order to develop recommendations for the design and selection of optimal parameters of a hydraulic transmission of this type. The primary task here is to study the process of sinking the pile into the soil in order to achieve the required depth of immersion with minimal damage to the structure of the pile itself, and for it to perform the work that is set before it.\u0000Naturally, in the process of sinking piles into the soil, not only elastic, but also viscous, plastic properties of the soil are manifested and its destruction occurs. The theoretical tasks of sinking the pile into the soil, taking into account the viscous, plastic properties of the soil environment and the deformation characteristics of the pile material, have not been investigated.\u0000Nowadays, in connection with the circumstances that are currently happening in Krane, in the Vinnytsia region, the percentage of people's involvement in agricultural affairs is growing significantly, namely: in the planting of new garden and grape plantations and lands. There is a demand for immersion equipment that can quickly and efficiently perform the assigned tasks. Therefore, increasing the productivity of the process of sinking piles in orchards and vineyards through the use of hydrojet technology is an extremely relevant topic.\u0000The purpose of the article is to increase the productivity of the process of sinking piles in orchards and vineyards by using hydrojet technology. This is connected both with the development of theoretical approaches that allow to model the behavior of the latter with high accuracy, and with a significant increase in reliability and a decrease in the cost of power semiconductor technology, which in turn made it possible to improve operational characteristics and reduce the cost of such systems as a whole. The consequence of this trend is that asynchronous motors are increasingly used not only in classic electric drive systems with easy starting conditions, but also increasingly used in traction electric drives and electric drives with large starting moments, which were traditionally implemented on the basis of direct current motors. This circumstance leads to the appearance of additional technical difficulties in the design and operation of asynchronous electric motors, which is associated with the peculiarities of their natural mechanical characteristics, which have a slightly underestimated value of the starting torque. And although this shortcoming can be eliminated by increasing the power reserve of the engine when designing the electric drive, such a compromise solution will have significant disadvantages associated with a decrease in efficiency and an increase in the cost of the electric drive as a whole. It is obvious that this circumstance determines the need for further theoretical research aimed at improving the starting characteristics of asynchronous motors.\u0000Considering what has been said, today the induction motor remains the most common electric machine used in various fields of activity. Moreover, the share of asynchronous motors used in industry is growing rapidly, and the scope of their use is constantly expanding. A. therefore, the development of a mathematical model of the dependence of the starting torque on the angular position of the rotor, which in the future would allow improving the starting characteristics of asynchronous motors, is an urgent scientific and applied problem that has significant practical value.\u0000In the article, the equation of the dependence of the starting torque of an asynchronous motor on the initial position of its rotor is obtained, which makes it possible, taking into account the design features of the AD, to uniquely calculate the value of the mechanical torque that occurs on the motor shaft when it is started with the nominal supply voltage. The mathematical dependence of the deviation of the AD starting moment on the initial rotation angle of the rotor was obtained, which can be used as a corrective mathematical model of the AD control system. The simulation of the dependence of the torque of an asynchronous motor on the initial position of its rotor was carried out, which made it possible to confirm the adequacy of the obtained mathematical dependence. Further development of the processes is possible through the development of new technological schemes based on the analysis of deformation kinematics and the appointment of favorable technological parameters, taking into account their influence on the stress-strain state and deformability of the material of the workpieces. In order to widely use the method of assessing the deformability of workpieces, a reliable technique is needed, which provides for the presence of a mathematical model of the trajectory of deformation of material particles in the coordinates \"stress state indicator - accumulated plastic deformation before failure.\" The work uses an approach to finding an analytical representation of the deformation trajectory based on the construction of a differential equation between the components of plastic deformation increments, followed by the solution of this equation and the identification of its parameters based on experimental data. According to the results of the research, the deformation trajectories of the material particles of the peripheral surface of the flange when planting by rolling stamping method were schematically constructed in the coordinates \"intensity of deformations - stress state indicator\". Based on the built model, damage accumulation can be simulated by changing the values of the model parameters for different materials and deformation paths. An analytical representation of the deformation trajectory in a parametric form was obtained. The advantages of representing the deformation trajectory in the form of parametric equations are the convenience of analyzing these trajectories. The role of renewable energy sources in energy production is constantly growing, and the issue of increasing the share of renewable sources in the energy balance of each individual country is currently relevant. In the supply of primary energy, the share of renewable energy accounts for 19% on a global scale. Of these, biomass accounts for 10%, or 258 million tons per year, i.e. in the world, biomass provides the largest share of energy supply from renewable sources. Domestic agricultural enterprises are significant consumers of fuel and energy resources, therefore they face an objective need to use alternative energy sources, including biological types of fuel and the introduction of innovative energy-saving technologies. Biogas production is an efficient and investment-attractive technology due to the presence of significant raw material potential, favorable natural and climatic conditions, etc. However, the level of introduction of this type of energy in the agricultural sector is insufficient, which is related to a number of issues, including the insufficient level of practical recommendations for choosing the power of electric energy generators, their number, operating modes taking into account the daily schedule of energy consumption, loading and optimal efficiency installations when providing autonomous power supply of the enterprise. Pressure-treated metals have a fibrous structure.\u0000The hot working process is one of the types of metal forming processes and it takes place at temperatures higher than the recrystallization temperature. During hot deformation, the metal is also strengthened (hot defamation), but it is completely removed in the process of recrystallization. With it, the plasticity of the metal is higher, and the resistance to deformation is approximately 10 times lower than during cold deformation.\u0000Most metals have a recrystallization temperature that is half or one-third of the melting temperature of the metal. Therefore, we can say that when the metal is plastically deformed above the recrystallization temperature, but below the burning point, this is a hot process of metal deformation.\u0000Elastic and then plastic deformation occur under the influence of external forces on the material. Pressure treatment of metals is possible due to their plasticity. A sign of elastic deformation is its reversibility, that is, its disappearance after removal of the load. The development of the field of restoration of worn parts is based on close cooperation of repair production with branch and basic science, and achievement of scientific and technical progress.\u0000Deepening the method of group recovery technology to create a unified group equipment for surface restoration is a promising area of restoration technology in organizational terms. A large number of restored machine parts are discarded due to low wear of working surfaces, amounting to one percent of the initial weight of the parts. Research has proven and practically confirmed that the restoration of machinery, machines, and mechanisms is technically impossible to avoid, but on the other hand the restoration is economically feasible. The restored part serves the same term as the new one, and may exceed the service life of the new part.\u0000The paper presents the results of research on the performance characteristics of coatings obtained by the developed technology. These studies were aimed at improving the quality of coatings that are restored by electro contact cauterization, namely to obtain uniform physical and mechanical properties in the cross section of the coating. In general, the significant disadvantages of these aggregates are the insufficient quality flatness of the microreliefs and the fragmentation of the soil. Compared to the basic complex with the use of a machine, the use of the proposed unit contributes to: a decrease in the density of the soil at the level of 0...20 cm by 15.6...17.1%, an increase in porosity by 34.7...37.9%, which will have agrotechnical significance. The content of the soil aggregate increased by 19.7...33.3%, the sawdust fraction decreased by 1.8...5.9 times. It was determined that the unit should move at a speed of 9...10 km/h.\u0000The object of the study is the modeling of the selection of working bodies of the combined tillage unit. The principle of alternation of tools, which are carried out by the tillage machine used in performing the necessary operations, is the basis of the technology of combined tillage. The choice, alternation of methods of soil treatment and adjustment modes depends on the conditions and characteristics of the field. The main function of the cut mass accelerator is to provide acceleration and formation of compactness of the flow of the cut mass after it passes through the grinding rollers.\u0000Currently, the influence of the structural and technological parameters of the cut mass accelerator on the process of its unloading through the channel of the forage harvester has not been sufficiently investigated, therefore, for example, the substantiation of the technological parameters of the operation mode of the cut mass accelerator of the discharge channel of the forage harvester is relevant.\u0000The object of the research is the process of transporting the cut stem mass by the combine accelerator through the unloading channel.\u0000The purpose of the research is to experimentally establish the influence of technological factors in the process of transporting the cut mass of the harvester with an accelerator on the consumption of specific energy and the creation of effort on the shield catcher.\u0000The objectives of the work are to study the state of the issue of the accelerators use of cut stem mass in the unloading channel of forage harvesters and their structural implementation; to carry out an analysis of research and publications on the acceleration of cut stem mass; to develop a method of experimental research and establish the influence of technological factors of the process of transportation of the cut stalk mass of the harvester with an accelerator on the consumption of specific energy and the creation of effort on the shield catcher.\u0000The research methodology is experimental by determining the consumption of the specific energy of the accelerator, the effort created on the catcher shield, and the supply of the cut stem mass. Processing of experimental data is performed using methods of regression analysis and mathematical statistics.\u0000As a result of the conducted experimental studies, it is established that the most significant of the studied technological factors (W, Lср, q) is the supply of cut stem mass. An increase in the supply of crushed stalk mass of corn from 6 to 13 kg/s leads to both an increase in effort from 15 to 140 N (almost ten times) and an increase in specific energy consumption from 0.12 to 0.18 kJ/kg. An increase in the moisture content of the stem mass of corn from 54 to 76% leads to a decrease in the effort on the catcher shield and the specific energy consumption.
