{"title":"Present Situation and Countermeasures of Land Consolidation in Weihai City","authors":"王 明媚","doi":"10.12677/GSER.2017.61003","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12677/GSER.2017.61003","url":null,"abstract":"自改革开放以来,由于社会经济迅猛发展和人口急剧增长,我国人地关系发生了显著变化,人类对土地的需求不断增加,人地矛盾逐渐突出,土地紧缺问题日益严重,土地整理是实现耕地占补平衡的有效手段、是土地可持续利用的一种重要措施,在保障国家粮食安全,实现土地资源合理配置等方面起到举足轻重的作用。土地整理是解决土地问题的有效途径,本文以威海市为研究区,详细介绍了威海市土地整理的基本情况和特点,指出威海市在土地整理过程中存在对土地整理工作认识不足、与新农村建设结合不够紧密、工程设施后期管护不到位等问题,并提出了引入激励机制,鼓励公众参与,健全政策体系,营造发展条件,加强后期管理措施等建议。 Since reform and opening up, due to the rapid development of social economy and population growth, the relation between people and land changed dramatically in our country, and the man- land relationship changed dramatically in our country. Human’s demand for land is increasing. The contradiction between human and land is increasing, and land shortage problem is increasingly serious. Land consolidation, as an efficient way to realize the dynamic balance of plow land and an important measure for the sustainable utilization of land, has played an important role in the aspect of rational allocation land resources and ensuring the security of national food. Land consolidation is an effective way to solve the problem of land. This paper takes Weihai city as the study area, and introduces the basic situation and characteristics of land consolidation in Weihai city. The paper points out some problems that exist in the process of land consolidation in Weihai, including insufficient understanding of land consolidation, less contact with the new rural con-struction, inadequate management of late engineering facilities management and so on. {"title":"Studies on the Carbon Emission Peak of China in 2030: A Review","authors":"李 侠祥","doi":"10.12677/gser.2017.61004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12677/gser.2017.61004","url":null,"abstract":"中国碳排放峰值是当前国际社会关注的焦点,本文通过文献调研和分析,梳理了这方面的研究进展。目前,碳排放峰值研究的主要手段是模型模拟,其中比较常用的有三类模型,分别是指标分解法模型、自上而下的模型以及系统优化模型。研究发现,我国碳排放可在2030年左右达峰,其前提条件是:积极调整产业结构、能源结构,加快转变发展模式,鼓励推广清洁能源,以及恰当增强碳汇能力;在国家的宏观调度下,各省(市)通过制定“因地制宜”的达峰方案,也均可在2030年左右实现碳排放达峰。不过,模型及其参数对未来社会经济发展情景的适应性、本地化模型的性能以及因地缘环境演变导致的模拟不确定性等还需进一步评估。 The carbon emission peak of China is an international focus. Here, we carried out a literature review for the studies on the carbon emission peak of China in 2030 to summarize the study pro- gresses. The literature review shows that these studies mostly were achieved by using models. There are generally three categories of models, which are decomposition models, top-down models and system optimized models. These model-based studies show that carbon emissions of China would peak around 2030 in the conditions of changing energy structure and industrial structure, transforming the development mode, promoting clean energy and appropriately increasing carbon sequestration ability. At the level of provinces, the peak of carbon emissions would as well as occur around 2030 with the supports of localized development road under the national macro policies. However, we should pay attentions on the uncertainties of these model studies. {"title":"Study on the Characteristics and Development of Tourism Geological Resources in Puzhehei","authors":"朱 梦姝","doi":"10.12677/GSER.2017.61001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12677/GSER.2017.61001","url":null,"abstract":"普者黑地处云贵高原向桂西平原倾斜的斜坡地带,其典型的地貌景观为国内罕见的高原喀斯特峰林、峰丛、湖群组合景观。本文通过对普者黑旅游地质资源的景观特征进行分析,发现普者黑景观规模与组合欠佳,景观融合有待探索;但是具有很高的科考价值。虽然交通条件欠佳,但其独特的环境资源优势和民族文化优势,从另一方面丰富了旅游景观。因此,普者黑旅游地质资源的开发,首先,应改善和提高普者黑的交通条件;其次,重新进行景区规划,增加旅游线路,加强景区之间的联系与融合,改善游览环境;最后,结合普者黑的资源优势,充分挖掘普者黑的民族文化优势,进一步开发旅游主题与产品,突出主体形象,打造精品,阶段性重点开发,实行村寨参与等开发措施。 Puzhehei is located in the slopes areas of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and Guixi plain which is the typical landscape as the rare plateau Karst peaks, peak clusters, and lake landscape group. In this paper, we found that the scale and combination are not good enough. Through the analysis of landscape characteristics of geological tourism resources in Puzhehei, its landscape fusion needs further exploration, and it’s of high research value. Puzhehei has the unique environmental re-sources and cultural advantages which enrich the tourism landscape, but the traffic condition is poor. {"title":"Research on the Development and Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage Resources of Hainan Province","authors":"毕 荣鑫","doi":"10.12677/gser.2017.61005","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12677/gser.2017.61005","url":null,"abstract":"历史文化遗产是指具有一定历史意义,与人类生活密切相关,存在历史价值的文物、民俗、技艺等。海南省具有丰富的历史文化遗产,其开发对建设海南国际旅游岛具有重要的意义。但经笔者的调查研究发现,海南省历史文化遗产的开发与保护仍存在较多问题,主要表现在管理不当,开发模式相对落后等方面,因此,不仅阻碍了海南文化遗产的利用与发扬,也削弱了海南省文化旅游的影响力与吸引力,给海南省历史文化遗产的开发与保护增加了新的困难。故对于海南省历史文化遗产的开发与保护,笔者提出以下建议:普及传统历史文化的价值与意义,提高群众自觉地保护意识;规范历史文化遗产的管理方式,做到开发与保护同步;合理规划现代化建设,规避历史文化遗产保护与城市化建设之间的矛盾;加强基础设施建设等。 Historical and cultural heritage refers to a certain historical significance, is closely related to human life, the presence of artifacts of historical value, folklore, art and so on. Hainan Province is rich in historical and cultural heritage, and the development of historical and cultural heritage is of great significance to the construction of Hainan international tourist island. But the author’s investigation found that, there are many problems in the development and protection of the historical and cultural heritage of Hainan Province, mainly in the uncoordinated development and protection, the lack of cultural heritage protection awareness, backward cultural tourism industry and so on. Thus, not only hindered the use and development of Hainan cultural heritage, but also weakened the influence and attractiveness of cultural tourism in Hainan Province, cause new difficulties to the development and protection of historical and cultural heritage of Hainan Province. Whether the location of the project is correct or not, is of vital importance in the whole process of real estate development until the sales. This paper applies GIS software to site selection of resi-dential development project. Based on the spatial statistical methods, aimed at site selection model of residential project, this paper takes Zhuhai city center as the research object, and based on land use planning, discusses the importance of GIS technology in site selection of real estate development project from three important indexes: transportation convenience degree, population concentration degree, and house prices level. Hot spring tourism resources are relatively rich in Hunan province. The current hot spring tourism development is a major bright spot of Hunan tourism. Through the analysis that Hunan has many hot springs out of the dew point, the hot spring water quality is good, and its distribution is concentrated. From hot spring tourism development trends of Hunan, Governments at all levels attach great importance to the hot spring tourism development, which is increasingly important in the local tourism development; the brand cultivation effect is outstanding and it has great potential for development. However, analysis of the impact assessment that these projects have posed on the environment is still in the exploration stage, which means the whole process from the evaluation theories to the methods is still young. Hence, this paper takes Rushan city as the study area, based on a comprehensive analysis of the influence in economic, so-cial and ecological environment, successfully builds the assessment index system-index weight and comprehensively evaluates the effects of land remediation on environment. The result shows that Rushan land remediation project is beneficial to the environment. {"title":"庐山典型性森林凋落物与土壤质量的状况分析 Analysis on the Situation of Typicality Forest Litter and Soil Quality in Lushan Mountains of China","authors":"张茜, 于法展, 张忠启, 李玲, 雷良媛, 张少坤, 陈俊","doi":"10.12677/GSER.2016.54026","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12677/GSER.2016.54026","url":null,"abstract":"森林凋落物是森林生态系统的重要组成部分,是林地有机质的主要物质库和维持土壤肥力的基础,凋落物与土壤质量的相互关系研究是生态学领域的研究热点之一。以庐山6种典型性森林土壤为研究对象,对森林凋落物与土壤质量的状况进行系统分析。结果表明:1) 6种森林凋落物现存贮量平均值13.99 t•hm−2,凋落物层N、P平均储量分别为119.60 kg•hm−2和12.16 kg•hm−2;马尾松林凋落物层最大持水率最高,落叶阔叶林凋落物最大拦蓄量最大,黄山松林凋落物最大拦蓄量最小;从有效持水率和有效拦蓄量看,6种不同森林凋落物层有效拦蓄能力大小依次为马尾松林 > 黄山松林 > 玉山竹林 > 落叶阔叶林 > 常绿–落叶阔叶混交林 > 常绿阔叶林。2) 6种森林土壤硬度的平均值变化在13.24~25.43 kg•cm−2之间;不同森林土壤容重和磷酸酶活性存在一定差异。3) 6种森林土壤平均pH值变化大致在4.9~5.6;马尾松林地土壤有机质含量最多,土壤全N量平均含量最高;常绿–落叶阔叶混交林地土壤阳离子交换量大于其它林地;玉山竹林地土壤有效P平均含量最少;常绿阔叶林地土壤速效K平均含量最低。 Forest litter is an important part of forest ecological system. It is the main material library of the woodland organic matter and maintains the basis of soil fertility. The relationship research between litter and soil quality is one of the hot research topics in the field of ecology. With 6 kinds of typical forest soil as the research object, the research analyzes the condition of the soil quality and forest litter in Lushan. The results show that firstly 6 different forest litter existing reserves average 13.99 t•hm–2, and the average litter layer of N, P reserves is 117.48 kg•hm−2 and 11.86 kg•hm−2; respectively. Horsetail pine forest litter layer has the largest amount in holding water. Deciduous broad-leaved forest litter has the maximum held amount. Huangshan pine forest litter has the maximum amount. From the effective rate and the effective dammed-up water quantity, 6 different forest litter layers’ effectively held ability is ranked as follows: Horsetail pines > Huangshan pine forest > Mt. Jade bamboo > Deciduous broad-leaved forest > Evergreen, deciduous broad- leaved mixed forest > Evergreen broad-leaved forest. Secondly, soil hardness of 6 different kinds of forest averagely changes between 13.24 and 25.43 kg•cm–2; soil bulk density and phosphatase activity of different forests have certain differences. Thirdly, pH value of 6 different kinds of forest soil changes between 4.9 and 5.6 on average. The Horsetail pines forest land soil has the most organic matter content, and the average quantity of soil total N content is the highest. Evergreen and deciduous broadleaf mixed forest’s soil cation exchange capacity is greater than the others; Mt. Jade bamboo forest’s effective soil P content is the least. {"title":"中国城市规模及其城市化水平的过去、现状及未来 The Past, Present and Future of the City Scale and Urbanization Level in China","authors":"游珍","doi":"10.12677/GSER.2016.54030","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12677/GSER.2016.54030","url":null,"abstract":"城市在区域发展中的作用日益增强,城镇化将是我国未来十年决策层的战略着眼点和中央政策主轴。本文基于人口普查数据和城市统计年鉴数据,以不同规模城市的分布格局和城市化水平为研究对象,全面揭示了中国不同规模城市空间分布格局及其城市化水平的过去、现状,并运用Logistic模型系统和联合国法,预测模拟了中国不同规模城市未来二十年的分布格局和城市化水平,研究表明:1) 1990~2000年间,从中国城市的数量特征来看,人口20万以上的城市个数均快速增加,城市化率基本稳定,人口小于20万的小城市个数减少,城市化率提高了14.70%;从空间分布来看,我国城市空间布局基本稳定,呈现“东密西疏”的地域特征,城市数量和人口增加较为明显的区域主要集中在长三角、珠三角和京津冀三大城市群,以及山东半岛城市群、武汉都市圈、成渝城市群;2) 2000~2010年,中国城市个数基本稳定,大城市个数增加,中小城市个数减少,城市化率提高了15个百分点,东部地区城市数量占全国总量的1/3强,成为中国城市的主要集聚区;3) 2020和2030年,中国的城市个数及城市化水平将有显著提高,城市化率将分别达到57.55%和68.32%,城市布局将更加集聚,其中,东部地区将集聚更多的超大城市,其吸纳的人口规模和占比将明显提高,小城市将成为西部地区发展的主要增长极。 City plays an increasingly important role in regional development, and urbanization will be the strategic focus and central policy of the decision-making level over the next decade. Based on the census data and the urban statistical yearbook data, and taking the distribution pattern of different scale cities and urbanization levels as study object, this paper reveals the past and present of the spatial distribution pattern and urbanization level of different scale cities in China. And Logistic model and United Nations method are used to forecast the distribution pattern and urbanization level of different scale cities in China in the next 20 years. The study shows that: 1) From 1990 to 2000, in terms of the quantitative characteristic of cities in China, the number of cities with population over 200,000 increased rapidly and the urbanization rate was stable. The number of small cities with less than 200 thousand population decreased, while the urbanization rate in-creased by 14.70%. The spatial distribution pattern of our nation’s cities is basically stable and the geographical feature is that the east is dense while the west is sparse. The number of cities in-creased obviously in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, the Pearl River Delta urban ag-glomeration and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations, as well as the Shandong Penin-sula Urban Agglomeration, Wuhan Metropolitan Area and Chengyu Urban Agglomeration. 2) From 2000 to 2010, the number of cities in China was basically stable, the number of large cities was in-creasing, and the number of small and medium sized cities was reduced; the urbanization rate in-creased by 15 percentage points. And the number of cities in the eastern region accounted for 1/3 of the whole country, becoming the main gathering area of Chinese cities. 3) From 2020 to 2030, the number of cities and the urbanization level in China will significantly increase and the urbanization rate will reach 57.55% and 68.32% respectively. Urban layout will be more concentrated, of which the eastern region will gather more megacities, and its absorption of population and proportion will be significantly improved.
