Automation not only increases the efficiency of any production, but also opens the way to achieve the best results. This article deals with the physical and mechanical properties of the heterogeneous structure of the mortar system. Regardless of whether technological processes are automated, mechanized, or group processing is used, automated site tuning activities remain labor-intensive and performed using manual labor. Considering the types of electrical technical materials, their properties, we reveal their advantages and use them in production facilities. Non-ferrous metals are very important in technology. Because there is a demand for them based on their physical and mechanical properties. Scientific research was conducted at the Department of Physics of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmet Yasawi as a base. The method of heating, melting, processing, evaluation and analysis of alloys was used as a scientific method. Experimental studies were carried out on copper alloys with 45-85% manganese, 50 and 60% alloys doped with various elements and their combination in concentrations up to 10. Repeated measurements were made to obtain high accuracy. Structural and phase changes in metallic materials during extreme external effects (strong plastic deformation, high pressure, temperature, radiation, aggressive environment) were studied. To solve this problem, alloys are subjected to various treatments to increase damping properties. This article deals with the effect of heat treatment on the damping properties of Fe-Mn-based alloys. One of the main advantages of heat treatment is an increase in the wear resistance of materials and alloys. The workpieces are subjected to heat treatment if it is necessary to obtain other physical and chemical properties of the materials. The finite element method was used in the research on the topic. The finite element method is based on the application of a continuous function. It turns out that the method consists in dividing the plot into many elements, calculating each of the elements, thereby increasing the accuracy of the calculation. As a result of the research, an alloy based on Fe-Mn with higher damping properties was obtained. A comparison of standard steel with a sample was carried out. And also a simulation model was provided on the Comsol Multiphisics program. There was definitely a stress-strain state of the samples. In the course of our research, the effects were studied of the distance between the tractor and trailer on the coefficient of drag and lift. The general traditional truck model has been studied numerically on a scale of 1:8. The speed of the truck was considered as 40km/h and 80km/h. In conclusion, a qualitative assessment was given of how reducing the gap between the tractor and trailer affects the reduction of the drag coefficient. In this article, as a test problem, we study the flow over a reference model called the Ahmed body with an angle of inclination of 25 degrees. All the results obtained were first compared on test problems, the results of which are in excellent agreement with the numerical and experimental values of other authors. The method approach in this research is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The validity of the data using expert validation test, instrument test, prerequisite test, feasibility test, and effectiveness test were used. The results of the study the average percentage of the N-Gain score test in the first experimental class was 63.20% and in the second experimental class was 63.24%. Meanwhile, in the control class, the average N-Gain score was 38.91%. The effectiveness test used the t-test with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. The results of t count in experimental classes one and two also show a value greater than the t table, namely for experimental class one t count obtained 29.067 > 2.017 and experimental class two with t count 29.654 > 2.026. The results of these calculations are significant differences between student learning outcomes in the pre-test and post-test. The article presents the structural properties and morphology of zinc oxide (ZnO) obtained by hydrothermal synthesis. ZnO nanofilms (as a seed layer) were deposited by the sol-gel method on the glass surface of STO. The results of the experiment showed that the concentration of chemical reagents in the process of sol-gel transformation has a strong effect on the properties of ZnO films. Samples of ZnO nanorods on the surface of the nanofilm were obtained by hydrothermal method at a solution temperature of about 97 ° C for 3 hours.After firing the synthesized ZnO nanorods, the electrical resistance increased several times. The chemical composition and morphology of the obtained nanorods arrays were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. As a result of the study, arrays of ZnO nanoparticles showed a highly improved response to visible light. The results of the article can be used in other combinations of metal oxides, and also offer many interesting opportunities for further development of high-performance photoelectrochemical devices for solar energy conversion. The use of effective methods for regulating the porous structure of activated carbon sorbent suggests that it is possible and economically feasible to use them as adsorbents for the treatment of natural and wastewater and gas emissions. The Box-Wilson experimental-statistical method of planning experiment was used. Modeling by the experimental-statistical Box-Wilson method was carried out in three stages: the first stage is a local description of a small section of the response surface by a polynomial of the first degree; the second stage is a steep ascent along the response surface, which is a geometric interpretation of the response function; the third stage is the approximation of the response surface by a polynomial of the second order. In the work, optimization was carried out by the method of steep ascent over the response surface. The solution of the optimization problem and the finding of a second-order equation were considered. The solution of this problem depends on improving the content of education, modernization of technologies and methods of organizing the educational process. The introduction of state educational standards highlighted the importance of using digital educational resources on the basis of interactive teaching methods in the learning process on the basis of a competency-based approach. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the use of digital educational resources on the basis of interactive teaching methods in the teaching of high school mathematics, the study used methods of observation, pedagogical experiment, questionnaire. Brainstorming and Case Study techniques were also used to increase students' interest. The study proved that the use of digital educational resources in the teaching of mathematics can significantly increase the speaking experience of each student in the classroom, achieve mastery of the learning material for all students, as well as solve various developmental and educational problems. The results of the study can be used in the future as a guide for school teachers and university students in the teaching of elements of mathematics.
