The high quality of service requirements of diversified services and large-scale network capacity problems have become major challenges that wireless networks will face. In order to meet the business needs of different users, rational NP is the most effective and economic method to improve the system capacity. However, how to achieve higher network throughput at a lower cost is a very important research topic. The main purpose of this paper is to study the knowledge expansion algorithm of heterogeneous network (HN) big data based on the improved K-means algorithm (IKA). This paper will focus on wireless network technology, NP and other related content. In addition, this paper will describe the relevant theories of big data technology for NP. This paper proposes a BS clustering scheme that can be applied to ultra-dense network scenarios. By using the proposed clustering algorithm, small cell BSIUDN can be effectively clustered, which greatly simplifies the network topology and facilitates the management of BS. At the same time, orthogonal time-frequency resource blocks are allocated within the cluster to reduce system interference to a certain extent. The simulation results show that the proposed KCA based on the improved WD can effectively cluster the small cell BS in the ultra-dense network.","PeriodicalId":171432,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Knowledge Engineering and Communication Systems (ICKES)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133079167","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since there are several classifiers that can give optimal results using ensemble learning methods, they are developed to estimate the defect-proneness of a class by combining prediction outcomes obtained from different classifiers. We are employing an ensemble learning technique and building an adaptive approach for performing bug prediction by dynamically selecting one classifier from a set of machine learning classifiers, that predicts if a class is bug prone or not based on characteristics of static software metrics captured for class. We are proposing a new Adaptive Approach for Bug Prediction using Dynamically Classifier Selection (ADCS) which dynamically selects the best base learning that better predicts bug-proneness of a class based on characteristics of the class. We have used datasets obtained from the PROMISE repository (developed by NASA) for 30 Software system. Our results indicates that ADCS perform better compared to 5 different classifiers which are used to predict bug-proneness independently and when Validation and Voting (VV) ensemble technique used to combine classifiers output with majority voting. We found that the ADCS outperforms in 26 projects and avoids class imbalance and overfitting problems.","PeriodicalId":171432,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Knowledge Engineering and Communication Systems (ICKES)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127671205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unlike regulated financial services and cryptocurrency applications, wallets are exempt from the same stringent security requirements. The author in this paper can infer that there are just a few mobile-based crypto trading applications from this research of all mobile-based crypto trading applications using different penetration testing techniques. According to this, the large-scale development of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation has an impact on the distribution network. How to reduce this impact through the interaction between the distributed electric-hydrogen coupling system and the distribution network has become an important research point. In this paper, the interaction method between distributed electric-hydrogen coupling system and distribution network is studied. Firstly, the influence of renewable energy on distribution network is analyzed qualitatively. Then, the interactive architecture of distributed electric-hydrogen coupling system and distribution network is designed, and two interactive mechanisms of distributed electric-hydrogen coupling system and distribution network, namely peak shaving auxiliary service and electric energy service, are proposed. Finally, an example of a distributed electricity hydrogen coupling system and distribution network is used to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the interaction mechanism.","PeriodicalId":171432,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Knowledge Engineering and Communication Systems (ICKES)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121466203","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to the challenges of such activities and the outstanding performance of knowledge graphs in recent years, in this paper we solve the problem from the perspective of knowledge graph. We first present a method to construct a knowledge graph of mass cultural and sports activities based on the fusion of multisource data for user activity query, then present a hierarchical modeling method combining ontology and taxonomy, design a BERT-based pipeline model to extract activity entities, solve the extraction of unstructured text data, and use a rule-based method to extract the relationship between activities and labels. Finally, the knowledge graph is constructed using the real activity data of Beijing region, and the multi-condition query of the activity is realized. The experimental results show that this method can effectively provide personalized activity query for users with different needs, and solve the problem of wide activity information and low matching between activities and users. A detailed experimental analysis was carried out to construct a data set using real activity data in Beijing, and the validity of the experiment was evaluated.","PeriodicalId":171432,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Knowledge Engineering and Communication Systems (ICKES)","volume":"124 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116378963","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
