Due to the organic combination of artificial intelligence and database computer technologies, knowledge base systems have been generated and developed. In order to help English learners and researchers to master systematic grammar knowledge, this paper is based on DB2 database. First, the characteristics and advantages of DB2 database are analyzed, and the structure of DB2 database instance is defined. Next, the hierarchical structure of grammar knowledge is designed. Then, the logical storage structure of grammar knowledge is designed. Finally, the methods of knowledge acquisition are studied, including acquisition from books, web crawler technology acquisition and teachers' acquisition in practice. From an application perspective, the study of task scheduling mechanisms for data transfer in large cloud computing environments needs to be performed better. Unbalanced scheduling leads to traffic load, energy loss, and hardware control failure. In addition, residents' devices are not considered to reduce power consumption delay. So, the Internet of things (IoT) rules the modern trends of the Internet. The enormous number of things (objects), which are associated with the Internet, produces a large amount of information that needs a ton of exertion and task preparation to make it valuable. To resolve this problem, we propose a dynamic multi-level task scheduling (DMLTS) based on cascade shrink priority (CSP) to allocate the task to optimize the scheduling. With intent, a Tactical Load Balancer (TLB) and The Preemptive Flow Manager (PFM) are responsible for applying a load balancing strategy based on the mixed load balancing algorithm to improve the task allocation better to balance the load to improve the response time. Experimental results have been demonstrated concerning better load balancing, lower power rate, and time consumption rate in both phase and random uniform propagation. In order to solve the problem of designers learning to refer to the expression techniques of mature design works, this paper introduces the SVM classifier into the environmental art design industry in this context of the times and constructs an automatic classification system for environmental art effects based on interactive genetic algorithm(IGA) to achieve accurate classification of environmental art design works and to enable people to be attracted by the effects of works when visiting environmental art design works in interactive showrooms. The accuracy of the classification system is verified by this paper. Dijkstra's algorithm is a kind of greedy algorithm, which has become a classic algorithm for solving the shortest path problem, and is often used to solve network path problems or assisted calculation of complex graph theory algorithms. The Dijkstra algorithm can obtain the optimal choice of the shortest path in the area, and is suitable for solving the single-source shortest path problem in the loop network without negative weight. Due to the large number of traversed nodes, sometimes the algorithm is not efficient. This paper analyses the typical path planning algorithm, designs the data storage structure, and focuses on the process of Dijkstra algorithm. Out of all things the main reason one cannot interpret a doctor's handwriting in their medical prescription isthat doctors use the Greek and other foreign medical terms andabbreviations that any person won't recognize or understand. This paper establishes how Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used to develop a model that can distinguish doctor's handwriting in their medical prescriptions. This paper analyzes the current security access situation of power mobile terminals, and concludes that the security problems faced by remote access of mobile terminals mainly lie in three aspects: mobile terminal security, data transmission security and intranet application system security. Secondly, aiming at the security problems and combining with the traditional terminal security access technology, a security access system for power mobile terminals is designed. The system adopts the design idea of three-level protection. In the aspect of mobile terminal security, the security architecture of mobile terminal and role-based application software security detection mechanism are designed to strengthen the security protection ability of mobile terminal and ensure the security state of mobile terminal. In this the light signals are utilized to transmit data of various frequencies at same time. DWDM plays a role in sending and receiving data through the existing fiber multi-channel communication system. This provides a practical method for increasing the system's limit. In this method fiber communication is used to transmit and receive more data over larger distance. The frequency of the signals ranges between 300GHz to 3000THz. The usage of Dispersion compensates fiber (DCF) can totally compensate for dispersion of 32 channel DWDM. DWDM is a network that allows us to increase data rates without having to replace the network system. Our MATLAB software will allow us all to modify signal consistency, power signal, noise signal, average BER and SNR and Q-factor in DWDM modulation in the 32-channel simulation process. The network's capacity is growing, with the sole change occurring at the receiving end. The development of circular economy needs to consider regional differences in economy, society, environment, resources, etc. This paper uses AHP-FCE method to build the evaluation index system of regional circular economy development, so as to measure the actual situation of regional circular economy development. On this basis, in order to predict the future development trend of circular economy based on historical evaluation index, we utilize the grey theory to build the prediction model. After inputting the original data into the model, we can get the forecast value of the circular economy development level of province A from 2022 to 2024.
