In addition to the challenges of economic construction such as increasing residents' income, ensuring and improving environmental sustainable development, creating human settlements and ecological villages is also a strategy of intelligent landscape reconstruction. Based on the relevant concepts of fuzzy clustering algorithm, this paper simulates and analyzes the intelligent human settlement environment impact assessment system, and draws the conclusion that fuzzy clustering algorithm has good performance in the assessment system, and analyzes the influencing factors of intelligent human settlement environment. And through fuzzy clustering algorithm to optimize the construction of factor impact evaluation system. This paper aims to promote the improvement and optimization of the impact assessment system of human settlements.
