摘要

传统的配电网项目投资大多围绕项目的必要性、可行性和紧迫性进行决策,没有一套明确的具体投资配置标准,也很少有一套体系的投资效益评价指标。针对这一问题,本文从多个维度建立了配电网工程投资效率评价指标体系和综合评价模型,将配电网项目投资效益纳入评价指标体系,并以国网安徽省71个县域公司配电网项目为例进行了实证研究。验证了指标体系和评价模型的实用性,证明了本文所建立的基于层次分析法的配电网工程投资效益综合评价体系,对于提高配电网工程投资效率,促进投资决策的有效性具有重要意义。
