Kurcheva","doi":"10.35627/2219-5238/2019-311-2-56-60","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35627/2219-5238/2019-311-2-56-60","url":null,"abstract":"We described the results of studying the stability of the main indicators of medical product quality for in\u0000vitro diagnostics - diagnostic fluorescent tularemia dry immunoglobulins RIF-Tul-StavNIPCHI,\u0000developed on the basis of Stavropol Anti-Plague Institute of Rospotrebnadzor to justify the shelf life and\u0000recommended storage conditions when used on a real scale time and accelerated research methods. At the\u0000same time, one of the main criteria for the study of stability is its study during sample storage not only\u0000in the primary packaging of an industrial output, but also after the first opening of the package, during\u0000the use period of the reconstituted preparation. On the basis of data obtained in both long-term and\u0000accelerated trials, a shelf life of three years is recommended. It was experimentally proved that during\u0000this period of time, the quality indicators of the drug remain at a level one that complies with the\u0000requirements of technical and operational documentation. Chechulina","doi":"10.35627/2219-5238/2019-311-2-51-55","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35627/2219-5238/2019-311-2-51-55","url":null,"abstract":"We conducted a comparative analysis of the parenteral viral hepatitis B and C (HBV and HCV) prevalence\u0000and their molecular genetic characteristics among prisoners of persons diagnosed with HIV infection (41\u0000samples), HIV-positive free citizens (187 samples) and «conditionally healthy population» with the lack of\u0000information about the presence of a diagnosis of chronic viral hepatitis of any etiology and HIV infection\u0000(231 samples). Immunological and molecular biological research methods were used. Obtained data analysis\u0000showed that the prevalence of infection markers with viruses of parenteral hepatitis was significantly higher\u0000in the groups of HIV-positive individuals (imprisoned and freemen). The HBsAg-negative form of the\u0000disease was determined among the HIV-positive free population and in the «conditionally healthy\u0000population». Over the past 10 years (2009–2018), the proportion of HIV-positive prisoners in custody of\u0000people with HCV monoinfection doubled, HBV was increased in 8.7 times. Significant decrease in the\u0000combined infection of HBV and HCV of this contingent was found. Given this decrease in the penitentiary\u0000system in HIV-positive individuals, the overall burden of HBV infection (both in mono form and coinfection\u0000with HCV) significantly (5.3 times) decreased , which can be attributed to successful widespread\u0000vaccination against hepatitis B in Russia. We carried out children's medical records analysis with an assessment of\u0000health groups structure. It has been established that the physical development indicators in primary\u0000school rural children are statistically significantly higher than those of urban children in both boys and\u0000girls. Chronic diseases are more common among urban children aged 7–10 years. Occupational risk, depending on the working conditions in the professions studied, is\u0000categorized from small to very high one. In most cases the pneumoconiosis real risk is comparable to the\u0000expected when comparing the working conditions class on dust loads and the occupational diseases\u0000index. The aerosols impact significantly increased the developing risk of general somatic pathology of\u0000respiratory organs, skin, visual and auditory analyzers, musculoskeletal, urogenital, endocrine,\u0000reproductive, nervous systems, digestive systems, blood circulation, and blood disorders. We identified 94 strains of bacteria from the mucous membrane of the nose and throat of children\u0000and 69 strains from the department environment objects.The microbiological study results of the\u0000selected material samples showed differences in the microbiota structure colonizing patients and the department\u0000environment objects.Thus, we revealed a predominance of non-fermentative gram-negative\u0000bacteria, the main representatives of which were microorganisms of the Acinetobacter species in biotopes\u0000of children, while on hospital environment objects gram-positive bacteria occupied the main share in the\u0000microbiota structure. It is shown that in copper mining, the main factor causing a carcinogenic risk is\u0000inorganic compounds of cadmium and lead. The greatest predictive values of carcinogenic risk for\u0000metallurgical shops professions are observed in pyrometallurgical production, rather than in\u0000hydrometallurgical production, due to the difference in the equipment used.
