The random error term of time series is eliminated by summation of sequence in grey prediction model. Image-based person re-identification algorithms have achieved excellent performance on open source datasets. In contrast, the development of video-based person re-identification technology is relatively backward. At present, the main research work of video-based person re-identification algorithms is focused on the processing of temporal information in the picture sequence. Complex appearance features are not effective when performing temporal fusion, so the frame-level features used are almost based on global features. This paper proposes a video person re-identification model based on multi-scale feature fusion. The multi-scale feature fusion of the model is embodied in the design of the frame-level feature extraction module. This module extracts the frame-level features of different scales, and then catenates them together into vectors, which not only improves the feature discrimination degree, but also makes the catenated frame-level features carry out effective temporal fusion, and the test results on the Mars dataset have reached a competitive level. In this paper, D2D communication technology is employed to improve the data rate and spectrum efficiency of IoT network, based on which a D2D resource allocation method with respect to maximum capacity gain is proposed. This method adjusts communication interference by using power control with a geometric programming algorithm first. Then, Hungarian algorithm is utilized to achieve the best match between spectrum resources and D2D terminals. However, mobility management of IoV is still a huge challenge. In order to solve this problem, we deploying multi-access mobile edge computing (MEC) servers for LTE-V2X, and the collaborative timing management method of MEC service migration and handover (HO) is provided according to the deployment model, firstly. Secondly, the time to trigger (TTT) and hysteresis factor (Hys) are dynamically adjusted by fuzzy logic according to the driving speeds of the mobile vehicle-mounted terminals, which effectively controls the timing of HO and avoids the occurrence of ping-pong HO to a certain degree. The main methods include calculating the reversed data serial number according to the positive data serial number, calculating the reversed data serial number based on the previous reversed data serial number, and table look-up. Through the simulation on IAR and KEIL platforms, this paper studies the operation time of various algorithms. The experimental results are highly consistent on two platforms. In this analysis study, an indexing model is used to retrieve literature from PubMed from 2002 to 2017 associated with pancreatic cancer. We implement experiments on 6466 publications associated with pancreatic cancer risk searched from PubMed from 2002 to 2017. The number of testing terms and genes used in this paper is 3880 and 375. Clinical tests are searched from http://www.mayomedicallaboratories.com which are constantly updated by Mayo Medical Laboratories and 375 genes are produced by incorporating four gene-disease databases, including OMIM, Orphanet, ClinVar and GWAS Catalog which may be expanded in the future. This study integrates literature, databases, clinical information and interpretation for clinical tests and statistical methods.
