At present, the system of financial accounting in colleges and universities in China is still not perfect enough, the information platform construction still has some shortages, however, the university financial accounting check and calculates is the important constituent of university development, strengthening and consummating the university finance is imminent in the information construction. Amplitude modulation appears in the output signal of the magnetoelectric sensor under the influence of lateral bending vibration of shaft. It is easy to cause teeth missing phenomenon in speed measurement, which leads to the measurement error. The signal envelope is extracted by Hilbert transform. After the envelope compensation of the original signal, the signal is relatively stable. A fault diagnosis method for analog circuits based on attention mechanism and convolutional neural network (CBAM -CNN) is proposed. Firstly, the image features of the input layer were extracted by using the convolution kernel. Followed by rectifying linear unit (ReLU) was connected behind each convolution layer, and a batch normalization (BN) layer was added to solve the problem of internal covariate migration, so as to improve the expression ability of the nonlinear model. Secondly, the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) was added after the batch normalization layer to extract the important features. After CBAM, the pooling layer is connected to reduce the computational complexity of the network and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the network. Finally, the Sallen-Key low-pass filter and the two-stage four-op amplifier double-order low-pass filter are taken as the research objects. Edge service scheduling and composition (ESC) has been well recognized as a convenient and flexible way of services sharing and integrating in industrial application fields. The ESC aims at selecting a set of existing edge service candidates with different Quality of Service (QoS) attributes (e.g., price), then compositing them to accomplish a complex task to meet users' QoS requirements, where each edge service may have multiple functionally equivalent, but different QoS metrics. A grand research challenge of the ESC based on QoS is to select proper service candidates to maximize QoS of the composited edge service and meanwhile meet the global QoS requirements. In this article, we focus on this challenge and propose a hierarchical solution for ESC. Specifically, we classify service candidates into specified grades based on their QoS attributes, and use hierarchical model to address service selection problem. Furthermore, in order to expand the flexibility of our approach, we design a near-optimal solution by decomposing the global end-to-end QoS constraints into local QoS constraints and adopting local service selecting and updating strategy based on the hierarchical model. In order to reduce energy consumption and solve local hot spots, it is imperative to implement cabinet-level micro-environment temperature monitoring and cold air flow control for data centers. This article first uses Gambit software to establish a physical model and grid division, and uses Fluent software to perform numerical simulations to visually express the temperature field and velocity field of the airflow under different airflow organization schemes. In this paper, electronic voting, which is relatively recognized by most enterprises and institutions, is used to solve the problems caused by the lack of consensus and unified standards in the Internet of things. Based on the blockchain technology, an electronic voting model is designed to ensure that the voting results are untampered and auditable, and intelligent contract technology is used to ensure that the function of the voting model runs according to the logic of the code and will not be artificially interfered with. It replaces some functions such as the operation of the traditional third-party trusted organization coordination system and the counting of votes. It is specially applied to extract and separate MOSFET gate capacitance with high accuracy. Through introduction of a simple input signal converter circuit and a special way to achieve capacitance extraction, we can avoid extra calibration steps which mean additional measurements, and meanwhile the mismatch errors from both inner devices and outer measurement equipment can be eliminated. A simple dual-channel selection module is designed to complete capacitance separation. To improve area utilization, an addressable array is introduced. Furthermore, our design is compatible for on-chip high-frequency measurement signals which is necessary for further smaller capacitance.
