For the current market popular ultrasonic vibration extrusion equipment to obtain a better surface processing effect at the same time damage the original coaxiality of the parts, the analysis found that its tool assembly stiffness is large, easy to make the workpiece in the extrusion process to produce a certain deformation. The research studied the AI Recommendation feature of the biggest Chinese E-commerce platform taobao.com, analyzed the relation of recommendation effect with 3 factors, impulse consumption, platform word of mouth according to customers, and consumers' self-discipline. In this paper, the data collected by the questionnaire are analyzed and processed by empirical method. The results show that consumers' favor for intelligent recommendation function has a significant positive impact on their impulsive consumption, while impulsive consumption has a significant negative impact on the platform reputation, and impulsive consumption has a significant negative impact on the reuse function. These findings provide a new perspective for the application of new technology in E-commerce industry and the impact on consumer behavior. From the perspective of non-equilibrium samples, this paper investigated the feasibility of electrochemical fingerprint produced by interaction between rice and Belousov-Zhabotinski (B-Z) oscillation system for identification of the geographical origin of rice firstly. Electrochemical fingerprints with abundant information and remarkable characteristics were achieved under the optimum conditions of blank oscillation reaction and reaction after introduction of rice. The recognition accuracy of the model established by support vector machine (SVM) reached 80%. In order to improve the training effect of rehabilitation robots, it is planned to explore the factors that affect the efficacy of upper limb rehabilitation machines. In order to solve this problem, the design proposes the use of hybrid communication for information transmission, and designs a special communication protocol system. At the same time, the system adopts positive and negative hyperbolic frequency modulation in the synchronization head and synchronization tail, and adds a spread spectrum communication data header after the synchronization head. The system uses cyclic redundancy check (CRC) to distinguish between voice information and digital information and to synchronize them. The system uses data communication to aid voice communication. The communication system makes the communication process less affected by the channel, has strong anti-interference ability, and realizes better data transmission. The solution uses blockchain to ensure the openness and transparency of all voting links. Besides, a data security separator is designed to separate users' identity data and poll data. Thus the association between voters and polls is eliminated, and the privacy of users during voting is safeguarded against leakage. According to the histogram distribution, texture segmentation and automatic matching are performed in the case of visual communication. The regularization feature fusion method was used to enhance and optimize the texture information detection of folk decorative patterns, and the edge contour feature points of folk decorative patterns were extracted, and the extracted edge contour feature points were input as the statistical information of texture matching. First, determine the threat assessment index system and attribute weights of the attacking target according to the characteristics of the air defense mission on the key area. Secondly, according to the combat and exercise experience, experts are invited to give a standard sample of high threat. Finally, the vector cosine-based value threat assessment method to calculate the threat value of each target.
