First, determine the threat assessment index system and attribute weights of the attacking target according to the characteristics of the air defense mission on the key area. Secondly, according to the combat and exercise experience, experts are invited to give a standard sample of high threat. Finally, the vector cosine-based value threat assessment method to calculate the threat value of each target. Abstract
