In this paper, D2D communication technology is employed to improve the data rate and spectrum efficiency of IoT network, based on which a D2D resource allocation method with respect to maximum capacity gain is proposed. This method adjusts communication interference by using power control with a geometric programming algorithm first. Then, Hungarian algorithm is utilized to achieve the best match between spectrum resources and D2D terminals.
