Okada","doi":"10.1271/NOGEIKAGAKU1924.39.123","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1271/NOGEIKAGAKU1924.39.123","url":null,"abstract":"皮およびクロムなめし,植物タンニンなめし,ホルムアルデヒドなめし皮等にγ線を照射する場合107rの照射量において引張強さ,および熱収縮温度等の物理的性質は著しい低下を認めることができるが,植物タンニンなめし皮(タンニン甲革およびぬめ革)はクロムなめし皮(クロム甲革)ほど著しくなかった.またクロムおよびホルムアルデヒドなめしにおいてなめし剤の処理量を種々に変えて照射の影響を調べた結果によればなめし剤の処理量が増すほど(なめし剤の皮による定着量が増すほど)照射による引張強さおよび伸び等の力学的性質の低下,すなわち脆化が著しくなるが,これに反し熱収縮温度すなわち熱的性質はなめし剤の処理量が増すほど照射に対し幾分皮蛋白は安定化することが認められる.腱コラー・ゲンの微細構造におよぼすγ線の照射効果をX線回折法により調べたところ, 4.7Aおよび12.6Aの位置にスペーシングが現われる.しかし107r程度の照射線量では未照射試料と比較して赤道面のスペーシングに変化を認め得なかったので実験回折領域(本実験では2θ:2~40°すなわち44~2.25A)では微細構造の変化をきたさなかったといえよう.","PeriodicalId":170824,"journal":{"name":"Nippon Nogeikagaku Kaishi-journal of The Japan Society for Bioscience Biotechnology and Agrochemistry","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134021865","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

(1) 腐植泥製品中には抗菌成分が存在し,その抗菌性無機金属複合体KH-C1をメタノール抽出などにより無色針状晶として分離した. (2) 抗菌性無機金属複合体KH-C1は化学分析値およびその抗菌スペクトルから明礬類とは明らかに異なる無機金属(Fe, Na, A1, Mg)の硫酸塩の複合体と考えられた.
