This study aims to describe barriers to dementia examination among people over 50 in some provinces of Vietnam and analyze some affecting factors. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was constructed on 411 people over 50 years old in 8 provinces in Vietnam We used a pre-designed questionnaire with the Likert scale to explore barriers to dementia examination. Results: The rate of people over 50 in the community knowing barriers to examination and detection of dementia is 27.6%. Among the barriers, the economy is most well-known to people. We also find out that there is an association between education and religion on barriers to dementia examination. Recommendation: Promoting communication to raise people’s awareness of dementia so that they can actively screen for this disease. In addition, the government should have free health programs for at-risk and economically disadvantaged groups for timely dementia detection and treatment. Method: A cross-sectional quantitative study with analysis was conducted on 1,043 high school students in the four provinces through questionnaires. Results: Approximately 27% and 81% of the students demonstrated adequate knowledge and positive attitudes towards ENDS, and HTPs, respectively. The prevalence of students who smoked ENDS and/or HTPs in the past month was 4%, with the highest rate observed in Hanoi (roughly 12%). Factors associated with knowledge, attitudes, and smoking behavior included their province/city of residence, exposure to information, gender, academic grade, and having friends who smoke. Conclusion: It is crucial to implement strategies that enhance accurate knowledge among students and strengthen the regulation of the purchase and use of ENDS and HTPs in the market in order to mitigate tobacco use behaviors among adolescents. The study was carried out to assess the current state of students’s depression and analyze some related factors. Methodology: A cross-sectional design was conducted on 422 undergraduate students at Phenikka University from April to July 2023, using stratified random sampling. Information was collected using a pre-designed questionnaire and the PHQ-9 scale. The data was entered using Epidata 3.1 and analyzed in SPSS 26.0. Results/Discussion: The study reveals that the proportion of students with depression was 28.4%; of which 18.2% was moderate, 7.6% was moderately severe, and 2.6% was severe. We find that factors related to depression are the year of study, study pressure, financial status, illness/accident, experience of stressful events, smoking habit, alcohol use, and the effects of COVID-19. Conclusions/Recommendations: We strongly suggest further research on depression among second-year and third-year students and students in other majors in the university to better understand the reality of this mental illness and some related factors. This study aims to describe sleep quality and explore factors related to sleep quality among the freshmen students of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University Methods: We constructed a cross-sectional study on 601 first-year students of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, from January to December 2022. Data were collected based on a pre-designed questionnaire. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to identify factors affecting students' sleep quality. Results: 45,9% of freshmen students had poor sleep quality. Some factors related to sleep quality include gender, living with relatives, Internet addiction, suicidal thoughts; physical activity, and BMI index. Conclusion: There is a high percentage of freshmen students experiencing poor sleep quality. Results 86.9% of students know that the COVID-19 vaccine has a protective effect of more than 50%. 90.1% of students know that receiving a full dose of COVID-19 vaccine does not provide them lifelong protection.; Students have a positive attitude toward vaccination: 82.6% of students agree that getting the full basic dose of COVID-19 vaccine would reduce the number of COVID-19 cases; 85.9% of the students think that a basic dose of COVID-19 vaccine would reduce complication and mortality rate Among 98.7% of vaccinated students, 69.8% of them accepted the vaccination. Whereas factors such as gender, grade, and the potential of infecting COVID-19 have no statistically significant association with vaccination acceptance, family support did with OR = 7.75 (95% CI 1.41-37.05, P=0.0054). Conclusion: The results suggest that enhancing communication through student's families is necessary to increase the acceptance of vaccination among students. Objectives: This study aims to ascertain the internal consistency of the Vietnamese translation of the Dimensions of Learning Organizations Questionnaire (DLOQ). Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was executed in December 2022, with the participant cohort comprising healthcare personnel from Pham Ngoc Thach Hospital. Results: Analysis of 148 responses from the cross-sectional survey identified Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.97 for the measurement tool, signifying high reliability. The lowest Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was found in the \"empowerment\" dimension (0.7810), while the \"group learning and collaboration\" dimension presented the highest value (0.9276). Methods: It was a cross-sectional descriptive study, combining quantitative and qualitative research. Researching 400 outpatient medical insurance prescriptions in 2022, combined with in-depth interviews with hospital leaders, the head of the Department of Examination, the head of the Pharmacy Department, the health insurance supervisor, and a group discussion with 07 working doctors at the Department of Medical Examination. Results: Research results show that the hospital complied with administrative procedures in drug prescribing at the rate of 100%. Prescriptions without instructions for a follow-up examination, diet, and rest accounted for 27.7%. The rate of outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics accounted for 23.25%; Vitamin tablets accounted for 9.25%. The average number of drugs was 3.09 per prescription. Prescriptions with drug interactions accounted for 3.5%. Prescriptions rejected by health insurance account for 3.5%, including Vinpocetin and Ginkgo biloba.
