When people are in urgent distress, the shorter the response time of rescue personnel, the faster the people who need help would be away from dangerous situation. It also means that the smaller loss of victims, the shorter time the rescue workers are exposed to hazardous environments. Take plane crash for example, the average time to escape is only 90 seconds. Between a few seconds, it may cause the difference between life and death. In the emergency procedure, time of departure is controlled factor. In practice, it is bound to delay the whole rescue mission since the time for dressing is about 30 seconds and to complete the deployment of combat power is more than 180 seconds (Time includes Fire trucks to the scene). Therefore, how to shorten the time to mobilize and salvage is one of the most urgently addressed problems of the rescue mission. This study was to review the rescuers manner of dress. Propose the use of the new-style protective equipment racks which can effectively compress the time to dress and rush to the scene to rescue the victims as soon as possible, put out the fire to complete a high-performance relief operation. Through practical simulation test of the fire service personnel in a military base, it is found that compared to the current common dressing procedures the time of dressing with the new-style protective equipment racks could be saved about 50% to 57%. Thus, a fire clothes racks has high application potential benefits in the emergency mobilization. It is worth to actively promote by the related units to improve the significant persisting problem of rescue.","PeriodicalId":170124,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on Applied System Innovation (ICASI)","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116144695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In many scientific experiments teaching process (such as physics, chemistry, biology, etc.), the generic approach are the first results obtained by experimental demonstration, then the principle of scientific theories which explain to students. In the experimental demonstration process, we do not have to stick to some laboratory equipment or some experimental space, different students ultimately understand the same scientific principles. Likewise, if the experiment teaching of 3D animation is not necessarily confined to a 3D animation software, experimental teaching is mainly to guide students thinking exercise in animation creation. That is the aim of experimental teaching of 3D animation is to enable students to understand the \"Creative Thinking\" is the core of curriculum in the experimental teaching of 3D animation. Students can use different 3D animation software or use the same software in different functions, in order to achieve the minds of creative thinking, rather than rigidly adhere to learn some 3D animation software or some software features. This paper summarized the experimental teaching process of 3D animation. Then, the construction and motion of animated character in animation process are discussed. Finally, a new concept of experimental teaching model of 3D animated is proposed.","PeriodicalId":170124,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on Applied System Innovation (ICASI)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115516574","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to protect intellectual property rights, experts are devoted to many anti-counterfeiting technologies. Among them, watermark by hybrid halftone dots is formed by amplitude modulation (AM) dots and frequency modulation (FM) dots. Because of different halftone dots, watermark can be observed by closer look. In this study, we design a boundary processing to make the edge area of two dots gradual change. Then, the visibility is evaluated by Human Visual System (HVS). Results shows the boundary processing can effectively hide watermark, and it can be applied to many document security applications.","PeriodicalId":170124,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on Applied System Innovation (ICASI)","volume":"113 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116031400","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this project, we propose to apply neural network on texture database mapping to achieve a more time efficient image up-sampling algorithm. A texture database of high-resolution images will be built in advance before the up-sampling procedure starts. The proposed method consists of two stages: 1. Train a set of neural networks (NNs) for classifying textures; 2. Match each pixel to its corresponding NN of high-resolution textures. In the first stage, we train a set of neural networks (one NN for each kind of texture) from the high-resolution texture database. After the set of NNs is well trained, a high resolution pixel value can be obtained by passing a low resolution pixel into a NN of its corresponding texture. In the second stage, for an input low resolution image, we firstly segment it according to its textures (texture segmentation), then match each pixel to its corresponding NN of high-resolution textures in the database. A super-resolution image can be obtained after all pixels have been matched. In order to avoid excessive human artificial results, the outputs of the proposed method have to be down-sampled and compared with the original low resolution image for further adjusting. The up-sampled image will not be output until the difference between the down-sampled image and original image is within a predefined constraint.","PeriodicalId":170124,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on Applied System Innovation (ICASI)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122608930","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the popularization of Pap test, the rank of cervical carcinoma has a declining trend. The prevention of cervical carcinoma depends on early detection and treatment. Pap test is the most effective method for early screening. With the increase of the screening rate, there were more and more workload to the doctors and medical staff. Subjective view, heavy duty and overworked were causing the mistakes of the screening. Therefore, the automatic computer-aided system for Pap test is the new trend to solve it. In this paper, we used the Bethesda system, a system for reporting cervical or vaginal cytological diagnoses, as the basis of screening, and image processing and computer vision method are applied to retrieve the feature of abnormal cells. Carcinoma cell nucleus segmentation is the key step to automated screening system for Pap test of cervical smear. In this study, we segment the cell of smear image into nucleus and cytoplasm in HSV color space. The color representation of smear image is first transformed from RGB to HSV, and image noise is removed by medium filtering. Then, cell nucleus and cytoplasm can be segmented from image background by color clustering. From the experiments, it is proved that the proposed method is efficient and successful.","PeriodicalId":170124,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on Applied System Innovation (ICASI)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126757942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
