Bringing effectiveness, efficiency and transparency in project management through a robust e-procurement system in Afghanistan

Abstract

In this paper considering management science concept first the current situation have been discussed about the issue that users facing in procurement section in Afghanistan and the solution that users demand is an electronic-procurement management system called e-Tedarokat that provides online biddings, events calendar, procurement platform, automatic reminders and notification systems. Then the system evaluation have been described.
