Hsu, Yu-Hsing Lin","doi":"10.1109/ICMTMA.2013.206","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICMTMA.2013.206","url":null,"abstract":"River dredging in the form of public works is an effective approach to recovering the riverbed with the ancillary benefit of providing a source of sand and gravel to supply construction projects with needed materials at a fair price. Sand and gravel account for at least 75 % of the materials used in concrete construction, therefore, the price of these aggregates has a considerable influence on the price of ready mix concrete. In consideration of environmental protection and sustainable resources as well as prevention of illegal sand mining, many local governments have imposed restrictions on sand mining, with adverse consequences for sand mining operators. This has had an impact on concrete batch mix plant and the construction industry. To make matters worse, mainland China imposed a ban on the one-way vending of sand and gravel to Taiwan in 2007, further driving up the price of aggregate. With the objectives of maintaining supply and stabilizing sand and gravel prices, this study investigated the current sand and gravel market in Taiwan. Taking the two-layer cavity die as an example, it indicates that the tensile stress only affects the middle region of the die during the extrusion process, and the biggest tensile stress is concentrated on the middle region, the value in the top and the base is relatively small. Large industry consumers to can have a powerful consuming wind power by increasing the appropriate device input and taking appropriate management and technical measures. This methodology allows construction of the dynamic model simply and incrementally. The generalized active forces and the generalized inertia forces were deduced. The forces which contribute to dynamics were determined by Kane's approach. The model developed in this paper includes inertia force, gravity, buoyancy, control inputs and two major hydrodynamic forces: added mass, profile drag. The equations of hydrodynamic forces were deduced. The methodology provides a direct method for incorporating external environmental forces into the model. The resulting model is obtained in closed form. It is computationally efficient and provides physical insight as to what forces really influence the system dynamics. In order to analyze the passenger safety of front body structure for coach & bus, a finite element model of a body-over-frame coach was built. Front crash analysis of the structure of a bus front body was performed according to the ECE R29-2005 protection of the occupants of the cab of commercial vehicles of European regulation requirements, GB11551-2003 the protection of the occupant in the event of a frontal collision for passenger car of china regulation requirements, and the strength of the bus structure was checked whether the safety requirements are satisfied. The nonlinear explicit finite element code LS-DYNA was used to improve the frontal crash safety as impact velocity was 30km/h. The crashworthiness and perfection of drive cab in front impact was studied and compared by taking into account crush variables, which include guide-side-door deformation, drive-side-door deformation and the frame deformation of drive cab floor. Unlike traditional deployment of Pico cells, we consider the scenario with Pico cells at the edge instead of under the umbrella of macro cells in HetNet. In the novel scheme, one Pico cell eNodeB (PeNB) with directional antennas is deployed on the border of neighbor macro cells which is equivalent to a combiner of PeNBs to associate MeNBs around. Compared with the traditional scheme, we have proved that the novel Pico cell cite selection performs better in both fairness and efficiency, in terms of coverage area, offload rate, and field strength for both edge users and overall users in Pico cells with fixed system parameters. Meanwhile, performance gains provided by novel Pico cell site selection is also derived with range expansion consideration. Our results show that, compared with the traditional scheme, more than 0.6944% macro cell users are offloaded to Pico cell in the novel scheme and the offload rate is enhanced by 98.4%. These studies provide the following evidence: (1) Whiplash injuries are generally considered to be a soft tissue injury of the neck with symptoms such as neck pain and stiffness, shoulder weakness, dizziness, headache and memory loss. (2) Experimental findings have examined strains across the facet joint as a mechanism of whiplash injury, and suggested a capsular strain threshold or a vertebral distraction threshold for whiplash related injury, potentially producing neck pain. (3) Injuries to the facet capsule region of the neck are a major source of post-crash pain. (4) There are several hypotheses of how whiplash associated injury may occur and three of these are related strains within the facet capsule connected with events early in the impact. Previous hidden Markov tree (HMT) based approaches have exploited an iterative inference scheme and each iteration consists of an two-stage segmentation mechanism, namely, parameter learning and multiscale fusion of likelihoods. In this paper, we propose a novel approach for recovering multiscale segmentation accurately in the absence of iterative multiscale fusion stage. This allows both inference and fusion of multiscale classification likelihoods to be computed in a single loop through bottom-up likelihood estimation and up-bottom posterior inference of HMT. A cement production operation guiding expert knowledge base has been built. A large scale sensing network which using a variety of most advanced communications technology has been constructed. The technical staff and managers of cement plant can use a variety of terminal device access to the latest information of energy consumption and pollutant emission at any time, anywhere.
