The growth of the city in the time cut from 2001 to 2009 was taken as a starting point for the elucidation of the period of great growth of the fortified enclaves in the urban fabric of the capital of Maranhao. As a main consequence we see the ratification of the process of urban segmentation that has been taking place in the municipality. The work used in its methodology the observation of aerophotogrametry images for the elaboration of the maps with the classification and counting of the typologies suggested from condominiums and the monthly nominal income range attributed to the neighborhood in which it is inserted. The main objective was to analyze how these elements converge to shape the student's experience in the DE modality, aiming to provide valuable insights for more effective and student-centered educational practices. The topic was succinctly addressed, divided into specific sections to explore crucial nuances. The theoretical framework encompasses Educational Psychology, Contemporary Pedagogical Theories, and the potential of Educational Technologies, providing a solid theoretical foundation. In the methodology, a bibliographic approach was chosen, conducting a critical review of specialized literature. The careful selection and analysis of relevant sources allowed for a holistic understanding of the topics, providing the construction of well-founded arguments. The results indicate the importance of strategically integrating affectivity, Contemporary Pedagogical Theories, and Educational Technologies in DE. The analysis highlights tools such as discussion forums, personalized feedback, and adaptive platforms as valuable instruments to strengthen the affective dimension and promote a more humane and effective learning experience. The conclusion not only summarizes the main results but also emphasizes the practical relevance of these findings in the context of DE, offering suggestions for future research and educational innovations. Method: To create the leaflet, an integrative literature review was carried out using the MEDLINE®, Lilacs and SciELO virtual library databases. Articles published between 2019 and 2023 were researched. The leaflet was validated by 98 nurses who were experts in the field, using the Delphi technique. For data analysis, the Content Validity Coefficient test was adopted. Results: in the first evaluation cycle, the Content Validity Coefficient varied between 0.75 and 0.86. After corrections requested by the judges, the leaflet was resent for the second evaluation cycle, with the related Content Validity Coefficient varying between 0.93 and 1.0. Therefore, we explored decolonial knowledge, correlating it with critical criminology, resulting in the proposal of a decolonial criminology. The theoretical contributions, in conjunction with the Ethics of Liberation, were employed to foster a critical awareness of the use of punitive power as a means of maintaining the colonial matrix of domination and exploitation, especially within the field of criminology. In conclusion, we also presented the contribution of the Ethics of Liberation to a new configuration of punitive power, now employed in favor of vulnerable groups with the aim of eliminating or reducing their victimization within the current world system. Brandão","doi":"10.55905/cuadv16n2-016","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55905/cuadv16n2-016","url":null,"abstract":"Knowledge of the inorganic composition of cocaine makes it possible to correlate the drug with its refinement and dilutions1, it is important to highlight that when aiming to study the adulteration/production of street cocaine it is interesting to carry out the total solubilization of the sample2. Thus, acid digestion using microwave radiation in a closed system is a widely used technique due to the speed and efficiency of digestion3. Thus, acid solubilization procedures and acid digestion assisted by radiation via microwaves of the sample were studied, varying the mass of the sample (0.050g, 0.100g, 0.200g and 0.500g) and concentration of the HNO3 solution (5%, 10% , 30%, 40% and 50% v/v). In order to verify whether the different sample preparation procedures and whether the final acidity interferes with the quantification of the analytes studied. ICP OES analysis was carried out on a high purity sample prepared by direct solubilization and digestion. With the creation, in 1990, of the Child and Adolescent Statute, it is the first time that the term minor has been revoked, replacing it with the category of “child and adolescent” and which is replaced by a guardianship policy with full protection. Considered a virtuous and avant-garde model of substantial revision of the legal corpus that implements the principles of the Convention, this reform was strongly associated with the process of returning to democracy. However, the symbolic importance of the Statute, considered as a product of the values ​​emanating from a new modern, free and democratic society, somehow sacrificed it by preventing any criticism, including constructive, of this law and, therefore, any improvement.
