This article aims to explore autism in detail, addressing its characteristics, causes, diagnosis and impact on people's lives. In developing the article, a comprehensive review of available literature was carried out, including scientific studies, reports from health organizations and personal experiences of autistic individuals and their families. The introduction presented an overview of autism, emphasizing the importance of understanding the complexity of the autism spectrum, which encompasses a wide variety of individual profiles and characteristics. The need to promote the inclusion and acceptance of people on the autism spectrum in society was also highlighted. In developing the article, the main characteristics of autism were discussed, including difficulties in verbal and non-verbal communication, challenges in social interaction, restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior, sensory sensitivities and variations in cognitive development. The importance of early diagnosis and multidisciplinary assessment to identify autism and initiate appropriate interventions was addressed. The possible causes of autism were also explored, such as genetic, environmental and neurobiological factors, highlighting the complexity and multifactorial nature of the disorder. Another point discussed in the development of the article were the approaches and interventions used to support people on the autism spectrum. Behavioral strategies, specialized therapies, educational support, environmental adaptations and social inclusion programs were mentioned as important components to promote the development and quality of life of autistic people. The importance of the teacher's role in the classroom was highlighted, emphasizing the need for an inclusive and individualized approach. Strategies such as adapting the environment, clear communication, individualized instruction and promoting social interaction were discussed as ways to support autistic students in the school environment. The conclusion reinforced the importance of promoting an inclusive society aware of the needs of autistic people. The need for greater awareness, acceptance and support to overcome the challenges and barriers faced by autistic people in society was highlighted. It was also highlighted that when provided with appropriate support and an inclusive environment, autistic people have the potential to flourish, contribute and achieve a full and meaningful life. In view of the above, the research aims to analyze the use of pedagogical resources to help in the construction of this cartographic knowledge for all students. The present study is characterized as a qualitative-qualitative study. The research was developed with students of the 8th grade of elementary school in a municipal school, which is located in the municipality of Nazaré of the Forest. De Sousa","doi":"10.55905/cuadv16n2-031","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55905/cuadv16n2-031","url":null,"abstract":"Agricultural inputs used for correction or nutrition in agriculture have a composition that, in addition to containing desirable elements, often includes potentially toxic metals that contaminate the soil. Faced with this scenario, one can observe the appearance of various remediation techniques, amongst them, bio-remediation. This technique has been shown to be highly promising, as there is a wide variety of genera and species of microorganisms. In this study, the application of Pseudomonas sp. bacteria in soil from bean cultivation was investigated, with the aim of removing Zn2+ and Ni2+ ions. Analyzes were carried out of soil parameters, pH in water and KCl, Zero Charge Point, exchangeable acidity, quantity of organic matter in soil and initial concentrations of ions. To evaluate the tolerance of bacteria to metal concentrations in the soil, studies of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration were conducted. A bioremediation experiment was then carried out, applying the bacteria to the soil and monitoring the process over 21 days. The results showed that Pseudomonas sp. bacteria showed good resistance to high metal concentrations, as well as remarkable capacity and efficiency in the absorption of metals, reaching 0,063 mg kg-1 and 90.5% efficiency in the removal of Ni2+ ions, and 0,012 mg kg-1 capacity and 47.9% efficiency in the removal of Zn2+ ions. The bibliographic survey was carried out in the Ministry of Education database and on the program's website. Considering the emerging context of society marked by the passage of a pandemic, the need to implement digital resources as well as empower teachers to fully use the tools, the public authorities are concerned about bringing possibilities for advancement in education supported by technological development. Today's traditional ways of teaching no longer have meaning for a generation plugged into social networks, specialists in entertainment games, followers of influential personalities on the internet. The study was based on a bibliographic research, utilizing theoretical references from Castro (2021), Bezerra and Pimentel (2016), Veiga (2002), and Barros (2015). The central objective was to comprehend how frequent use of social media affects the development of literacy in children and adolescents, seeking to identify patterns, challenges, and coping strategies. The analysis of theoretical data revealed significant correlations between exposure to educational content on social media and positive development of linguistic skills. However, challenges such as cyberbullying and inappropriate exposure were also identified, necessitating educational and supervisory strategies. The discussed theories pointed to parental and educational mediation as crucial factors in promoting a secure digital environment, aligning with Bezerra and Pimentel's (2016) proposal. The promotion of educational content on social media, as analyzed in light of Veiga's (2002) theories, emerges as a valuable opportunity for the development of reading and writing skills. Exploring the development of critical thinking, as proposed by Barros (2015), the research indicated that participation in educational programs focused on this skill is positively associated with children's ability to discern information and confront different perspectives. The contextualized analysis underscored the importance of adaptability in this leadership style given the diversity of profiles within teams. Faced with this scenario, one can observe the appearance of various remediation techniques, amongst them, bio-remediation. This technique has been shown to be highly promising, as there is a wide variety of genera and species of microorganisms. In this study, the application of Pseudomonas sp. bacteria in soil from bean cultivation was investigated, with the aim of removing Zn2+ and Ni2+ ions. Analyzes were carried out of soil parameters, pH in water and KCl, Zero Charge Point, exchangeable acidity, quantity of organic matter in soil and initial concentrations of ions. To evaluate the tolerance of bacteria to metal concentrations in the soil, studies of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration were conducted. A bioremediation experiment was then carried out, applying the bacteria to the soil and monitoring the process over 21 days. The results showed that Pseudomonas sp. bacteria showed good resistance to high metal concentrations, as well as remarkable capacity and efficiency in the absorption of metals, reaching 0,063 mg kg-1 and 90.5% efficiency in the removal of Ni2+ ions, and 0,012 mg kg-1 capacity and 47.9% efficiency in the removal of Zn2+ ions.
